Awesome place! They have family rooms which is very convenient for families with kids. Winter and summer pools.
Board games room, table tennis, small library, small playground - we enjoyed all of it! Mountain view is spectacular - both winter and summer time.

We stayed with you for the second time from 4 to 10.01.25, we were very satisfied. Wonderful atmosphere, polite and friendly staff, wonderful and cozy rooms, daily cleaning, excellent breakfasts, cool pool and saunas.
It was a little hot in the rooms, the dinner was not very tasty and expensive.
Transfer to Amirsoy in 15 minutes.

We had a rest with my husband from April 19th to 21st.
The staff is good, they quickly guided you through the work of nearby places, routes and exchangers, special thanks for the opportunity to study in the gym early in the morning (according to the rules, he works from 9 a.m., but the staff went to a meeting and allowed you to work out at 6). The gym is small - the only equipment is a track, an ellipse, a bicycle, dumbbells from 2 to 22 kg and two benches, one of which is adjustable in inclination. There are no mats and additional equipment in the form of traction straps, for example. Water is only in the cooler next to the spa, bottled water is not offered, which complicates the training process, you have to run every 10 minutes for a glass. The rooms are spacious and quiet, the balconies are cool.
The breakfast is a buffet, nothing unusual, lots of sweets and you can order an omelet.
On the downside: they asked us to bring an iron with an ironing board to the room, they only brought an iron, and there are no extension cords in the hotel, which prevented us from connecting the computer in the hookah bar to the TV for a long time.
Otherwise, everything is fine, the pool is clean, sauna and hammam are on the level.

We were at this hotel a couple of days ago, vacationing with our family. I'll start with the pros:
Friendly administrators.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, with stunning mountain views.
There are winter and summer pools (summer — without heating).
A spacious training area, massage, hammam and sauna are all at the highest level.
Now about the cons:
I didn't like the food — it was tasteless, there wasn't enough variety and it was expensive.
For dinner, we ordered fried dumplings — a small portion (only 10 pieces), the dumplings themselves turned out to be very dry, I did not feel the meat small.
We ordered an omelet with cheese for breakfast, but I didn't feel any cheese or salt.
They asked at the reception, and in response they said that the cook was new.
Overall, I liked the hotel, but it's worth working on the cuisine.

For a quiet and comfortable stay, the place is ideal for celebrating the new year with 3 stars. I took two rooms with a total cost of 22 million. There was 1 champagne, 1 cola, 1 juice from drinks on the table, and the food wasn't great either. I drew the administrator's attention to the fact that two rooms were paid for, and it was logical to set the table for two sets, at least drinks, there was a table for two next to it, the design was the same when we were 5 people. The administrator noted that the registration goes by tables and not by numbers and number of people, if we had a village separately, we would have arranged for 2 sets. I've been celebrating the new year in the Avenue for 3 years, the tables are filled to the maximum and there is a lot more choice of drinks, and most importantly, the entertainment is better. And it's cheaper!
The hotel is suitable for a quiet stay.

A beautiful hotel in the mountains of Chimgan. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and spacious. If you check in with a view of the mountains, it's generally great! Stars for good repair and good rooms. However, the room was very dry - there were no humidifiers, it was quite hot. The shower came off in the bathroom , it 's good that it was fixed .
The unfriendly girl at the reception did not tell me that you can leave before amirsoy, that there is a transfer and, in general, what you can do at the hotel in winter.
The food is tasteless, dear. A chicken was added to the minced meat in the cheeseburger - it was impossible to eat. We came to the restaurant - they say we can only put you in for 2 hours , then the corporate party is here - everything is booked. I don 't know why we can 't come to the restaurant whenever we want after paying for the room . We ordered room service for dinner as a result . I repeat , the prices are too high , the quality is so-so . Table tennis -1 table - was occupied all the time . The playstation was busy all the time . There was no ventilation in the Exercise room , it was hot enough . As such , there is no territory to walk around . Well , either we didn 't understand , but no one explained it to us . This is the first time I've seen such a high-quality service for a lot of money. By comparison, the Royal Gardens had better service, tastier food, and plenty to do during the day - everything was explained and told.

As for food, a separate note: every dinner, when 30% of the room was loaded, burnt, cold second courses were brought to us. Everyone wanted to approach the manager to get the attention of the waiters.
There are definite lighting problems in the restaurant itself. It should be adjusted, otherwise it burns out the cornea, then the bunnies in the eyes from the main lighting.

Definitely a great place! The room is clean, the view from the room is amazing, the air is gorgeous, especially down in the pine forest. The kitchen is good, the staff is friendly and courteous, the Internet is decent. A nice bonus is free charging for electric vehicles (though don't count on fast charging, it gives about 3 kW), but it's still very nice! In general, I recommend it for a vacation, I personally liked it

The price corresponds to the quality!
We went there by booking in advance through their website. There was a plan to relax in a pleasant environment. Family friendly. Get some fresh, cool air.
What you liked:
* Food. It was delicious. Very. Especially after the pool and sauna, there is a hookah, a bar. DJs are connected on official days. There are cottages from below, for a larger number of people if you go in companies, and there is already karaoke, and they give you all the tools for cooking, including a barbecue. In our case, the room was for three (not a cottage), breakfast is included, and everything else is paid.
* As you understood the pool and other spa treatments. Turkish sauna, steam room, Russian bath, indoor and outdoor swimming pool.. generally a buzz 🏊♂️⛱️🧖♂️
* Two elevators in the building. Is one busy? Let's go to the second one 💁🏻♂️
* Cinema room, Sony playstation, table tennis, and hammocks / swings 🍿🎬🎥🎞️ Well, there should be no questions... 😁👍
* Maintenance staff. Very competent people at the reception. They speak Russian and Uzbek as their native language. 😎
* Interior. The paintings, the integrity of the design, the style of the furniture, everything is selected in a very uniform style. Paintings in particular complement the interior 🖼️
What should be improved:
* Work on optimizing the restaurant's prices. There are positions that can be made cheaper. Subjectively. Tea for 45k, side dishes for 40k +. We are still in Uzbekistan. Insof should not be turned off.
* Improved parking. Put up a curtain or some kind of additional shelter for parking.
Bottom line: I highly recommend it. We will come there again 😌

There is a spa, sauna, hammam, swimming pool, everything is included in the price. The room is spacious, there is a capsule coffee machine, tea set. The breakfast is a little weak, or rather it does not correspond to the hotel, there is room for improvement. A great place to relax at any time of the year. Comfortable, cozy rooms, we always take a junior suite. Each room has its own small balcony. And what sunrises you can meet there! Two swimming pools, outdoor (summer) and indoor (open all year round). A restaurant with an outdoor terrace and stunning mountain views, quite tasty cuisine (judging by the items that I tried myself) and reasonable prices (excluding alcohol).
