A wonderful hotel! There is everything you need to travel!
There are comfortable wide beds, daily cleaning, a la carte or buffet breakfasts (everything is very tasty). A luggage storage room is also provided free of charge if you leave the city late.
The rooms have everything you need: hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, soap, hats, towels, water, mini bar (for a fee), sockets, TV, shoe spoon, clothes brush, branded bags, paper, pencil, even a condom was neatly in the safe)))))

I really liked everything, a cozy modern hotel, pillows were changed on request, buffet breakfasts, there are not enough stars from the sky, but everything you need is there. According to the disadvantages that I noticed, this is a TV, fish and calm music turn on automatically very comfortably, they directly support the atmosphere, BUT every five minutes an advertisement for the hotel turns, which sounds much louder than these calm fish. Yes, yes, Bon hotel, I realized that you are the best hotel for leisure and business meetings, do not remind me about it every 5 minutes. I think it would be more logical to start advertising first, and then let the fish go without advertising. Further along the bathroom, it would be nice to have a small soap dish on the sink, it is very inconvenient to tear off this small piece of soap from the tile every time. Well, a buffet breakfast, everything is cooked well, heated marmites, but they do not heat well, the dishes are essentially cold, apparently due to the fact that the marmites themselves are plastic and do not transfer heat well. Here you can either change it to marmite made of metal, or put a microwave to warm up the dishes. Well, of course I wanted some pancakes, maybe they serve it another day. But in general, I really liked it, I wish you prosperity 🙏

The girls at the reception are friendly, polite. Guests are greeted with a smile.
The restaurant's dishes are very tasty, the buffet breakfast is quite varied, the products are fresh, a selection of hot and cold drinks. You will not get into a situation of "we came, and there we have already eaten everything."
Clean rooms, comfortable to stay in, modern design. Thanks to the administrator. The technical staff works for 5! Any request is fulfilled immediately.
Convenient location. The metro is close.

Great hotel!
We took a standard room. The room is very clean, the furniture is new, there is everything you need in the room (bottled water, bathroom accessories, etc.).
The staff is very friendly and courteous, they will always help and tell you.
Positive impressions of the hotel!
Good breakfast (buffet) - scrambled eggs, pancakes, yogurt, pastries, sausages, vegetables, porridges, etc. The cost is excellent !

The location is convenient and the nearest metro station is about 500 meters away. The interior is well renovated. The room is cozy and has everything you need: a large and comfortable bed, excellent pillows and a blanket, a table, a chair, a space for clothes, a safe, a mini-bar, a TV with a large number of channels. I would like to leave a review about this wonderful place. We had a rest with friends, spent a few days here.
The location is great, there is a supermarket nearby, several metro stations nearby, there are also places where you can have a snack, starting with the cafe, which is located inside the hotel, everything is delicious, prices are reasonable. The staff is excellent, friendly girls at the reception, the registration is fast.
The room, we had a standard, very clean, cleaning, bed linen, shower rooms, mini bar, digital TV, everything is very cool!
Thank you very much, our stay was as comfortable as possible!
The price/quality ratio is 10/10.

I was with colleagues on an excursion here 06.XII.'24.
We were all left with a very pleasant impression. Hospitality, beauty and harmony in the interior (especially now - before the New Year), comfortable rooms, attention to detail, pleasing cuisine...
I like to travel, I have seen different hotels, I can confidently say that our Minsk BonHotel is one of the best hotels of the European level.
I would have taken a room here myself, even though I live in this city)) And, for sure, there is another pleasant place where you can go to a restaurant for dinner...

The BonHotel in Minsk is a real discovery! From the first moment I entered the lobby, I was greeted by a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The rooms here are modern, clean and very comfortable. I especially liked the stylish design and comfortable furniture.
I would also like to note the excellent location of the hotel — it is located in the city center, which allows easy access to the main attractions.

A beautiful, modern hotel! It is located near M.Pushkin Street...nearby there are cafes, shops, McDuck and bus stops.transport.
The hotel itself is clean and pleasant...I also liked the courteous staff.
A small disadvantage is the audibility, there was a loud company in the next room.
I really enjoyed my stay there, we lived there for a week, in the autumn of 2024.
I recommend it, I hope the hotel will remain at the same level!

We stayed with my husband for a couple of nights at this hotel while traveling in Belarus. Great room. Everything is new and clean. Large bed, air conditioning. I liked the huge shower separately. Room cleaning, water and shower facilities. The iron and ironing board are in a separate room - they opened it for me on request. We had breakfast included - a great variety, something new every day. There is also a separate parking lot near the hotel, but we did not use it, as we parked the car near the building and moved around the city on our own. The metro is a 5-minute walk away.

Overall, a decent enough hotel with a good location and prices. The room is clean. There is an air conditioner, which is important in this heat. The staff is polite and attentive. The renovation in the building is fresh. The location is convenient relative to the metro. But it is best to use a bus or trolleybus. There are only 7 stops from the train station and almost to the entrance to the hotel. The disadvantage is paper tickets that cannot be purchased using a Russian card. We need Belarusian rubles. Yes, in Minsk they still travel on paper tickets. Alas ...
One of the disadvantages of the hotel is that if you want tea or coffee, then only for a fee at the bar. There are no kettles in the rooms, and there are no water coolers on the floors. Like that.

