I recently visited the Beryozka cafe and was completely delighted! The interior is cozy and stylish, creating an atmosphere of relaxation.
I especially want to mention the bartender, Eugene. He is not only a professional in his field, but also a real master of communication! Eugene recommended me to try the author's cocktail, which turned out to be just great. His ability to combine flavors and create unique drinks is impressive.
In addition, he was always in touch, ready to answer questions and offer something new. It added a special charm to our evening.
I will definitely come back here again to enjoy the atmosphere and try other cocktails from Eugene. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place with excellent service and delicious food!

However, that's all, the main thing is the food, I was left with an unpleasant impression. The wait was 50 minutes, with an average workload, half of the tables were empty. I think it's long enough for simple dishes in the form of salads and pastas.
The pasta is ABSOLUTELY fresh, as if the water hadn't even been salted. Seafood in pasta is of low quality, rubbery, very little meat, you can estimate the quantity in the photo. Gramovki in the form of 300 g does not correspond, in my personal opinion.
Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place, the expectations were not fulfilled.

A very beautiful and atmospheric place, probably the best and most comfortable summer terrace in the city (here you have water fog, fans and windows open), comfortable furniture and large tables, and the view from the window from any point is gorgeous. There is nothing to complain about, unless of course you are a snob and are used to having everything brought in 5 minutes, but we did not plan for a quick one, and it is clear to everyone that waiting for dishes in a restaurant for 15-30 minutes is the norm)). The dishes are served stylishly, without pathos, everything that we tried is very tasty / the seasonal menu with strawberries surprised us with interesting delicious combinations. It was not the high prices of the wines that pleased us, but the fresh oysters that we took out of the aquarium with the best that we tried from Minsk establishments. I wanted to have a delicious dinner, but the task was more difficult, our daughter is 6 years old.
We went in, transparent letnik, live music, cozy atmosphere. A very unusual menu.
The price tag is high (well, what do you want from a restaurant in the very center of the capital. But it's worth it, believe me).
And the child has nothing to eat there, what should he do?) no problem, we took an individual order for pasta) we made pasta with chicken and cheese for my daughter)
We ordered a shrimp risotto for ourselves. And wonderful cocktails.
The waiting time is about 25 minutes, with a full landing (it's very fast).
We were completely delighted. In Minsk, for me, this is an institution that is a must-visit. For the sake of visiting it, you can even plan another trip to Minsk)

But the last two visits were very upsetting.
There were problems with the service. It's been a very long time. You need to catch the waiter if you want to order something. They brought a cocktail in a glass with lipstick left on it from someone. The cocktail was replaced.
The last time, with an apparent workload of no more than 40 percent, the dishes were promised to be cooked no earlier than in an hour. They were waiting, but they brought it a little earlier. However, the problem with unwashed dishes remained. This time they brought a plate in which the food particles were not washed. For the second visit in a row, dishes are brought that have not been washed to the end. And the problem with the workload of the waiters remained. They don't have time.
Please return the Beryozka to its previous standards.

I came to have lunch. Pumpkin soup is on the menu, but as it turned out it is not cooked ... I ordered a refrigerator. Very sour... I didn't like the taste! The coffee is very good, it's 5/5. Ice cream that is chocolate, that is vanilla - frozen with pieces of ice, I do not advise categorically, it is not tasty…The waiting time for the lunch menu, if it is hot, is more than 30 minutes.…I took chicken meatballs and cabbage hotter - it's edible. But if the truth be told, these meatballs are over-dried specifically, the cabbage is also a little dry! There are no napkins on the table. The waiter is a nice girl, but she runs back and forth, constantly apologizes, maybe as a person she is not bad, but as a waiter she is a failure of course ... Honestly, it's shameful for an institution in the center of Minsk! Work on the menu and train your staff! I think I'll come back sometime later in 1-2 months and see if anything is changing. In the meantime, 1/5. If you want to have a delicious meal, I do not advise you to visit!

We got to this place purely by chance, I was very hungry after a long journey and I just wanted hot delicious food. What we got by going to this restaurant:
1) about 50 minutes of waiting for hot dishes,
2) the food was absolutely inedible, the chicken broth tasted like chicken, it felt like gnocchi were floating on the water and for some reason inside....
Draniki in a liter of oil, without salt and spices, I only felt the taste of oil
Even the standard puer with cherries managed to make a sickly sweet, nauseating syrup.
I don't recommend it to anyone. In my understanding, a restaurant is a place where people enjoy food, get aesthetic pleasure from a dish, look at the photo of the broth served.... Does anyone want to eat it?

