Great location, in the old town, walking is convenient in the central part, train station, circus, parks, metro - all within walking distance. We were on holidays, we couldn't get to the restaurant downstairs for dinner, it was busy, breakfast was served on the 6th floor in the morning, the breakfasts were good, but expensive, based on the set of products, I'll note the omelet separately - the woman cooked delicious. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, one room had only a bathroom, the other room had a bathroom plus a shower (we rented 2 rooms), the mattresses are soft, the pillows are comfortable. Room service - ordered from the restaurant - good. We visited the pool and sauna, the sauna is on another floor from the pool, not very convenient, the pool is nice and clean. The hotel is clean, the service is unobtrusive, the check-in is attentive, they offered options. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a casino in the body and guests from there could sit in the bar all night, the toilet was dirty in the morning after drinking (they waited for check-in and went to the hotel's communal toilet in the morning, it was a nightmare, then of course everything was cleaned). That is, after all, the entrance from the casino to the hotel is not the best solution.

In general, it is quiet, noisy Independence Avenue is away from the 1st block. The hotel is no longer new, it belongs to the Turkish owner. There is a good SPA with a swimming pool and fitness on the ground floor. Sauna there is only one sauna, you can warm up. There is an opportunity to walk around the hotel and restaurant in a bathrobe))
The breakfasts are normal. You can taste draniki and drink a glass of champagne.… The coffee will be brought by the waiters.

Excellent hotel in the center, very conveniently located. 7 minutes to the train station, 15-20 minutes to Nemiga on foot. There are pleasant breakfast cafes around. The room is cozy, clean, everything is there (iron, ironing board, slippers, bathrobe, all accessories in the bathroom). A comfortable bed. In February, the air conditioner was turned on for heating, it's cold without it. They left it while they left, and the room stayed warm. I liked the hotel. Very convenient location in the center. Sometimes they used taxis, but more often they walked. Everything is close everywhere: where to eat and where to walk. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have its own parking.
Rooms are available for smoking guests. The hotel has a 24-hour restaurant with a short break in the morning. There is a Spa complex, I saw that it is in demand. You can go through the hotel to the casino.
The rooms are small but beautiful. The floor is made of natural stone (wear sneakers!). The bathroom is also excellent, all made of stone, it is very convenient that there are two sinks in the bathroom. The room is fully equipped with everything a guest may need, including a safe. But for some reason there are no toothbrushes, they must be asked at the reception, this surprised me..
The beds are comfortable, but keep in mind that if you take a room with separate beds, they will be 90 cm wide!

The location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are normal, but already require renovation, especially the bathroom. The pool is clean, the water is warm, there is a Jacuzzi.
There are no sets with toothbrushes, ear sticks and cotton pads in the room, you need to contact the reception and then they will be provided.
Disgusting system with towels and bathrobes for the pool. As explained to us upon check-in, you take all the bathroom accessories from the room and go swimming, when you return, throw them on the floor and they will be replaced for you. But!!! If you decide to visit the pool in the evening, they may not be changed, since the maids may end their working day, respectively, they will do it in the morning.
We didn't know this, they put everything on the floor and asked us to replace the used towels and bathrobes with clean ones, they refused us. I had to ask for this service for a very long time.
In general, the reception staff could be more polite, they talk from a high place, as if the guests were guilty of something. The disgusting attitude and the desire to address them once again, there was no desire.

It's not a bad hotel, but in my opinion it's not 5 stars. Delicious, varied breakfasts, a swimming pool, and courteous staff at the restaurant and reception. Unfortunately, I was not pleased with the room. Between our room and the next door. Yes, they are lockable, but there is no sound insulation. Every morning we woke up to the screams of parents at their children in the next room. The curtains on the windows were torn off in some places, so the window was not completely covered with them. Nice hotel. We were in October. There are many different bars and restaurants nearby. The room is clean, beautiful and spacious. There is a spa complex. A small swimming pool with clean and warm water, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and sun loungers. The room was chosen based on the fact that the price necessarily included a swimming pool and sauna.
Of the minuses: Two saunas were announced, a Finnish sauna and a hammam. The Finnish sauna is very small, in the evening you had to stand in line and wait until a place was available. But we still got to a time when there were few people. Approximately 14:00. We bought enough and warmed up. Hammam for a fee. Now about the number: There are no batteries in it. There is simply no way out. Not in the bathroom, not in the room. So if you want to dry your swimsuit or towel after the pool, then feel free to hang them on a hook or shelf in the bathroom itself.
But even these disadvantages did not upset us. We had a good rest at the Crowne Plaza and were very satisfied.

