I had a moment with the armor. They confused the day we were going to come, but everything was decided on the spot. I will refer to the human factor, but it was a little unpleasant. The time was still coming, but it was more than enough for one song. An employee broke into the room right during the performance and ruined the impression. At least you wait until the person finishes singing.

We celebrated a New Year's corporate party in this institution. I do NOT recommend visiting! There were many moments that spoiled the evening. For a very long time they carried hot dishes, although they were not of the best quality and taste. The side dishes were brought to them only after 40 minutes. How can this even be! It was very hot in the room, and the air conditioner didn't work well. At the end of the evening, we paid the bill and were about to leave, but they didn't let us do it! The administrator Julia, in a boorish form, began to prove to us that we had not paid everything and the extra amount had come from somewhere. The question is, from where!? They started presenting us with a check, but it was torn off!!
This institution shortchanges customers and does not offer high-quality services!
The end of the evening was ruined....

We arrived, the receptionist vaguely explained to us what we still have to pay another 200 rubles for now - this is a surprise, but OK, we pay to go for a walk faster.
We waited two hours for food!

We are shocked - we have never had such a hungry corporate party before.
There is a vaunted waiter call button in the room - why use it if you press it five times, but no one comes to you.
The room was not prepared for our arrival-no glasses, no forks, nothing. We were not expected.
In short, the administrator tried to solve the issue with us: we have corporate parties, understand...
I MEAN, YOU have CORPORATE PARTIES, and what do you think we have??? And yesterday it was impossible for me to say when you asked for money for a reservation or today, when we already came and paid another 200 rubles: guys, you will not eat very soon, because we have corporate parties! We would choose to wait or go to another place.
We were refunded 90 rubles for 2 hours of booking, but I would prefer to spend these two hours elsewhere.
We will not return to life.
And we do not recommend it to anyone.

I celebrated the anniversary, booked a white vip, it is the most sympathetic, and suitable for an average number of guests. I pre-ordered the menu in advance. I was met by a boorish security guard /hookah man, escorted, not even by the administrator. The table was set. They showed how to use the karaoke system. At that moment, there was us and another room. Food and drinks were ordered as needed. My guests were dying in anticipation. Ice cream was carried for 1.5 hours, frozen cheesecakes, mojitos were the most disgusting, hot dishes were carried around an hour, etc. All the time I had to show where and what to clean, what to bring, as a result it turned out that the girl works alone, both behind the bar and in the kitchen. It's a horror. There are no outlets.
If the service is at 0 with a load of 2 rooms, then it's scary to imagine what happens with a large number of guests. Celebrations are clearly not worth celebrating there.
I work in the field of entertainment myself, so there is something to compare this service with.
The prices are too high, and they do not justify themselves in terms of the quality of the products, not in terms of quantity.

The sound system is so-so. At the end of the event, they brought us a check, we paid for it all, and started packing. At the exit, the administrator stops us and informs us that we have to pay another 500 rubles, it is unclear why. And also, apparently, the food in this institution is overdue, because two people came down with poisoning the next day. If possible, avoid this institution
