We visited in October, a super cozy hotel, a beautiful well-maintained area, very tasty food. Super diverse, very polite staff. For children, there is a whole city with carousels, slides, animators and stands apart from the main territory. There is a bakery with cakes, open all day. They feed everywhere and around the clock. I didn't like the SPA, it costs $ 80, it's not worth your money at all. There are a lot of sunbeds on the beach, there are always free ones. The hotel has a 100% load. We had a very good rest here. The sea and the beach are gorgeous. The territory of the hotel is large, there are a lot of locations where you can sit, drink coffee, tea or something stronger of imported production. There are no problems with food at all, Around the clock!!! And everything is so delicious.
Evening programs cannot be conveyed at all, if you want to go to the amphitheater to watch a performance, if you want to go to the concert venue where pop songs are cool, or sit on the balcony in front of the lobby and listen to the songs of Turkish bards. There is also a live piano playing in the lobby. There is one drawback, but not decisive in my opinion, the hotel itself, the rooms are tired. This is not critical for me, you only sleep in the room at night, the rest of the time at sea, on the territory.

It's a very cool hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the central room in the hotel. Everything was done very beautifully from the point of view of decoration. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good mattresses. We had a room on the 1st floor, which is very convenient. I left the hotel and immediately saw green lawns and paths. Exotic flowers and plants are everywhere on the territory. The developed recreation infrastructure on the territory of the hotel, responsive and pleasant staff. Well, there's nothing to say about the delicious cuisine, the clean warm sea, it's just the height of dreams. The whole family was delighted with the holiday. We want to come back again.

Very beautiful well-maintained territory, the staff is friendly. The rooms need to be repaired and updated, but not critically. The food is quite tasty and varied. Minus-we had very little entertainment in the evening from October 8-14. They said it was the end of the season and so on. The beach is just gorgeous, there are a lot of sunbeds, but you have to come in the morning. You won't find anyone available at 10-11. Nice pool. In general, it's very good, but we won't go back. We stayed in hotels at the end of September with a 5-year-old child, generally not bad. The hotel is not big, 2 pools, slides, a lot of places to eat.
The pools were already cold, the sea was warm, but windy.
The slides work according to their schedule, not for long. Alcoholic cocktails are not bad in principle, imported alcohol is only in the lobby, as well as in the refrigerator in the room (beer / cola / sprite), food too. There are packaged milk and juices in the children's department. The rooms are cleaned very poorly, even taking into account the tips left every other day. The animation is weak, the animator is not visible at all during the day. In the evening, live music, karaoke + children's animation is the same every day.

We just arrived from vacation. I liked the hotel, a large well-groomed territory, a sandy beach.
We had an early arrival, arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m., left our things at the reception and went for breakfast. The restaurant is large, there are many seats.
Check-in to the rooms at 14 o'clock, did not waste time, changed into a SPA and went to the sea.
The beach is large, 300 meters long, there are no piers that divide the beach, there is a feeling of endless sea and vastness. There are a lot of sun beds, it is not necessary to take up places in the early morning. I really liked the differentiation of the coastal zone and the area for sunbeds.. This is done with care for the turtles, but people are also comfortable, there is just a place to walk along the shore.
At 14 o'clock we received the room key. We got room 3257, on the second floor. Our wing is quiet, for those who want to sleep, you can't hear the music and evening entertainment. We lived for 6 days without neighbors at all. And we realized this later, because the walls are just made of drywall. While the next room was empty, employees came there a couple of times at night, not on official business, but it wouldn't be our business if they weren't smoking there. Mysteriously, the smell of strong tobacco came to our room with the balcony closed, it was a nightmare. At first, we could not understand where this smell came from, so we turned to the reception. Anna and I talked. I must say right away, a very pleasant, responsive girl, ready to help in any matter. Thanks to her, our tobacco-smelling ordeal ended quickly. Thanks a lot to her for that.
If you are planning to visit this hotel, you now know who to contact. The other girls are very friendly, but they don't speak Russian, they try to help too.
The rooms are in good condition, everything is normal.
Cleaning was carried out daily, thanks to our maid, she cleaned conscientiously and changed towels every day. A friendly and smiling woman, unfortunately I do not remember her name.
I also want to tell you about the waiters in the main restaurant. We sat at the same table, our waitress was Sultan, and yes, she was pleasant and smiling, and she also knows and remembers what drinks the guest prefers. She brought us juice and coffee without asking. Sometimes I didn't want to, but I didn't want to offend) her partner is the same sweet girl, it seems Elif, I may be wrong. The girls quickly took away the dishes. There were always seats in the restaurant at any time.
But in the roller coaster area, a very unpleasant girl with glasses worked, who quietly hates all people)
A nimble girl baked waffles, then she was changed to the chief queue creation specialist))) who was constantly chatting with someone and doing everything very slowly, also wearing glasses, sometimes there were 10 or more people in the queue. But this has its advantages, eating a lot of sweets is bad for the waistline.
I can't say anything about animation, they didn't lie near the pool, but the guys and girls are trying, they went shooting with Hannah, she's also a nice girl.
In the evening there are many different locations and for every taste, how to spend time. Listen to the piano in the lobby, live music in the bar or disco. Everyone chooses for themselves. There is a show in the amphitheater. The artists do not save on costumes and the show turns out to be spectacular.
About the food. There is a lot of food and different, meat, chicken, turkey, fish, there is always plenty to choose from. In the evenings, tuna is butchered and steak is immediately cooked. The tuna is large, the size of a dolphin. There is a large selection of fruits, ripe and sweet, you can't buy them from us.
Another plus is that there are no intrusive touts at the SPA, for fur coats and for a parachute.
There is also a minus. The hotel owner's mom arrived at the hotel, all the staff ran in front of her and her friends. I also respect old age, but tourists bring money, not mom. It was unpleasant when you order
a gozleme, and they tell you to come back in an hour, we need to make 48 pieces for these guests. Where so many people fit into them remains a mystery . You can't treat someone who brings money like that! You can put a separate staff for mom.
Everyone understands that we create our own rest and mood for ourselves and we coped with this task perfectly. The vacation was a success, everything was wonderful. Will I come back again, rather yes. I recommend the hotel.