Nearby ( at the station ) there is a stop for a double-decker bus, we rode on it. We went and walked with relatives all over the city, the taxi is inexpensive. We went around everything on foot, too. Quiet hotel, 5-7 minutes walk to the train station and Independence Square. There are also several theaters and shopping centers within walking distance. A 15-minute walk and you're already in the Upper Town.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. A tea table with a sweet (and I must say, very good quality) complement from the hotel. Fluffy, well-absorbing water, bath towels. Bathrobes that make it convenient to go to the spa area. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym are free for hotel guests and are open from 8.00 to 22.00, which makes it possible to visit them at a convenient time for you.
It is not surprising that my husband and I have stayed at this hotel on every visit to Minsk over the past few years.

Breakfast is probably one of the advantages, although the coffee is terrible. There are more disadvantages. The constant smell of tobacco in the room and in the hallway. The windows of the room overlook the courtyard, the roof. But we didn't really have time to look out the window, so this fact turned out to be unimportant for us. Those staying at the hotel can use the swimming pool, which is located at the hotel. There is a spa for a fee, but it was not possible to use it. We tried to get a massage after another long walk, but everything was busy. So you need to make an appointment in advance. In general, everything is wonderful! I recommend it!

The hotel is great! It is located in the very center, near a lot of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, a super pool, spacious rooms, linen, mattress pillows are excellent, the hotel itself has a casino, the railway station is very close by, we are very glad that we stayed at this hotel, the rest was wonderful. The location is of course the most advantageous to save time. We reduced the number of days of stay , the hotel made a refund without any problems. Breakfast is expensive, I don't see any point in taking it, there are a lot of places two steps away where it is 2 times cheaper to have breakfast on the veranda. The train arrived early in the morning , they could not check in before 14 o'clock , the hotel is overcrowded , it is better to arrange an early check-in service in advance .

Having extensive experience traveling to hotels of different chains and categories around the world, I can confidently say that this hotel is definitely not a 5*. It's a sad 2* with a big stretch, with unprofessional staff, old rooms and completely smoky corridors.
We chose the hotel because of the pool and the location in the very center of the city in a historic building.
I haven't spent any time reading reviews, what problems can there be with a 5* hotel of a well-known chain? And very serious ones.
I booked very much in advance, in January, because accommodation in Minsk is difficult in principle, and everything is busy for the May holidays. Room for 2 adults and a child, 10 years old. Through the Yandex app.Journeys. The cost for 3 nights is about $ 600 without breakfast.
We arrived at the hotel at 15:00. At the reception, we were greeted by a crowd of guests who complained about various problems. Alerted))) I check at the reception desk if it will be possible to pay extra for another day, if we suddenly want to stay in Minsk, the employee refuses the extension without even checking the database(!) I was perplexed and asked why she couldn't do this if there were currently rooms available on the site for the desired dates. She replied- so book on the website(!). Nonsense! Then she announced that the three of us would have to sleep with the child on the same bed
(!!!) That we didn't pay for the extra seat, which costs $20 per day. Although the voucher says that the room was paid for three people (2 adults, 1 child). There was no time or desire for a showdown, I offered to make an additional payment and then deal with the booking system. And I got rejected again!!! It turns out that the hotel is over..... all the clamshells !!!))))) Further, instead of solving the problem, the receptionist told us her personal experience, from which it follows that in "hotels in the United Arab Emirates, where she has been, this is a normal practice and where adults sleep with children in the same bed" (!!!!). To which we replied that we were currently in Minsk, not in the UAE, and that it was unacceptable to impose personal experience on hotel guests, and it did not correspond to our moral principles and traditional values. And you need to resolve the issue or refund the money. To which, again, the discouraging answer is that you didn't pay anything to the hotel (!!!) Although 100% of the payment was written off a week before check-in. And only after writing in the complaint book, the cot was found. It took about an hour. The maids on the floor were surprised by this problem because the cots were available. When checking into the room, it turned out that there were also no towels. However, they arrived quickly. There is no mini-bar in the room (!) The safe is broken (!) The TV is old. The water in the shower is not regulated, and there is black mold on the walls. The wallpaper is coming off. The socket for the kettle is defective. There is a pool, but it's terribly chlorinated, and my eyes and nose are burning from bleach. There is a sauna, but on different floors with a swimming pool (!) There is a hammam, but hotel guests are not allowed in it (!) The hotel does not have its own parking (!)
That's the sad experience we had with this "five-star hotel"
An extremely unpleasant, gloomy, foul-smelling place. To work with Yandex.Travel is also a big issue. I contacted them immediately, told them about the problem with the check-in, and promised to help them within 3 hours. But the call from them was received only the next day. That is, the support did not help with solving the issue at all. A replacement hotel was not offered. So you can stay on the street without a hotel and without money.
But despite everything, we really enjoyed Minsk and we stayed for a couple more days, but in another 5* hotel, for the same money, but corresponding to the declared level, with a large bright pool and the most friendly staff. ))) I recommend Renaissance