Great hotel! Very cozy and comfortable. There is everything you need. The room is small, but everything is so well thought out that you don't even notice it. And a bed - not everyone at home can sleep so comfortably! There is a comfortable desktop that is pleasant to work at and under which you do not need to climb in search of an outlet. I was very pleased with the buffet breakfast, everything is also very tasty and even tea and coffee, which is usually rare in hotels. I don't even remember leaving a similar review before, where there is not a single minus.

We stayed for 5 nights. Everything is great. There are no complaints about cleaning. The room is small, but it is enough for tourists, because there is no need to sit in it. I liked the original design of the shelves and the tapchan at the table.
Excellent location, metro station within walking distance, a couple of stations to the center.
It seemed that breakfast was too expensive, they did not pay in advance, but one day they still had breakfast, paying in fact. The breakfast turned out to be quite varied and very tasty. The oatmeal was magical, and the scrambled eggs were just perfect in shape and consistency :)

Taking into account the location of the hotel in 10 minutes. a leisurely walk to the metro station Pushkinskaya, it is really very convenient. Through 2 stations of this branch you get to the center of Minsk and get the opportunity to explore the old town and a lot of attractions, cathedrals, town hall, embankment. The hotel has an excellent 24/7 reception, there is a restaurant, a lobby bar, and there are plenty of shops and cafes around. The hotel offers free parking. Video surveillance is underway. The room is small, decorated in Scandi style, high comfortable bed, good bed linen, set of towels in the bathroom, hairdryer, soap, shower gel, large shower cabin. By the window there is a small table, a sofa, an open wardrobe. WiFi is working well. There is a large TV. Clean, no foreign odors. We did not order breakfast, there is a separate fee for it. Online booking is cheaper. Overall, I liked the hotel. I recommend.

He came to Minsk on a business trip from the Russian Federation in August 2024. I decided to stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff is polite and friendly. There is a great cafe with delicious food on the ground floor. Breakfast (buffet) is available. If I'm in Minsk again, I'll stop here. PS: You can buy a magnet at the reception for memory. I stayed at this hotel in the middle of September. The hotel is not very centrally located, but has good transport accessibility, there is a metro nearby, and ground transport runs until about one o'clock in the morning. The hotel itself is small, the rooms are in good condition, comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning. The hotel itself is normal, judging by the decoration, everything is quite new and clean, but the staff and the kitchen deserve a special mention. At the reception, like Russian roulette, I was lucky and everything went smoothly- great, unlucky - they won't find your reservation for an extension and say good day, and the next day, when leaving, another shift will ask, as if nothing had happened, why are you leaving if you have a room reserved for another night?!!! It's easy to order the most expensive soup in a restaurant (and this is borscht there), wait for it for 40 minutes, despite the fact that you are one customer and after that they will bring it to you without meat! And then the waiter will say that all the questions are for the kitchen, he has nothing to do with it! (I understand that he did not cook the soup, but should I apologize, replace it or suggest calling the cook?!!!) When booking, specify with breakfast, when paying for a room, get confirmation that you are paying for a room with breakfast and find out in the morning that you have not paid for breakfast!!!! Easy!!!!

I think this is the best hotel you can find in Minsk.

One of the oddities: there is no coat hanger in the room at the entrance, you need to go with a jacket to the bed. It would be nice if a corny hook were made on the wall.

I really liked the hotel, modern, clean and comfortable. The room has a very comfortable high bed. An interesting solution with a wardrobe. There is everything you need. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, but it's a matter of taste. The cappuccino was cold and we waited a long time for food. The unexpected thing was that there is a cemetery across the street. But this does not scare us and does not cause any discomfort. On the contrary, it was interesting to go on an excursion in the afternoon, because the cemetery is old. The location of the hotel is also good, 10 minutes to the metro. There are cafes and restaurants nearby.

But there is one big problem that negates all the advantages of the hotel and generally turns it into a place unsuitable for living. This is a complete lack of noise insulation between the rooms. If you come across neighbors who are talking loudly, or watching TV, or listening to music, you will not sleep, that's for sure. It is better to choose another hotel , which was built before it became customary to make walls out of paper.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The hotel is located 300 meters from Pushkinskaya metro station, which makes it attractive despite the fact that it is not located in the center. There is a refrigerator and a TV. There was no classic wardrobe in the standard room, only open shelves and a barbell with hangers. There is a desk and a chair. There is also information that the chair and the lamp are not simple, they are famous and have all sorts of prizes. Pleasant and courteous staff. I liked the breakfasts. From 7 to 11. But after 10.30 there are practically no fruits or vegetables, and not everything is hot. So don't sleep too long. In the evening you can have dinner, good cuisine, there are positions from the national cuisine. The hotel is clean and has a pleasant smell. Daily room cleaning with a change of towels. There is free parking for cars. Excellent sound insulation. Fly in the ointment-there is a choice of pillows- small, medium and large, but they are slightly tired, they turned out to be filled inside the coil. There are traces of mold in the bathroom, which is extremely surprising, because there are many ways to combat this nuisance now. And the price is 17.0 thousand for two nights with breakfast. Although it should be noted that hotel prices in Minsk are not affordable in principle.