This is the second time in this hotel. Great food. There is imported alcohol at the reception. There is a great variety of fruits like on the counter of an expensive supermarket (they were in early July). Evening animation is normal, daytime animation is very weak. The beach is nice. The entry into the sea is also good. There were enough sun beds for everyone. Cleaning every day. The linen was changed 1 time in 3 days.. We even refused once.. They felt sorry for the cleaning girl. The territory is not huge, but everything is quite well thought out. If your trips were not exclusively to Rixos and Max Royal, then I think you will like it.

My grandchildren were happy to see it.There was always red fish for breakfast, milk porridges, butter is not in a container, but simply, you come up and take as much as you need -very tasty. Lots of cheeses and all kinds of cuts. For lunch, they always grilled something-it was also delicious. There is a variety of food for dinner, as well as red fish and salty fish of all kinds. In the snack bar you can have a snack from 11-00, where everything is on the menu.The grandchildren ordered spaghetti and pizza , drank ayran . We will inform you that you can always find food in this hotel 24/7. There are many refrigerators with water, a lot of ayran, which is very good to drink it in the heat.The animation started at 10-00 at the pool with aerobics and continued until lunch throughout the territory. There was no animation from lunch to four o'clock, but quiet music was playing all over the hotel, which was very pleasing.During the period when we were at the hotel, there were strong waves on the sea and we were not there often these days. I liked the hotel. The territory is small, like in neighboring Adora, but everything is a little awkward, a little worse. People were constantly crowding here.
The food is good, there were sushi and squid and there are always several types of fish. A great snack bar, they feed very well there, they ate salmon there every day. There is a 24-hour buffet on the menu, also included in the price. There are not enough coffee stations and they often fail, but there are 2 coffee shops, you can have coffee there after breakfast.
Alcohol is normal, they make good cocktails, there is always ice cream and sweets for children in the morning and late.
The animation is a little weak for children, but it has gone well. There are no small children's slides. We didn't go to the mini club, but it was clear that everything was working and the children were hanging out there. There were all sorts of events (trampolines for children, etc., Oktoberfest for us).
There are always free sun beds by the pool, it is more difficult on the beach, but you can also find them.
The beach is good, our people mess it up in order, they probably can't crawl to the trash can.
The only disadvantage is the very close location of the concert venue to the rooms and it is not isolated in any way, so if the room has a sea view, then you will listen to the concert until 12)))) But at 12, everything is cut down.
Guest relay are great, they will always help.
Upon check-in, they gave me 40 euros and got a huge room, this is the first time in Turkey when I was 200% satisfied with the room. Everything works in the room, it was a little tired, but without any complaints. There is a full set, slippers, and bathrobes on request.

