where they tell me that they are waiting for the driver to fix HIMSELF and deliver the motorcycle to me or to the warehouse and it will be in a day Three at least and they will contact me again.
As expected, after three days no one called back, I again call the sales number myself, where they already forgot about such a minor situation as an undelivered motorcycle to the customer.
As a result, it is clarified that the delivery will be in an EXTREME CASE in another FIVE days. As a result, it was delivered - 8 days after the originally agreed delivery date.
But this is not the end... As it turned out, they decided to save 0.5 liters of 92 gasoline and the fuel level on the reserve was not enough to start the motorcycle for testing.
It was expected that it did not work out to call the managers or anywhere else to solve this situation (I have been waiting for 1.5 months for them to call back) and discuss what to do
if it does not start or knocks. As a result, the driver himself got
through to someone there by a direct number. I had to take the risk and take the bike without starting it, go to the gas station with a canister and worry if it would start at all.
Bottom line: just a terrible attitude towards the customer, no one will care about you, if you can buy somewhere else, buy there. The
drivers who turned out to be the most customer-oriented were those who, as it turned out, work for hire (i.e. there is no own delivery service, which is mentioned on the website).
UPD: after correcting the inaccuracy in the review, I eventually received two similar responses from the organization that "it is very important for them" to contact in order to resolve this issue. I wrote them to the email they specified twice, with screenshots of the review and response, and my contact phone number from which the order was placed. 16 days have passed since the first letter was sent, and 9 days have passed since the second one. As expected, no one got in touch. One can conclude that this approach is just campaign policy.
UPD2: after completing the review with unanswered letters (it is very inconvenient that the organization cannot respond to its own review), the head of the sales department contacted, apologized and clarified the situation: apparently, I was unlucky with a manager they no longer have. To smooth out the impression, we delivered engine oil as a gift - a good bonus for the next motorcycle season, thank you. Let's try to cooperate more.

Avtovelomoto is the worst motorcycle sales company in Belarus. Their main task is to sell you a product that they can't sell for several times more expensive than they bought it themselves. At the same time, from the moment when you order it, to the moment when you can finally legally ride it on public roads, no less time will pass than it would have passed if you bought the same bike / moped/ scooter in Russia, and this works even if He would have come from somewhere in the Far East.
About delivery and documents
The scooter was delivered to me about a week after the order was made. Even then, I strained the moment that was promised in one day, then at the last moment the delivery date was postponed. Okay, let's say. Next, the documents: if they initially assured me that they would do everything themselves, do everything quickly, and I would only have to go to the traffic police and register, then closer to the delivery of the car, they "suddenly" realized that they did not have time to make the documents. They came 10 days after the scooter, and some of the sheets related not only to my "horse", but to the entire delivery as a whole. The price of purchasing them in Russia was also spelled out there, which suggests that their eternal "discounts" are complete nonsense: I regularly monitor their website and see that my scooter is always on the stock, and when it comes out, the "promotional price" reappears a day later.

Two hours after the documents arrived, I already delivered them to customs. Because of their sluggishness and commercialism (this is a separate story that has nothing to do with Avtovelomoto) I came under the action of the law on the electronic passport of a vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the EPTS) adopted on the day of signing. As it became known after visiting beltamozhservice, EPTS can only be made by a legal entity that sold the product (by the way, the law has now been changed and an individual can make EPTS, but this change has appeared recently). And here the story is gaining momentum: the manager Nikolai, who dealt with my question, showed all his incompetence, all his inability and unwillingness to work with people and do the work for which he receives a salary. For a couple of weeks, he either fed breakfast that meetings were being held on this issue, or simply ignored it. After a considerable period of waiting for the EPTS, which he promised several times to do "in two weeks," patience broke down. Having found the number of the deputy CEO, the call was made to him. At first, he seemed like a responsible person who was going to solve the issue, but then the situation began to clear up and it turned out that he, like Nikolai, did not care about customers. Trying to make up for the promises they had not fulfilled, the deputy offered discounts on the next purchases, but after such an attitude and hassle, I will definitely never buy anything from them again.
A little later, the EPTS came. And what do you think? He came with a mistake. One letter that made it unnecessary. Fortunately, after that, they made the new correct EPTS in about 10 working days. Now registration with the traffic police has been completed, everything turned out to be working, but this whole path really took a considerable part of the motorcycle season and a lot of spent nerve cells.
About the warranty
The warranty for my particular scooter, as probably for any other motorcycle, is valid for 3000 km of mileage or for 1 year of operation, and this is only on condition that I go through IT according to the schedule in their store. The first one costs 150 km of mileage, that is, as soon as it gets into my hands, I have to register it with the traffic police and go to them in Gomel (I live in Mogilev myself). Their logic is ironclad, but they are not focused on customers in any way, but only on their own benefit. With a guarantee after passing the test in my city, I fly one hundred percent.
Thus, I sincerely advise you to give up the stupid idea of buying something in this store. If we are talking about a motorcycle, then I advise you to order directly from Russia (a friend did this, received it before me, registered it earlier, so it also turned out cheaper). Definitely do not contact this office of parasites.
