I would like to express my deep gratitude to Roman Pavlovich Kolenkov for performing a complex operation on a Rat. A very pleasant, friendly and humane veterinarian!
It so happened that the rat chewed the seam twice and the second time we went to the veterinarian Kakhnovich (I didn't remember the name), he just re-sewed a tiny seam and billed almost the same as we paid for the removal of the tumor!!! It's okay, I appreciated my quality of work)))

The staff is wonderful, they took their dog for sterilization (ovariohysterectomy). Everything went wonderfully - the baby was given some time to wake up, given appointments, medications and blood test results. After arriving home, after a while our Roxy ate a little, but with such pleasure, and this is a good sign! We will follow the doctor's recommendations and hope for further correction :)

I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the clinic and personally to Dr. Orlov! They themselves came from Russia from the city of Bryansk, where the pomeranian was questioned about a hernia of the spine and the need for 2 operations, since the entire back of the body failed. Dr. Orlov performed MRI and CT scans, as well as other additional studies (ultrasound, tests), made the correct diagnosis and prescribed treatment. The dog got up on its paws and began to walk on the first day after treatment (we are still continuing treatment).

I was once again accused of having made the decision to continue manipulations on dental treatment, the cat did not cough, was cheerful and felt great, no one informed me about the severity of anesthesia, they did not talk to me before the operation, but simply gave me consent to resuscitation. I didn't have the slightest idea about the severity of anesthesia, I consider it an omission of the clinic.
Cruel and incorrect attitude towards animal owners and only attempts to whitewash themselves, that's my vision of the situation now.
I brought a cat for cleaning and tooth extraction. Previously, I approximately found out the approximate cost: the administrator called the cosmic figure of 600 rubles. Of course, when it comes to the health of your beloved pet, you are ready to pay. On the day of the operation, I brought a cat and left it in the clinic. The dentist called in the middle of the day, explained that it was necessary to remove teeth and it would be necessary to take care of part of the teeth in a certain way, I gave the go-ahead for tooth extraction. After a couple of hours, the anesthesiologist called and said that the cat's heart had stopped from the ice cream, explained for a long time in medical terms what had happened, and said that the cat was either taken out of anesthesia and left an open gum separated from the bone, under which food would be clogged, or the operation was completed, but there was a risk of the animal's life. I was in a state of shock, I can't imagine how a cat can live with a cut gum for some time, how to take care of it, and plus a repeated amount of 600 rubles popped up in my head, unfortunately, this is too much money for me. During the conversation, the dentist said that she could sew up the gum, but immediately the anesthesiologist said that no, the cat was already too awake.... I don't understand why it was impossible to say right away that it was possible to sew up the gum, I said to complete the operation, I was very scared of the cut gum in the cat, after some time the anesthesiologist called me and said that the cat had become ill, they threw terms at me again and repeated several times that she had warned me about in a similar outcome, they asked whether to open the chest, the cat's heart stopped during the conversation, asked if the animal should be resuscitated, I said to resuscitate. The cat could not be saved. I can't appreciate the professionalism of the team, it's very painful to lose a pet, maybe they did everything right and that's the protocol, but in the end the cat died and I had the feeling that I killed my pet. Now, having thought about everything a little, I would like that at the first cardiac arrest, after the stabilization of the animal, the dentist sewed up the gum and told me to come again. The cat can't be returned, it's very painful. Please ask the doctor in detail what risks there are, do all the examinations necessary before the operation, at the moment it is very difficult to make a decision when the bill goes by minutes. I would like a clearer picture of the cost calculation from the clinic in order to understand what amount is waiting. As a result, I paid 346 rubles, I was told that they counted the minimum, but I am ready to pay twice for 346 rubles for a live cat.

On Tuesday (01.10), they contacted the "clinic" with complaints about the dog's poor health. After the task of tests and ultrasound, a pyometer was set. On the same evening, they took an IV and the necessary injections. An operation was scheduled for Thursday. But on Wednesday it was necessary to do an ultrasound of the heart (the lady was not the youngest, but for small breeds this is still a normal age), as well as biochemistry. With this, we have already been sent to the "Cat and Dog".
Ultrasound showed that everything is within the age range - everything is fine, there are no problems.
Before the operation, the doctor and the anesthesiologist had to tell the plan of their actions, tell about the risks, but all this did not happen.
On Thursday, they said to bring it at 9-10 a.m., and by 14.30 you can pick it up. It would seem that everything is fine. But the long-awaited call did not follow, when they called the "clinic" they did not give an answer, they referred to the fact that the doctor was in the operating room and when something happened, she would call. As a result, at 4 o'clock we went there ourselves.
Upon arrival, they found out that she hadn't even been operated on yet. The button is super domesticated, has never been in contact with other animals, and here such stress is also in a weakened state. The doctor apologized and said that there were urgent operations and it was necessary to stabilize Knopa. It is unclear why they did not say this initially, when they repeatedly called. You could have spent that time with her, she wouldn't have been under so much stress.
As a result, she was still taken for surgery. And already at about 7 pm they called and said that everything was fine, the operation went well, she came out of anesthesia well. We went to her place. Yes, it is clear that she is not very well, but still she recognized us, tried to get up. The doctor offered to take him home or leave him in the "clinic". Then it seemed that you were listening to a specialist who you could trust, because this is a doctor, you should know. As it turned out later, there was no need to listen to anyone there.
We left her there overnight. There was already a glimmer of hope, a recovery process was being thought up, but, alas, the plans were not destined to come true. At 23.15 there was a call: "We are starting intensive care." And half an hour later, the second one: "Your dog died."
There's really nothing to say.
Why did the "doctors" not foresee all the risks, why did they not conduct all the examinations themselves, if there were any doubts somewhere. Why, seeing the condition of the dog, they put the operation only on Thursday, and not on Wednesday. Seeing the whole situation, it was possible to operate urgently, but no, for some reason they delayed it. It will all remain a mystery (although no - everyone wants money). The "doctor" pushed all the blame onto the anesthesiologist. Although it's her own fault exactly the same.
The whole situation is incredibly sad. It's sad that the best vet has such an attitude.the "clinics" of the city. I hope there will be no casualties from their actions.