Overall a great hotel. Nice private beach. There are enough deck chairs for everyone. There are many bars and restaurants. There are always many types of meat and fish, imported alcohol. A good area, although not large, a beach, many restaurants and other outlets with snacks and drinks - at least eat a wide variety of dishes around the clock, including grilled meat/fish, lots of vegetables, herbs, fruits and berries.
The beach is not closed, it flows smoothly into the territory of other hotels, which I really liked and we walked every evening in one direction, then the other, until we got tired 🫶
Regarding the building itself, it looks great, inside and out, but the rooms are a little "tired", although it does not catch the eye much. Bathrobes, slippers, a hair dryer, a bunch of gels, shampoos, shaving supplies, washcloths, brushes and much more. It was easier to take a suitcase with you 😁
They cleaned every day, also brought bottled water, plus a million refrigerators with water everywhere on the territory of the hotel.
Two large pools, several paddling pools. But there are always a lot of people there and the water is like milk, they preferred to swim in the sea 🫶
The only thing I'm upset about is the terrible coffee 🫠 At breakfast/lunch there was no opportunity to drink normal coffee, something incomprehensible was pouring out of the coffee machine, similar to a drink made from fried sticks 🤷 To get normal coffee, you had to go to the pool bar
I remembered the second thing that literally kept us awake. Every evening there was a concert on the main stage, which lasted until 11 pm, then until 12, then once it was almost one o'clock in the morning. And this rumbling music was very audible, as if all the action was right under our balcony 🙈 And when the concert ended, the audience was smoothly distributed to the bars, one of which was just under our windows 🫠 We had to take a nap on the beach the next day after that 🫠

Kids club.... Not bad. Animators or whatever they are are about nothing at all except the local lighter. The rest (citizens of Kazakhstan) just proudly walk around the hotel. Children without parents have nothing to do in a mini club.
Aqua aerobics - 5+. Everyone is attracted to Mr. CHARISMA EMRA.
On the beach, as everywhere, sun beds and umbrellas in a row - at 8-9 o'clock everything is occupied with towels) and this is now not only Russian fun)

We have been to this hotel 2 times. It is located 30 minutes from the airport. The territory is large, the beach is clean. In summer, a turtle lays eggs on the beach. Two pools. There are slides.
The food is varied.
The animation has failed. The first day was just great: there was entertainment in the pool, in the evening there were a lot of games for children. And the rest of the days, almost nothing.

There were 15 nights in early May 2024. In general, the hotel has two big advantages - it has an excellent wide beach and entrance to the sea (as in most Belek hotels) and a normal varied diet (but during the strawberry season, strawberries were given at the hotel once a week, this is not the level of 5ki, as it seems to me). that is, I would define this hotel as a good 4 star. Why else? The housing stock is already damaged, but functional. And overall, the impression of the hotel is not fresh. The wooden deck on the beach is old - we ourselves hammered rusty nails near our sunbeds and I personally caught a splinter). The children's playground is terrible, it was stuffy there on a cool day, the toys are squalid. Really, the animator girl is wonderful! In 2 weeks, there was only one decent children's show that was really interesting - magicians performed. The rest is mostly just dancing with life-size dolls. That is, for holidays with young children, I would look for another option. There are no small children's water slides either. In general, if you are offered a good price, then you can go - good sea and food are provided. Also, the hotel is not within walking distance to some village to walk outside the hotel. To Belek 15 min taxi 30 dollars round trip. You can get to the land of legends very close by bus for 15 minutes.

We rested from May 6 to May 18, 2024, we took a family room, on the 4th floor, the view of the park from the main entrance and the mountains pleased every morning, as well as the singing of birds. The room is spacious, clean, lots of closets, it is very convenient to place all things with children. The restaurant is small, until May 14 there were few guests, which allowed you to calmly take everything you need, but from May 14 the horror began, in the morning even for eggs sometimes you had to go 3 times they were just snatched up, porridge (there were always 4 types of them, which was pleasing at the beginning), by 9 a.m. it remained in at best, 2. Strawberries were given 1 time for all the time and then in limited quantities. There was no entertainment for young children, the kids' club was tiny with the smell of plastic, there was no program in it, the children's pool was icy, colder than the sea. The children's show was interesting 1 time with magicians and clowns, the rest of the days were just dancing with animators. The beach is excellent, it is not clear why the ropes separating the deck chairs from the sand were stretched around May 15. I liked the hammam, it was a great pleasure to bask on hot pebbles, the sauna was occasionally slightly warm, then apparently someone complained, turned on hotter. The hotel is located far from the city, there are many pines and eucalyptus trees nearby, the air is excellent. I would recommend this hotel for adults as a budget option, and for families with children whose children can occupy themselves (you can borrow golf clubs, table tennis rackets from the animators) . It is better to go with the kids to the neighboring IC Santai, there is a children's water park and a children's club, where children are constantly engaged (clay pots were molded, cookies were baked and treasure was searched), children's shows and professional-level adults, and another small, but as it turned out, an important nuance for children is the presence of children's toilets and washbasins.