A 2-minute drive from this hotel there is also a 5* with a swimming pool, but there is no such thing. The price difference is 3 tr, unfortunately there were no places in that hotel on this trip. On the day of my arrival, the pool was not working, and the hotel was chosen strictly taking into account this criterion. To sum up: If you do not have any neighbors at all, then it is quite suitable for a short stay. I needed 1 comfortable night and morning, but: music was turned on in the next room at 6 a.m.)), I lasted 30 minutes, asked to turn it off, went to a meeting, I couldn't fall asleep anymore. I'm definitely not going here anymore.

At the same time, I booked a single room. Why is this done? I don't know, but it's uncomfortable at the most.
A hotel of this level should think about the convenience of its guests. When you sleep at one o'clock in the morning, and the tenants return to the next room, the sounds certainly interfere with getting enough sleep. So that's a minus star for that.
The staff resolves issues quickly, in general, I may stop again, but I will insist on a room without connecting doors.

Starting from the interior, furniture and appliances and ending with the SPA. I was outraged by this. I took off a star for the SPA. The hammam has not worked once in three days. Hydro massage only in the round Jacuzzi. Neither the charcot shower nor the hydromassage in the pool (as described on all sites) worked. The SPA staff said they turn on every 20 minutes. We were probably unlucky not once. But we didn't check in three-way, but 5 * for 410 E for two nights.

I am staying at the hotel now, I specially booked it so that it would be convenient to get to the place where the interview will take place. Getting up at 5 a.m., I need to rest and get some sleep, which is what I was hoping for in a kind of five-star hotel.
Bottom line: noise insulation is not that bad, it basically does not exist. I could hear my neighbors talking loudly, to put it mildly (including in obscenities), watching TV (you could even not turn on your TV in principle)
I called the reception and asked for earplugs, to which they replied, alas and ah, but they seemed to promise to ask the neighbors to be quieter. 10 minutes have passed, there is no result, I call again, the girl answers, I repeat what happened, to which I get an exhaustive answer "this is not my competence, people are also resting," but oh thank you, you decided to do me a favor and call them.
After about 3 minutes, by the way, I heard a call to the neighbors and they said, "What the fuck is going on?"

In general, if you have some important event and you have hopes for a kind of good hotel, the crown plaza is not your choice) there are cheaper and much better options.
And here, as I understand it, the management cannot even spend money to make noise insulation in the rooms.

Great location. Nice spacious room, daily cleaning, but for 7 days the bed linen has never been changed. Mold, bath accessories, and water were replenished daily in the bathroom. The pool is nice. They didn't take breakfast. I still didn't like the unfriendly staff, although the Belarusians are very kind.

We just returned from this hotel today. When choosing a hotel, the main criterion was the center of Minsk, we hit the spot, the hotel is right in the center. It is a pity that there is no parking, but you can stand near the hotel for paid parking, we, as honest citizens, tried to pay for it, but this is technically not possible on our phones, parking attendants also do not show interest in Russian numbers, the car is still standing. The rooms in the hotels are wonderful, clean, spacious, very impressed by the presence of both a shower cabin and the bathtub itself. I wanted to remove one star, but decided it was not critical, they put me in a room on the 3rd floor, in the farthest wing, and when we stopped by and decided to look at Minsk from the window, we saw the windows of another building in the window, apparently, the roof of another building, in general, the view ... more precisely, there was no view, we decided to curtain the windows and not look out the window more. It's nice that the pool, sauna and Jacuzzi are included in the price, after a walk through the autumn city, that's the thing. We took it without breakfast, it is also essential to eat in different places for all 3 days, there are many cafes with great breakfasts nearby. We will definitely stay at your place again, it is quiet, hospitable and cozy.

