Good night, everyone. I want to leave a review about this place! We were celebrating a birthday.1) The staff is terrible, their attitude and communication with visitors leaves much to be desired… 2)When we came in, we immediately took the money for 5 hours and did not issue a check
3) It is written in the rules of the visit that people under the age of 18 can stay there until 22:00, the result is not allowed at 18:00 and documents are required. Moreover, when the reservation was made, no one said a word about it.
4) When they wanted to take the money for the remaining time (due to the fact that they started not letting the guys who came an hour later from the start of the reservation), they told us that everything was done at the checkout and no one would give the money back.
In general, the emotions from the celebration were only the worst. If you want to have a good time, then you obviously shouldn't come here.

Yesterday I visited this institution, which I was not very happy with. The kitchen is sparse and there is almost nothing to choose. They declare a cut of 1200 g, bring a dish - 600 grams of pure meat from it, the rest is a loaf, Onions and olives,
The employee who sets up karaoke is one for everyone!!!! Accordingly, the waiting time is from 15 minutes and above.
One microphone worked for a minute and turned off until it was replaced.
The very idea of karaoke is difficult to implement: the karaoke remote control is huge, the search system slows down, and it is not very convenient to search for songs through the application on the phone.
The biggest disadvantage is that the songs we wanted were in a format that we were forbidden to use.
The room is a little dark, but it's for an amateur.
Of the advantages:
1) the waiters are diligent, open and kind, apologized that the dishes were cooked for a long time, always came quickly, regularly cleaned the table.
2) a separate room is very convenient.

The receptionist behaved like a mask and relied on the fact that we exceeded the time spent in the room, due to the fault of their waitress, who only after 2 reminders rushed to bring the order. The contingent is doubtful, I do not advise visiting, only if the sanitary inspection of the station and other bodies is checked for compliance with the norms. After the complaint was written, the staff sat and "laughed" at what was written.

There was some fierce scribe with the kitchen!!!
On Saturday at 18 o'clock (the beginning of the kitchen, if anything) they did not have beef (how do they prepare for the weekend?!), pancakes with lightly salted salmon were with white fish, the fish was not frozen, the ice was crunching on the teeth, one the dranik was mildew-flavored, potato slices are supposed to be a Peasant snack (that's what it says on the menu), which were not there, drinks were sometimes carried for 40 minutes, dishes were cooked for a sooo long time, which is why we were forced to leave the rented room and finish what we had already ordered in the common room. Moreover, when we went up to the common room, there was no one there from the guests, that is, the kitchen served only the VIP rooms and for some reason it was sewn up anyway. And then what happens when you land completely? I'm afraid to imagine…
If you come here, you can only sing and at hours when you can bring food and drinks with you.
THE KITCHEN HAS A BIG HUGE MINUS!

To a certain extent, it is quite an interesting institution - when you do not need extra company and you want to retire with friends or relatives, karaoke rooms are the most suitable place. On the other hand, taking advantage of the lack of competitors (at the moment), the administration allows itself dirty tricks - when calculating the cost of renting rooms, it increases significantly (up to a certain time it is stipulated, after that it is several times higher), and they do not warn about this in advance. A room reservation ordered in a week managed to get lost somewhere, and the main thing is that no one is to blame for this. In the provided room there were holes on the sofa and splatter stains on the wall.
Hopefully, someone will start working in the same format, and the institution will have to reconsider its principles a little in order to continue its successful existence.

We rented a room every time, but the first time we rented 5 and of course it was top) It is very bright and spacious, you can sing and dance. The second time is 4, of course it is much smaller and so much darker. It was not enough for 9 people.
Everything was great in terms of songs, there was never a time when they wanted to sing something, but there was no song.
As for the menu, everything was very tasty and satisfying.

It was agreed in advance that the hot water would be served at 20:30. At 21:30, when we asked where it was, it turned out that they had not started cooking it yet.
