Excellent pilaf, there are 3 options Bukhara, Tashkent and diet with olive oil. There is an option to sit both inside with air conditioning and outside, if you are not afraid of the temperature of +42 in summer. I think this is the best pilaf I've ever eaten.

I got into some kind of collapse! The electricity is off. There are no waiters to be found. Mountains with dirty dishes, no one cleans the walls. I barely waited until the table was empty. I took it and waited for the cleaner to clean the table. It took about 25 minutes for no one to clean up. I had to put everything on the floor myself! The food was bought literally at the checkout, the appliances were nowhere to be found, as it turned out there was also no water and nothing to wash with. Either the cleaner was passing by, or the waitress was going to get us the appliances, but! I saw that her name was "fellow countrymen", and... Just silently turned around and left to serve them!
Gentlemen managers! Are you familiar with rating and reputation concepts?
I do not recommend anyone to come here, but I would not waste my time looking for waiters and dishes!

Pilaf was brought in a dirty plate🙄 toilet on the street (the worst toilet in my tourist life😱), the tortillas are not baked, they smell of yeast, literally raw dough, suzma without herbs and salt, achchak chuchuk is a salad of the cheapest hard unsweetened non-Uzbek tomatoes and onions. We believed 5 thousand good reviews-we did not understand at all why these stars were set and these reviews were written. The "tea house" pilaf is generally tasteless, no seasonings or sourness, the "special" pilaf is good if it were not for a dirty plate - I ate only the top with meat from it.