On the third day, I fall asleep and wake up to the neighing of the girls from one of the neighboring rooms (most likely from above). It sounds like they're talking right in the same room. The complaints are not about the girls, about the hotel, because the girls do not fight, do not listen to loud music, do not swear, they just talk and laugh, but it is very audible.
And the smell of fried potatoes from the bar downstairs on the 6th!!! and this, of course, is very wrong

I was very pleased with the room, very cozy and modern with good furniture, linen. Excellent bathroom, with good plumbing. Buffet breakfast - you can eat enough.
The girls at the reception are very hospitable and helpful, helped solve a number of issues.

I was at this hotel in July of this year. I liked the hotel. Not every four is like that, but this one is 3*. The style is Scandinavian minimalism. The room is clean, everything is fine. During the week that we lived there, we cleaned daily, changed the bed once, changed the towels every other day. The room has air conditioning and a refrigerator. The mini-bar is paid, the prices are indicated. In the bathroom: hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel (replenished daily). A toothbrush, shaving accessories and slippers can be requested at the reception if needed. If you need a bathrobe, it comes for an additional fee. I won't say about the food, because we only took accommodation. The hotel has its own small parking lot. There is a grocery store, a pharmacy, a coffee shop and an ATM in the building from the front. The only disadvantage for us is that it is far from the center, it takes 10 minutes to get to the center by taxi. But maybe for some it will even be a plus.

Excellent hotel, located 10 minutes by car from the center.
The hotel has 9 floors, a restaurant, a lobby bar, and a conference room.
We took an improved Standard room, the room has everything you need, you can change the pillow to a softer or harder one.
All accessories and water are updated every day during cleaning. The maids clean perfectly, they left late once and the maids cleaned later than the cleaning schedule anyway, which is a plus.
I read negative reviews where they wrote that everything flows to the floor in the shower - now there is a threshold and the problem is solved, the hotel listens to reviews.
The TV is not big and not small, there is something to compare where there is a TV for show.
Smart TVs in the rooms are more expensive, but I would like to see them in the superior rooms, but this is just a wish.
We had a coffee machine in our room and 2 coffee capsules daily.
The breakfast buffet is always fresh and replenished, i.e. if you come late, you will not stay hungry.
The staff is polite and pleasant.
I recommend the hotel for a long stay.

We took a standard room. I liked the hotel very much, a nice cozy room, a large comfortable bed. The room has a TV with remote control,air conditioning,a table, a chair,a mini sofa, a mini bar with different types of alcohol, food and drinks, as well as 2 bottles in the room for free every day. 2 cups. There are no cutlery and a kettle, you can ask for cutlery and boiling water at the reception. There is only 1 outlet near the bed. There is a shower cabin with hot water, paper, towels, soap and gels, slippers and a bathrobe are purchased separately. For tomorrow there is a buffet with a standard set of food, there is a choice, the food is delicious. The staff is friendly and courteous.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance from the metro and bus stop.transport.The staff seemed to be nice and friendly, but there was a situation where help was needed at the reception, there was a young man, well, reluctantly and with a dissatisfied face, he did it all, it was clear how tired he was of us.

We booked the hotel from 24 to 27 May. Clean and tidy, room with 2 double beds. For a child of 2 years old, at our request, a cot was provided, which really barely fit. The room had a mini fridge with a minibar, safe, air conditioning, TV with lots of channels, 2 glasses, 2 bottles of water (new ones were brought every day). There is a shower cabin in the bathroom (very weak water pressure, but there was a rain shower, it would be better to have an ordinary one) . Soap and 2 bottles of shower gel. The Wi-fi worked very well.
I underestimated the rating due to nutrition. Check-in was from 14.00 and in order not to look for a snack from the road, we wanted to eat at the bonbistro at the hotel. What was denied to us, they said that they had special service for a large company today and the kitchen was not working. We didn't manage to eat there in the evening either, we worked until 18.00.
And in the immediate vicinity there is only fast food and not a single cafe.

A modern hotel with a pleasant design.
The metro is at least 7 minutes away, there are many buses in any direction.
We tried to eat in the restaurant at the hotels, there was a lot of excitement in the evening and immediately warned about waiting for dishes from 45 minutes. According to the classics, the hall was occupied by only 70 percent, and the rest of the establishments nearby were only fast food.

I was with my daughter at this hotel from June 18 to 27, 2024. They gave 61 thousand rubles with kopecks for a double room with breakfast. The room is perfectly clean, everything works, there is no speck of dust anywhere, the garbage was cleaned daily, everything missing was brought without asking, plus two bottles of water, bed linen was changed every three days. The kitchen is wonderful, the choice is good (buffet). We thank all the staff of this wonderful hotel: attentive, polite, they will help in any matter, you rarely see this, plus the hotel has its own free Parking, there are plenty of places.
