Definitely a great place! The room is clean, the view from the room is amazing, the air is gorgeous, especially down in the pine forest. The kitchen is good, the staff is friendly and courteous, the Internet is decent. A nice bonus is free charging for electric vehicles (though don't count on fast charging, it gives about 3 kW), but it's still very nice! In general, I recommend it for a vacation, I personally liked it

Everything is gorgeous! Spacious room, tea and coffee as expected. The bed linen is clean and fresh.
The restaurant is delicious, the breakfast is full, which is very important)

A very decent hotel, with nice, clean, outdoor and indoor pools, albeit small. The rooms are excellent, the service is at a very good level, the food in the restaurant is delicious, European, mostly, but expensive. The breakfast is excellent, a large selection. I recommend it to those who want to relax for a few days without the heat and the city, in clean mountain air, in good, decent conditions.

The price corresponds to the quality!
We went there by booking in advance through their website. There was a plan to relax in a pleasant environment. Family friendly. Get some fresh, cool air.
What you liked:
* Food. It was delicious. Very. Especially after the pool and sauna, there is a hookah, a bar. DJs are connected on official days. There are cottages from below, for a larger number of people if you go in companies, and there is already karaoke, and they give you all the tools for cooking, including a barbecue. In our case, the room was for three (not a cottage), breakfast is included, and everything else is paid.
* As you understood the pool and other spa treatments. Turkish sauna, steam room, Russian bath, indoor and outdoor swimming pool.. generally a buzz 🏊♂️⛱️🧖♂️
* Two elevators in the building. Is one busy? Let's go to the second one 💁🏻♂️
* Cinema room, Sony playstation, table tennis, and hammocks / swings 🍿🎬🎥🎞️ Well, there should be no questions... 😁👍
* Maintenance staff. Very competent people at the reception. They speak Russian and Uzbek as their native language. 😎
* Interior. The paintings, the integrity of the design, the style of the furniture, everything is selected in a very uniform style. Paintings in particular complement the interior 🖼️
What should be improved:
* Work on optimizing the restaurant's prices. There are positions that can be made cheaper. Subjectively. Tea for 45k, side dishes for 40k +. We are still in Uzbekistan. Insof should not be turned off.
* Improved parking. Put up a curtain or some kind of additional shelter for parking.
Bottom line: I highly recommend it. We will come there again 😌

A good place to relax with a small family of three. what I liked : stunning views, spacious rooms with a full bathroom, helpful staff, equipped spa area
What I DIDN'T like : 1)the lack of a walking area 2) the inability to fully use the outdoor pool area: during check-in at 14:00, the sun is no longer there, the water is cold and shaded, and before eviction at 12:00, the water has not warmed up yet, the staff forbids staying after eviction to finally comfortably use the pool 3) they tried to impose payment for an extra blanket.

A great place to relax at any time of the year. Comfortable, cozy rooms, we always take a junior suite. Each room has its own small balcony. And what sunrises you can meet there! Two swimming pools, outdoor (summer) and indoor (open all year round). A restaurant with an outdoor terrace and stunning mountain views, quite tasty cuisine (judging by the items that I tried myself) and reasonable prices (excluding alcohol).

A new place, after renovation, we lived in a room with a mountain view, this is an improved option. Everything in the room is on the level, a wide comfortable bed, soft towels, bathrobes, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, fast Wi-Fi. I took off the star for the restaurant, there are no complaints about the taste, the breakfasts are varied, but for lunches and dinners they cook for a long time, instead of the promised 20 minutes, they waited an hour, and some dishes are 1.2. It's a long time. But the restaurant is on the 6th floor, it has a beautiful view, but you need to book places on the terrace in advance. I highly recommend it!!!

We rested there for 2 days. One of the advantages is excellent service, competent reception staff. The view is gorgeous, I advise everyone to pay extra for a room with a mountain view. The rooms are clean and bright. It can be seen that there has been a recent renovation. Of the disadvantages, the prices in the restaurant are very biting. Nice hotel in a great location! The view of the mountains from the room is mesmerizing! The most beautiful Charvak reservoir is nearby. In general, the interior design is excellent, I liked the paintings of a modern artist on the floors and in the rooms (you can buy). The food in the restaurant is delicious, the prices are normal - like in decent restaurants in Tashkent. The breakfast is hearty and varied, without pathos. The spa area is quite its own: it's not very big (two pools inside and outside, sauna, hammam, steam room), but on a weekday it was free and comfortable (I don't know how on weekends). A variety of massages are available. There is a small gym. I didn't see any people in it, everyone is in the pools and the sauna. The sound insulation in the rooms is good. I really liked the view in any direction from the Archazor Mountain Resort building. We lived in a room with a view of the garden and did not regret it. Of course, the view of the mountains is great, but you can see it all the time - from the restaurant, from the pool, and from the recreation area in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and correct. In general, I can't remember the disadvantages. I definitely recommend you to visit

The hotel has everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the main thing, in my opinion, is the location of the hotel and the views that open from the windows of the rooms: mountains, hills and, of course, the huge sky.
Among the minor shortcomings, in my opinion, it is worth paying attention to the equipment of the gym: there is clearly not enough clock with a stopwatch, a gym mat.

There are no fences, they claim that this is another territory. Very unfriendly people wanted to go for a walk with a child, But they rudely replied without stating why they could not go there! It feels like they rented a room at the height of the season on Rosa Khutor... it was a holiday weekend right after the wedding and we allowed ourselves 25,000 rubles for 2 nights with breakfast, but it is very expensive for an ordinary trip. There are two swimming pools on the territory, outdoor and indoor, but both are specific. The rooms are clean and spacious, the restaurant is well fed, but at Moscow prices)) only the portions are bigger. The only thing we didn't like was the way the newlyweds were treated... because they didn't react in any way. We warned about this when booking, we repeated it at the reception upon check-in, the administrator told us to inform the restaurant about it, we informed and you know what? That's right, NOTHING! When leaving the hotel, we really began to answer the administrator's question about how we rested, but the administrator (according to a good Uzbek tradition) did not care at all about the answer, he immediately got carried away with the order to clean our room, without giving us an answer to his question... about our wedding, he blamed everything on the restaurant, saying they had to. But there are disadvantages. This is the hotel's restaurant. The food is at minus 3 and very expensive. If you have your own transport, it is better to eat at the Faiz Mount (10 km from the hotel).
The breakfasts are so-so. It is served from the leftovers of last night's dinner.