Can I still put 4?… The hotel is comfortable in everything, but it already requires a lot of care. It's just elementary: in the corridor with the numbers, the light bulbs are not all lit, and those that are lit are of different colors. It's so easy to fix, but it would be a different mood... you have such beautiful expensive furniture, decorations, paintings in the halls... save it... and take a closer look: in one of the elevators there is an advertisement for the long-past new year… I would also like to mention the work of Irena, an employee of the spa area, who is a stunningly delicate and qualified specialist. I really enjoyed talking to her. Well, yes, breakfast is also not for 5 * ... everything is delicious, fine, but it should be a little more on a high level. Thank you for our 2 nights in May! May everything become even better for you, because there is everything for this!

Well, finally I had the opportunity to leave a review!!! That's great!!! Perfectly!!! Wonderful!!!!! I really liked the hotel, the room and it was larger than the standard size, everything is as it should be in a five-star room - snow-white crisp thick bed linen, magnificent mattresses, climate, TV in different languages, cleanliness, tea, coffee, sweets, a bunch of snow-white towels, a huge bathroom, at the first request we came to the room They brought what they asked for!!! They settled in a wing with special silence!!!! In general, delight!!!! Let's go back and tell everyone!!! And in general, I wanted to live in Minsk because it is very quiet, clean, few cars, clean air!!

Great hotel! For the offered price, everything is very good 👌🏻
A good mattress and pillows, snow-white linen, bathrobes and towels. Very good wi-fi speed. TV is working, there are many channels in different languages.
Hygiene products, tea, coffee were replenished. There are ironing facilities in the room. A good hair dryer.
For hotel guests, a 15% discount on restaurant services is provided.
I was very pleased with the pool and Jacuzzi, we were there 2 evenings in a row (take flip-flops with you).
We took a superior, an additional comfortable sleeping place was organized for the child (a bed, not a cot).
Yes, the hotel is a little tired, but I repeat that for the price offered, the conditions are excellent + a wonderful location! Thank you 🌷

We checked in on May 1, 2025, and made a reservation in advance, taking into account the holidays and the fact that we have a large company. There were 10 of us, we took 4 rooms, made a reserve so that the rooms were on the same floor. We arrived at check-in time (by 14:00), but the reception informed us that only one of our rooms was ready, the rest would be ready only in two hours. We could have survived, but they started setting conditions for us: either wait 2 hours, or we'll put you in different buildings. We did not receive any compensation, any kind of compliment, or even a simple polite apology from the administrators.
The hotel itself is not bad, but keep in mind that the rooms have an adjoining door to the next room, and there is no sound insulation there).
A two-star rating is for the work of the administration at the reception that day.

I would like to explain my assessment and warn you against disappointment.
I was satisfied with my visit to the hotel for only one reason - I got exactly what I expected, that is: a short stay in warmth and comfort for 7 hours in Minsk, waiting for a connecting train.
Objective advantages that were important to me:
+ there is a daily fare (from 8 to 20), thanks to which I did not have to pay extra for early check-in and late check-out;
+ location near the railway station.
The cons, which were not so important to me, but may affect your mood during the visit:
- rather tired rooms that are eager to receive cosmetic repairs and repairs. For example, crumbling baseboards, a floor and a table with obvious patterns of life, a dripping shower in a shower stall.;
- the iron is older than me, and I haven't been 18 for a long time :)
So he also spits yellow spots of water, so water also flows through the spout when moving, although everything was poured as it should be.;
- the floor was a little sticky when checking in, but it was bearable because the floor was cold and in any case, everyone was wearing slippers.;
- maybe I'm spoiled, but the standard bathroom set was usually nicer in hotels. In total, there are 4 jars + soap by default, which is already a shock, but I risked trying only the shower gel - it's frankly bad, all the rest of the cosmetics were mine, but I'm afraid to imagine what would happen to my hair and body after it.
Bottom line: this hotel is quite suitable for spending the night and waiting out. The main thing here is the location/ price. But if you want to enjoy staying there from the hotel, that's not it (as an example of what I'm talking about - Grodno, Kronon, Brest, Hermitage, etc.). The main thing is to build expectations correctly and then there will be no worries :)
