Terrible! Just blatantly bad!
The company booked a room two weeks before our event. And on the eve, we ourselves wrote to clarify whether it was possible to move the time, and we were told that our reservation was canceled and given to other people. No one warned us. We could just come to nowhere in costumes (we have a costume party). And no one even apologized to us in elementary terms. Messages are not answered until you ask a couple of times. It's a nightmare. What kind of service?! How can you cancel like that? Why did you take the phone number, at least you would have warned us, we would have found a normal place for ourselves. Thanks, damn it!

We organized a team building in this institution, I would like to say that the service in it is terrible! The administration ordered to place an order for the entire amount of team building, and not for a deposit, saying "There are too many of you, we will not run around with your orders", all the drinks were brought at once! I.e. the next glass of beer was already warm and without gases (by the way, beer is diluted with water there). Cocktails are made with vodka. In general, the experience was negative.

When booking a room on Monday by phone, no one announced the terms of the reservation, that you need to make a deposit, the amount of the deposit. On Saturday, when I came to the institution, it turned out that my reservation was canceled. It turned out that I received a call the day before (a whole 1 time!), unfortunately, I could not accept the call, and this seemed enough to the administrator, although in such cases all normal institutions and services at least make several calls, and also usually send SMS / write to Viber. Guys, the year is 2023, well, there are so many communication channels! No one apologized, I listened to excuses like "well, I didn't talk to you then" when trying to figure out why they immediately accepted my reservation without explaining about the deposit. It was lucky that another room was available, they threw off 5p for an hour, thank you for that. It's a shame that the administrator did everything to make me look guilty, but she didn't even apologize for her employees.

A great place to spend a holiday! I celebrated the anniversary, I really liked the presence of separate rooms! The song list is updated, popular tracks are available) But! Take rooms with a reserve for more people. There were 9 of us and a room for 25 people. It was perfect, there was enough space, including for dancing!) The prices bite a little, but it's definitely worth it!) I definitely recommend it

Well, 07/28/2023 is my most spoiled birthday! We arrived at the club, announced that we had pre-ordered a package for birthday parties. I made a reservation and made an advance payment. The guy told me that I needed to pay off, he named an incomprehensible amount...upon clarification, we went to look for the receptionist's girlfriend. She found the order form and accepted the payment. She also clarified that we plan to extend the reservation for the room after 11. It was said that there is no one after us yet. OK, I asked you to warn me if anything happens. I also added solyanka soup to the pre-order, specifying whether it is possible to order it at this time. The order was accepted, warning that it would not be served immediately, you need to cook. So, we're at the table. We are served cold snacks. Three Caesar salads with shrimp are served on the table...all three with chicken...We'll get a waiter. They offer me to check my pre-order, convincing me that I chose it myself...we check and make sure that Caesar with shrimp was ordered. I'm taking the salads, waiting for a replacement. About 20 minutes. OK, anything happens...The salads were brought. And the shrimp is partially with a strong rotten smell. Some are normal, some are just smelly, rotten, spoiled product. The waiter shrugged his shoulders, saying, everything is fresh. After a while, some food is brought to us. To the question of what it is, the answer is: your "Peasant snack ". We didn't order it. Dispute. You added it upon arrival. Yes, they added a hodgepodge...but they don't cook it...but this dish was not ordered...the officer leaves to sort it out. He returned, took the food, saying that the receptionist had made a mistake, she had heard it wrong. We rest, we ask for tea later. An order for a kettle, black tea. The waiter asks you to choose the taste, names, choose with ginger and I clarify, is this black tea? Yes...and they serve us green...The tea is delicious, okay, let it be like this, we'll be patient. But, for a company of four people, we were served a pot of tea and one mug. We call the waiter again. We ask for cups. I brought more. And one teaspoon for everyone. And then, closer to 11, they ask me to pay off. I go out, I say, we want to extend the room. And the receptionist girl (name is Ekaterina) replies that it is already booked after us, and after 10 minutes you must leave the room. To my question, how is that? After all, I warned you initially that we plan to extend the room, asked you to warn us, if necessary, we will pay extra. In response, with a boorish face: they call me, I book... Summary: this is the first time I have encountered such terrible service, such incompetence of employees. This evening, everything was done as badly as possible by the club in the person of its employees. And I understand that I won't be coming here anymore. And I don't advise anyone. P.S. The only person who behaved decently that evening was a security guard (unfortunately, I didn't remember the name).

The hookah master made a perfect mix for our requests.
There is one difficulty (rather related to events) the kitchen and bar are open from 18:00.
It seems that before this time, you can interrupt me with coworking or delivery, but as soon as the time is 18:00, you should have nothing at all. Throw it out, eat it, or move it to another dimension.
This nuance certainly caused some discomfort.

Let's go through the minuses right away: we booked for 4 hours, the administrator made a mistake and decided that for 3, after 3 and a half hours we came in with a dissatisfied face and said that we were allegedly already delayed for 30 minutes (although it would be possible to explain normally and find out what the reason was), the food is such, in the the room, as you can see from the photo, is not very clean, someone's cigarette butts got to us

We were in this institution not so long ago, booked at one price, paid at another, higher, and did not bother to warn about the increase, although the time for it was a week. At the entrance, the bags were searched, then everyone came looking out, even under the table they were not too lazy to look. I'm surprised they didn't search me when I left. I don't recommend it.
