We stayed in different 4-5 star hotels. Pineapple is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly. Cleaning is offered daily. The rooms are not tired. Everything is clean, the bed linen and towels are snow-white. The restaurant is a separate topic. The food is very diverse. Lots of fish: sea bass, trout, mackerel. Meat- beef, lamb, chicken, perfectly cooked turkey- you can lick your fingers! I ate quail for the first time in my life, now I understand why it was a favorite dish of Hurrem Sultan! Fruits include melons, apples, grapes, pears, and plums...The vegetables are delicious, fresh, and sweets are generally a song!!!! The only problem is the rotovirus, which we all had for 1-2 days. But this is not the problem of the hotel, but the problem of the end of the season. He has been and will be everywhere. The animation is great, the disco. The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds, no need to occupy in the morning. The only thing I didn't like was the beach bar. It's kind of shabby, you could have thought of something more interesting. The entrance to the sea is bad, but you can walk literally 100 meters to the right and there are good gangplanks. So everything is normal!!! I recommend it to everyone. Both young people and families with children. Children have a lot of fun. Swimming pool with slides, adult pool. Alanium is just around the corner. The boardwalk is also great, there is a bus stop nearby. If we are going to Alanya, we will definitely visit Pineapple!!

The hotel is good. But if you love outright excesses, then you need to look for another one . The food is delicious, but I will not say that there were delicious dishes. The fruits were watermelons, melons, apples and oranges. The desserts were the most delicious.The beach is within walking distance, which is a big plus to walk to it in 1 minute. The rooms are cleaned every day, but towels and bed linen are changed after 3 days. Towels are not provided on the beach and near the pool. You need to bring your own. There is animation every evening, but on Saturday and Sunday there is none. The only negative is the check-out at 12:00, you need to vacate the room and it doesn't matter what time you check out. People could buy a couple of hours and calmly get ready, but alas, the room has already been rented and you are waiting for a transfer to the airport.

We were in June 2024. Sooo cozy, comfortable hotel. We were glad to leave. It is convenient that the rooms, the spa, the shop, and the dining room (restaurant) are located in the 1st building. The pools are nearby, clean, everything is cleaned and washed every day. The road to the sea is safe, there is a crossing under the road. The neighboring hotel cannot boast of this, people there run across the road at their own risk, because no one stops at the pedestrian crossing.
We had a 3rd floor, overlooking the sea, without any bribes. There, no matter which way the windows look out, the views are beautiful, the sea, mountains, or palm trees. There are no products such as shampoo, paste, etc. you need to take it with you, or buy it at a local store. You can change money to local ones right at the hotel on the ground floor in the store. There are many hairdressers, shops, and a market nearby in the area.
Take beach towels with you, you can't take hotel towels!
The internet in the lobby is very slow. I can't say if I pay for it in the room, whether it will be faster, because they didn't use it.I think it's easier to buy a SIM card for a vacation, so that you can always be with the Internet, in case of a walk.

The sea is beautiful, thick, warm, small fish swim right off the shore. About the bottom. It is different throughout the beach. It's safe to wear swimming shoes. I just got back from there yesterday.
Among the advantages are the sea view, friendly staff, good food, a large selection. There are markets both to the right and to the left of the hotel, walking about a kilometer.
The beach is very close, sun beds, umbrellas, drinks, everything is included in the price of the tour.
One of the disadvantages is the stone slabs when entering the sea.
I thought it was nonsense, the tour operator warned us about it.
But when you come in or out of the sea, the waves can push you onto these slabs. We had a lot of injuries - broken knees, bruises, injured hands. Some even have aquashouses (special shoes for swimming in the sea) They didn't help.
We found a nice beach and went swimming there by bus. But there, accordingly, everything is paid.
In general, I am very happy with my vacation.

We rested in June 2024 (6 days/6 nights). I liked everything very much. Clean rooms (ours was with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was cleaned every day. Cool, clean area. Delicious food, wonderful bar.

The sea is warm and clean, there are sun loungers with umbrellas and tables on the beach. The beach area is clean, sand. The entrance is convenient, but there is a stove further into the sea and you need to go carefully.

All the problems (the safe did not work, the cracked toilet lid) were done in 15 minutes, the air conditioner was set up in 20 minutes. The pools and slides are clean, they bleach constantly. The beach on the sea consists of slabs and it is dangerous to enter, but if you have no restrictions on movement, then you can walk to other beaches just 300 meters to the left and 600 meters to the right. A wonderful entry into the sea. I liked the rest. And for people who have nothing to eat and everything is bad, you can consider other hotels, but unfortunately the prices there will be more expensive.

We rested in this wonderful hotel from 16.09-23.09.24 and were delighted!

I had a rest at the Pineapple Hotel in May of this year. Everything : food, rooms, cleaning, staff at a decent level. The only drawback is entering the sea on the beach. But it didn't bother me at all, since the pier of the neighboring hotel is 50 meters away, I swam from it. I told my friend about the hotel and in July from 11 to 23 we went here again. Despite the full workload of the hotel, the quality of service remained at a high level. I especially want to express my gratitude to the guy on the Omer recipe. Responsive and attentive. hotel.... Normal, without any WOW! but it's not bad either. as everywhere there are pros and cons.