The dishes were generally good, but the borscht, unfortunately, did not meet expectations: it was tasteless, and the vegetables looked as if they had just been chopped and added to warmed beetroot water.
We ordered spaghetti: one portion was brought, and the second, it seems, was simply forgotten. We waited 40 minutes, and eventually realized that, most likely, they would not bring us a second portion. When we decided to call the waiter and asked about the delay, she replied without apology, saying that the kitchen was just delayed, although there were quite a few customers in the restaurant. Moreover, she did not offer an apology and asked if we would continue to wait or if we would prefer to cancel the order. It was pretty rude and unprofessional.
Unfortunately, such an experience does not make you want to return to this restaurant. I hope that in the future the management will pay attention to the level of customer service.

But, we went to the Beryozka with colleagues for lunch. What is lunch? This is an hour of time to eat and then go to work.
So, in this institution, the waiter forgot to bring us the menu at all - they reminded us of themselves, they brought it.
After ordering, lunch was carried for more than 30 minutes (lunch in our organization is 45 minutes). A glass of ordinary water was prepared as much as hot water.
I found such timings at lunchtime unacceptable!

Something is flowing, water is dripping from the ceiling.
Risotto is a tragedy. Don't take it. You will be disappointed.
Meat dishes are cold.
There is a very long time interval between tea/coffee and dessert.
Parking is a problem. She just doesn't exist.
Overall impression: unreasonably expensive. Because the price does not justify the impression. After the visit, there was a feeling of slight disappointment.
Maybe I should have taken pancakes and pizza and everything would have been more expected? )))

Yesterday, my husband and I went to celebrate the tenth anniversary of our family. From the very beginning, everything went wrong. My husband ordered a table with a view of the avenue, but we were booked a table with a view of the terrace. Of course, we said that we had ordered a table with a view of the avenue and they promised to transfer us if such a place was available. As a result, we were transplanted.
We made an order and then it started: behind a large portion of salad there was a lush pile of leaves and 5 thin slices of chicken fillet, 40 grams at most, huddled next to them. This was very frustrating, considering that the salad cost 20 rubles. But I will say that it tasted just delicious and it compensated for all the disadvantages. After that, they served risotto with shrimp and... guys, it's a shame!!! It's just a SHAME!!! The dish is 370 grams and 3 shrimps were put on a whole plate of sticky, slimy, slightly damp rice in sauce!!! 3, Carl😂😂😂

Dirty wine glasses became the cherry on the cake. I even felt sorry for the waiter, he saw it perfectly well, but he simply remained silent on my claim, there was nothing to answer.
As a result, we left this place very quickly, I did not eat the dish, but only tried a few rice on the tip of a fork, but still paid for it. Although in such a situation, taking money is the height of shamelessness! And the waiter did not even apologize for the dirty dishes and did not offer to make up for the situation with a compliment from the institution or a discount on the bill.
The festive evening is hopelessly spoiled, complete disrespect for its guests. We walked home in silence, thanks to the Birch Tree for the "wonderful" impressions!

The second time we wanted to come, it was a sunny day. We were very upset, because in the morning there were no notifications on social networks that the institution was not working. As a result, they came, kissed the door and went to another place.
But what happened yesterday is a nightmare. We were sitting on a table by the window in the center, where the "passage" area is, that is, between the bar and another part of the establishment. No one came up to us for 15 minutes. After ordering, my colleague was served dishes (soup and salad) in 20 minutes, and when asked when my dish (hot) would be ready, the waitress snorted that in 3 minutes. When, after another 10 minutes of waiting, I asked her where my dish was, she snapped and said, "I told you it would be in a couple of minutes." When my dish was brought to me, she just threw it on the table. It was noticed not only by me, but also by a colleague. If you need the distinctive features of a waitress - a girl of cute appearance, with brown hair and fillers in her lips.
Also, the taste of the dishes was very strange. Very watery.
It would have been all the same for the waiting time if the waitress had behaved normally. And she did not address the guest as g@vnu.
