We took a separate karaoke room for 2 people. The best karaoke option that can be. There is sound insulation. The list of songs pleased me, there were new songs and rock (I was afraid that nothing would happen from what I was listening to, but everything is OK). The only drawback is that in the big hall the music plays so that the administrator does not hear you at a distance of 20 cm. We carried the order for a long time at midnight. And so for a small company, you definitely need to take a room.

I do not advise considering this place as the first option.
There are few songs, you can't really play curling iron (fifa of the 10th year in general). Meals are served cold.
The staff is aggressive, it is difficult to communicate with them.
Conclusion: it's not worth it

After calling this number after 2 incidents in this institution, I was told that they did not know anything about this review, in any case, I am waiting for an official response to the complaint in the book of comments and suggestions. The administrator pretends that he does not have the authority to provide the full name of his employees! After I reported that the brooch was stolen from me last time, the wardrobe attendant Maxim (it is not known if this person works there at all) rudely asked to open the bag for inspection, although he had not asked any of the visitors or the company before. There was no badge, he refused to introduce himself, although everyone knows that the staff IS OBLIGED to INTRODUCE THEMSELVES AT the REQUEST, he is at the workplace in the first place, and stand and arrange a kindergarten with the words "I do not want to say my full name, I am not obliged" and listen to the stupid comments of the administrator "I do not know if I can I'm talking about who this person is. I put things in the wardrobe and have no right to know who is responsible for it!? Constant taunts and smirks throughout the evening, not competent staff. Makes you wonder if this cloakroom attendant is even in this place or not. Terribly

I visited this institution once again on a weekday with a group of friends. Besides us, only one company was resting in the institution, MMZH, one of them was clearly in an inadequate condition, with her husband she climbed up to our table, almost sat on her knees, climbed to hug and in every possible way attracted attention in a very vulgar form. We were a little bit lazy, but what can I say, we tried not to be led by these cheap provocations. It turned out that the second couple from that company is the bartender of this institution with his wife. They behaved decently. But when I went out to smoke - on the street, this so-called bartender began to abuse me and my friends for allegedly showing them something there. The character was drunk and did not behave adequately. Okay, as they say, let's go, let's go on singing. Further, it turns out that they have only two "free" microphones for guests, and there are three of us singing. It's very surprising for karaoke of this size. For an additional fee, the DJ "kindly" agreed to provide "his" third microphone, he offered to determine the amount of the "donation" at my discretion, referring to a very small salary. I agreed to pay 5 rubles for the third microphone, but as it turned out it was only for one song). We're moving on. I wanted to go out for a smoke, asked to get my jacket from the wardrobe of an employee named Igor. Igor demanded a token, I couldn't find the token and asked him to just give me a jacket for a while while I smoke so as not to freeze, and when I go back to the institution, I will look for this token. Igor refused to give me my property, he was not taken by any arguments that my friends were here, that we had paid the deposit, that this was my property and he had no right to keep it, etc. Unable to withstand such a humiliating attitude towards me as a guest of this institution, I decided to make an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, where I offered to hold a conversation with Igor on preventing conflict situations with guests, especially on such petty occasions. Igor countered everything by saying that he could not know which jacket was mine, that he had no right without a badge, etc. Further, he himself admitted that I did not take this badge, because I came and "threw" the jacket (hopefully not in his face) and went to the toilet. To my reasonable question, so where is this token, if I did not take it, he could not answer. My offer to look at the cameras was categorically refused. In general, there are 8 people in the institution, Igor remembers that I "threw" a jacket to him, but he does not remember which one, refuses to give it back, refuses to solve the issue in some other way, demands to pay money. Well, the money is paid, he gives me a jacket, with the words - tell me what's in your pockets. I say that he will not rummage in my pockets, and in general my vacation is ruined, Igor is personally to blame for this, that my opinion is complete unprofessionalism, rudeness and violation of the laws in one bottle. Igor considered this unacceptable behavior and forbade me to return to the gym. I was blown away, the money was paid, the service was not rendered in full, I demand to refund the cost in such cases. Refusal. I say, are you sure this jacket is mine? He says the guards will come now - they will figure it out and press the button)) In turn, I called the police, because I believe that this behavior is complete arbitrariness and fits the article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus. The guards arrived, the police arrived, they took an explanation from me, because I did not violate anything, then they came and left, but they refused to take a statement... The horror. In short, I won't set foot in this diner and I'll tell all my friends. About the token... if I did not take it, my friends did not have it (although they had their tokens with them), it is not possible for me to lose it... I had such a thought - and maybe it would happen that Igor kept it at home in order to shake off 10 rubles? Well, as they say, BG is their judge.

We were there. The air conditioner is broken in the VIP room. They were transferred to an ordinary small one, they took everything early for the price of VIP. The administrator does not make contact, he did not want to reduce the price, only excuses. They charged 10 rubles for a broken glass for 1 ruble. I don't recommend it.
