The hotel is average. Of the minuses, the disgusting behavior of the staff at the reception, lobby, everywhere you need to persuade, call several times. Very noisy neighbors got caught, a drunken guest broke down the next door all night, called the reception several times and asked for something to be done, as a result, they listened to the screams of a drunken Tarzan all night, no one came, did not figure it out. Maybe they don't have a security service. The bed is terribly uncomfortable. It's not worth the money. Of the advantages, good food in the room service, clean rooms.

Good beds, but too hot a blanket - perhaps these are network standards... Going to the shower is a real challenge: despite the thermostat, the plumbing can not cope with pressure surges, so every 10 seconds you have to dodge the flow of hot water, it burns to the point of pain. Decent hotel, friendly staff. I am pleasantly surprised by this level of service in Kazakhstan. The rooms, business overnight series, are spacious and tidy. There are a lot of questions to ask, but globally, one of the best at the moment.

I've been staying at this hotel for almost a week. Excellent SPA with a good hammam, Jacuzzi and swimming pool, beautiful view from the windows of the upper floors. But this is not the level of the doubletree - the breakfasts are frankly tasteless, the assortment is small and even the omelet is poorly prepared, I don't know how they do it. The rooms are very small, you can't turn around. And most importantly, there were cockroaches in the room - when I came in the evening, several scattered across the shelves and cupboards. This is simply unacceptable for such a price - there are no words.

The quality of the rooms and the service match the name. I highly recommend the restaurant on the top floor. The horse meat steak is wonderful. You can't sit outside in winter. A great place for a romantic dinner. The wine selection is quite worthy.

I stopped for the first time. I won't do it anymore. I didn't like a lot, starting with getting out of the car - onto a slippery icy ramp. The entrance to the hotel doors is closed for some reason. No one greets you at the entrance to the lobby, you have to look for the reception, hidden away behind the columns. The elevators are very slow, and the same elevators are used by maids with mops and other staff with some boxes. There are no complaints about the number itself, everything is fine. Breakfast is meager. As I mentioned, this was my first and last visit to this hotel.

As for me, the hotel is not worth the money. It looks very decent in the photo, in fact there is only one chipboard around, towel hooks falling out of the doors in the bathroom. Most of all, I was surprised by the stuffiness in the room, it is not possible to sleep, and it is not the temperature but the lack of ventilation. In this way, it was not possible to do anything, the next morning the head was cast iron. Yes, there are no questions, the hotel is relatively new, but even in a slightly outdated Rixos it is an order of magnitude better at almost identical cost. If anything, the hook falls out in room 1007.

A fresh hotel with cozy rooms. Excellent bed linen! The staff is very friendly and customer-oriented. A stylish restaurant on the top floor of the roof garden. Very tasty horse meat steak, Poke salad and Pineapple (I don't remember the name). The author's cocktails are very nice. And on Wednesdays, cocktail Wednesdays - all cocktails are 1000G each. And even they have my favorite proseco Rugery!
They say the spa is great. But I didn't go..

I stopped by out of habit, the standards of the doubletree are not maintained, everything is not very small. There is no sense of hospitality. To work with the staff and work.