Before the vacation, I read the reviews and was upset, but I arrived and was extremely pleased. It was especially important for me to pay attention to the child, namely animation. Everything turned out to be on the level. The girls in the nursery are attentive, kind, my child visited it every day with pleasure, you could leave it and not worry, there was a refrigerator in the nursery room, there was juice, chocolate cocktails and water, everything was available. There was also a children's cafe nearby and the animator girls, when we needed to leave urgently for the city, told the child and they would feed him in the cafe. The animation in the evening was also at the proper level, in general we are delighted. Maybe we'll come back again.

The hotel is 5 stars, perhaps 5 stars can be given only for the service and staff. As for the policy of the hotel, it's sad. The food is mostly Turkish, the choice is small, the child was POISONED! I vomited for a day... we ate only at the hotel.
There are fish every day, a lot of fish, and in the evening there is a terrible smell of fish in the hotel.. and so it is almost every evening.
The children's room is actually a shed with a rug.. plastic chairs from Ikea.. pencils, a tiny TV.. some toys.. only the animator girls saved and entertained the children in every possible way.. otherwise, the place is boring.. and moreover, in the middle of our stay, it was closed, they just said the hotel was closing soon, and the children's room would no longer work now. Like that.
It also turned out that the hotel closes earlier than some people's tour ends, and they are MOVED to another hotel for two days.. Well, it turns out to be such a vacation for people..
there is no heating in the rooms, it is cold at night....
The rooms themselves are not bad, there is enough space, clean, well cleaned.

The hotel is old, the rooms are dirty. Rotovirus is provided if children swim in the pool!
There are enough entertainment programs for the day , it will not be boring .
The beach and the hotel grounds are clean.
Alcohol is not very good , the food is selectively normal , the meat is smelly and not tasty (meatballs , cutlets , etc.)
At the reception, not everyone speaks Russian , it is not very convenient

We vacationed at Crystal Tat Beach at the end of September 2024 together without children. The impressions of the hotel are different. In some places it's good, in some places it's so-so...
Upon arrival at the hotel, the reception staff behaved as if we weren't there. We had to pay attention to ourselves in order to be registered.
The room cleaning is good. It was always clean, towels were changed every day. The mini bar was also replenished every day as needed.
There are no cards for beach towels in the hotel, you can take as many as you want and change them as many times as you want. In the morning, the deck chairs are occupied with towels, which lie there for hours, but there are no people. No one cleans them if the person is not there for example 2 hours.
The beach is big and clean. There are small pebbles closer to the water, but not critically. You can say sand. There is no music on the beach. It is available only in the beach bar, where beer, wine, and aperol are served. There is no music on the beach itself, although we could make one side with a speaker, and the other for those who want silence. Similarly with the no smoking zone in the restaurant.
Evening shows on stage as it gets. For an amateur. Different performers or dance groups come. Or karaoke. After 00:00, a DJ plays in the "nightclub", but almost no one comes there.
Animation (adult) is a bit weak. In the morning, aqua aerobics in the pool, after which the animator simply walks around the hotel throughout the day, as if showing that he is present. I would like to mention animator Ali especially negatively. This tactless guy, without any manners, was perplexing. One has only to go for a cocktail, he already sits down with the girl, climbs up to hug. At the disco, he unceremoniously tries to take her aside to dance, asks for a phone number. He does not respond to comments. He barely knows anything in English... What such staff does in a 5-star hotel is completely unclear. Perhaps the administration should have an explanatory conversation. Animators Hanna and Aruna did well, at least somehow left positive impressions, conducting water polo and air rifle shooting.
The bar offers a lot of cocktails, you can also ask for something that is not on the cocktail list. But the staff itself is also different. Some pour alcohol through a jigger, others by eye and smaller. Some are cheerful and positive, while others look sad from day to day. I remember the bartender Emircan - a positive guy, he made us the best cocktails.
In general, the hotel is normal, but in some places it's a disaster. We would have come here again - probably not.

With the crisis in Turkey, the level of service has dropped. The condition of the hotel has fallen. We went there every year and everything was fine. And this year we were put in a room in a tile on the ground floor and my wife, after that, had a fungus in her ear. We were outraged and we were relocated, but the sediment remained. I argued with a hotel employee for 15 minutes that $100 in 2003 was no different from $100 of any other (we were almost late for the airport), although they took bills in the hotel shops without any problems. The fish appeared in the sea in the morning, which bite unpleasantly in the ointment. Playground - firewood, dangerous for children. Otherwise, they try to match. But the price tag is not equal to rest.
