After reading the excellent reviews, I decided to visit the Bulbashi restaurant.Everything corresponds to the reviews - a good interior, large portions, everything is delicious, but the prices are slightly above average and there is no wi-fi in the restaurant, since the restaurant is positioned as a place of "live communication"
We ordered borscht with bacon and beef with mashed potatoes and pickled cucumber.

The kitchen is top!!! Everything was very tasty! Here are the most delicious pancakes, unreal cabbage rolls in a sauce made from cancerous necks, salad with pears, cheese for dessert melts in your mouth, very tender, amazing!

We came in with a child of six years old. We had to break our heads about children's dishes, we took beef stroganoff. The child liked it. Borscht seemed slightly salty. But the bacon for borscht is delicious. I've never eaten anything like this in my life. I'm not an expert on pancakes, I ate for the first time. I was slightly disappointed, they seemed sour. The cheese dessert is great, but not everyone can like cheese (there is mold, hard, sheep or goat), but we love cheeses in the family, so we emptied the board in a flash. In general, if borscht was balanced in salt, then solid five. And so don't be offended - a strong four.

I can't say anything about the interior, we had lunch on the veranda. The serving of the dishes is fast enough. The price tag is slightly above average, but it seems worth it.

We were in Minsk with a friend for a couple of days and really wanted to get acquainted with the local cuisine. And we can say with confidence that the most delicious pancakes are here! Amazing, delicate, the oil does not feel at all. Trout is a delight. And cheese is something incredible. Very delicate cottage cheese. We definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

We were passing from Moscow to Minsk, walked along Nemiga and decided to go there to eat. With the hall completely empty, the waiter did not let us in, said that "everything was booked" (and it was far from evening yet).Even in Moscow, no one does that. Absolutely not a customer-oriented service.

I really wanted to try the national dessert shakotis, but it is not served anywhere, only in shops there is a whole cake, and if you believe Vicky, then this is a national dish of German, Polish and Belarusian cuisine.

The service level for the restaurant is zero. For some reason, the staff is unfriendly, I would even say as if they were deliberately a little repulsive, maybe this is the concept of the institution to be such non-friendly?
They threw our jackets at the entrance and didn't even hang them up. The waitress, when we tipped at the end of dinner, said "okay." It's not like she has to thank us, but it's strange when "okay" is the only thing she says to all our questions.
I can't compare the price level, by the standards of Moscow and St. Petersburg, of course, it's not very expensive.
