Guys, order the draniki. They're beautiful! It's the tastiest I've ever eaten in Minsk. They compare favorably with their colleagues in that they do not float in a ton of oil and melt in your mouth, preserving the crispy crust.
The toppings are gorgeous. And it looks very nice. These are the Draniki that can be posted in the proscription!

The establishment has its own brewery. They make good beer.

Homemade beer, just super, pleasant and not drunk, a cocktail "Spicy cherry" top, they took pancakes with mushrooms and something else and with sturgeon and caviar, lyaya, despite the fact that everyone knows that Belarusian cuisine is mostly potato, oily, fatty, but here it is full on the contrary, delicious low-fat pancakes, and even with interesting toppings, do not cause heartburn and heaviness in the stomach🤤🤤🤤 We were told that in this institution they cook from farm products, pancakes are made from potatoes grated on a fine grater, beer is prepared right inside the institution (there is equipment for its preparation behind the glass).
P.S. There are people there all the time: some leave, others immediately come. We went in after the tour, came accordingly without reservation, it was Sunday at about 4 p.m., they put us at the bar and it was still a buzz. Like the rest of the commentators, I advise you to book a table accurately from Friday to Sunday, because there is a chance not to get into this wonderful place.