We spent 7 days and 6 nights in Alanya for the first time. The hotel is almost in the center, its own underground passage to the sea, the hotel's swimming pool is small and clean.
Food, no one remained hungry and there were enough places for everyone, meat, fish, vegetables and sweets..I liked everything.
The room is clean, spacious on the second floor, when walking, when taking the elevator ((long wait and a lot of people.
Animation was not important to us, we walked in the evenings, we did not exercise by the pool in the morning..but people liked it..
Overall, very positive impressions..except for the entrance to the sea... you can kill yourself on the rocks..
We went to other beaches or took a bus to Cleopatra Beach..there is azure water and the entrance is wonderful (* for adults, it is gentle..but without the stones..
I recommend the hotel as a solid 4 (I have nothing to compare the fours with, we were in a good 5..such as Santay, Maritim..and that was 10 years ago for the last time.., I judge by them.

Great location for Alanya!!! The first line, there is an underground passage from the pool to the sea beach.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but sufficient. Respect to the gardener!!! It is well maintained and cozy.
There are practically no evening shows at the hotel, which is fine. A very family friendly relaxing holiday. They were in July 2023. Turks mostly vacationed with their families.
The restaurant is cramped, it is not always possible to find an empty table.
According to the menu and the deliciousness of the food, they expected the best - for a declared four-star hotel. But they weren't hungry. The staff is trying hard.
The room got a view of the sea and the fortress on the third floor. The view overshadows even the noise from the road))) The air conditioning in the room is very well located, it does not blow.
We cleaned the room every day, and on some days we even refused to clean. All requests (gel, toilet paper, fresh towels) were fulfilled by the staff with a smile and from the heart.
Free internet is available only in the lobby on the ground floor. The speed is sufficient only for reading the text. The video is not really uploaded.
A good reliable hotel for a family holiday!

The entry into the sea is terrible, only plates, but in 14 days we got used to them.
guide Karina is a separate story, according to her, that the prices for excursions are different, since everyone's salaries are different, so the excursions will be on different budgets, but when we heard the prices, we were shocked. Do you invent them there yourself? If you take the prices for excursions for the whole family, you will get how to relax for a week in this hotel. We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. I'll write about the bad stuff first) I was unpleasantly surprised by a few things:
1. The pillows in the room were small. Therefore, after the first night, we came to the reception and asked for 2 more pillows. We have mentioned this twice. Bottom line: they brought us ONE pillow on the penultimate day of rest).
2. The safe wasn't working in our room. 3. Room cleaning. Firstly, there are no signs that hotels usually have about not being disturbed or, conversely, about a room cleaning request. We saw that some of the rooms had homemade ones made from a simple notebook sheet. Although, it seems to me, such signs are the norm for hotels) The room itself was not cleaned very well. I can't say it was downright dirty, but I saw that the same trash was lying on the floor throughout the rest) One day, they left a tip for those who would clean up. We returned, and they were there. Just because they didn 't even come to clean up 😁

The beach is nearby. Get out of the hotel, walk through the underground passage and the beach. An important point: the bottom of the sea is made of rocky slabs. It's very slippery. We rested at this hotel from 17.09 to 24.09.
We read reviews, wrote a little about rotovirus. In the end, every second guest of the hotel, with whom we would not communicate, got sick. I went with my mother, and of course we are no exception. We felt bad on the day of departure on September 24, and if my mother has already passed away more or less, then I still feel disgusting. This virus started in the hotel a few months ago, but it is not closed or processed because they are afraid of losing money. Even the staff is talking about it.
So, let's talk about food. The choice was quite good, especially for desserts.
I have no complaints about desserts, basically everything is delicious.
Vegetables. They were mixed fresh with stale ones and had to pick at the plates.
Olives are generally inedible.
Hot is more or less delicious.
I did not eat soups, there were only 2 of them, and they did not cause much appetite with their appearance.
Bread is a separate pain. The guests cut the bread for themselves, and it seems there is a special towel to hold it, for some reason people scored on it and touched it with their bare hands.
With regard to the cleanliness of the guests, of course, it is not the fault of the hotel, but I believe that this should be monitored somehow.
When I was with 2 German women, one of them dropped a cake on the floor, picked it up with her hand and threw it back into the plate... and no one has removed it, no one cares.
Dishes are washed badly, glasses are sometimes dirty, plates too.
A separate pain for me is the ants. I was so shocked when I sat down at the table by the window, and ants were running around on it...

I twisted my leg three times during the whole vacation, in order to go at least waist-deep, it takes a long time and carefully.
There is also another disadvantage in the location of the hotel. There is a mosque nearby. And every morning at 5.30 I woke up to these chants and closed the balcony.
As for entertainment, nothing interesting. Darts competitions, water polo. A disco by the pool is a laugh. It's more like doing exercises at a children's camp. People sit on chairs, then the presenter tells them to get up, and people right next to these chairs repeat the movements of the presenter. The music is the same, the movements are correspondingly the same.
While I was relaxing at the hotel, I turned a blind eye to all sorts of little things, but the rotovirus was the last straw.