In the evening, either the doctor called, or it is not clear who. It is always unclear who is treating, one person is taking it, another is calling, and tomorrow a third. most of the staff are around 20-25 years old. A call in the evening, the cat is better, but leave it overnight. The decision to pick up tomorrow at 11 a.m. At 10.50 the next day, the call, the cat is worse, needs to be left. Since we were already nearby, we arrived, look, the cat was sleeping under drugs. This is where something started that is not clear. We ask you to send the MRI results to Viber at 12.00, as we begin to doubt the choice of the clinic, no one answers who treats her, what is prescribed, etc. They readily agree to send it. We're leaving. At 14.00 we call to remind you, they say we will send it in a minute, no. We decide to go to the clinic by 18.00, but at 17.00. they call and say that a cardiac arrest has occurred, resuscitation is carried out, although we wrote a refusal from it. They say, ahhh, well, if you refuse, then we don't do it. We ask you to give 10 minutes to decide what to do with the pet, as they offered to take it away or cremate it. I felt sick, and 10 minutes later my daughter called and said that we would cremate. They called back to cancel the cremation, they wanted to bury themselves. That's where the miracles began. It turned out that the cat was already sent for cremation half an hour after death, we arrived, no matter how we tried to persuade them to return it to us, nothing happened. At first, they lied that Bazylevsky PERSONALLY took her to the cremation, and the staff could not call him. After half an hour of persuasion, they began to talk, they could not call the head, since he might be at the conference. (on Sunday at 7 p.m. with our dead cat). They don't know where they are being sent to the crematorium either. And Dr. Anna Kuksinskaya came out at the end, so to speak, to deal with us. We found out her first and last name only 10 days later, when we were given an extract with a medical history. To the question of how it happened that they were sent quickly, the answer was: what if we have it lying decomposing? An excellent answer to the owner who has just lost a pet. We left with nothing, in the morning we talked with the head, who promised to help. But of course, it didn't help in any way. The next day, we found a crematorium where our kitty was taken, and the owner said that if they had called during the day, the cat would have been returned without problems. And why the conclusion arises that the staff of the cremation clinic wanted to hide something. I wish the staff to go through what we went through.

This is the best veterinary center in our country. I would like to express my gratitude to the guys from Alexey Bazylevsky's team. My red-haired baby had surgery to remove the tumor. I have never seen a dog eat with appetite after anesthesia, gallop like a horse and do not feel any discomfort, as if it had not been cut at all. They were sewn up as neatly as possible, although the excision was not small. They gave me all the recommendations and sent me home to live. The clinic is very clean, the girls at the reception are smiling, the doctors are as qualified as possible, the working methods and equipment are modern. Everyone does their job with professionalism and without too much fuss. The dog received not only veterinary care, but also a lot of positive emotions from hugging the staff of the vet center, which is also important. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by the prices. A veterinary center with crazy prices! Animal consultations are more expensive in terms of cost than the consultations of a professor at the VSMU clinic! The cost of treatment is sky-high, unnecessary examinations are imposed, which are several times more expensive than human examinations. Before surgical intervention to the animal, the owner must sign a document that he is familiar with, that the veterinary center does not bear any responsibility for the outcome (not literally, but the meaning is exactly that). Appointment for consultation and treatment by appointment, but at the same time you can wait there for several hours (we waited for the operation scheduled for 11 o'clock until almost 21 o'clock.) Then why are there pre-recordings? To make animals and owners nervous in a small stuffy room? I do not recommend a veterinary center, I will look for something else, more adequate.

I want to thank the wonderful specialist Roman Pavlovich Kolenkov. They castrated our cat. They gave Martin in a carrier, took away the active one, and immediately ate at home. The doctor gave all the necessary recommendations. Everything went unnoticed, although we were very worried.
The day before (the day before the operation), an ultrasound of the heart was performed by the wonderful Vladislav Nikolaevna Osipova. Despite her young age, the girl is Sooo attentive, knows her business. Despite the fact that Martin did not really want to fit in for inspection, everything was done clearly, looked at, measured, calmed down, and gave all the necessary recommendations.
