Thanks to the doctors and staff, unfortunately I don't remember the doctor's last name - it helped a lot. The dog had its canine tooth removed under anesthesia. Everything was calculated correctly, the dachshund came out on his paws and felt fine. The doctor explained everything, advised what to do and how to do it. They also consulted in the store / pharmacy and did not impose too much, for which special thanks! The attitude was especially impressive - the terminal did not accept the card, there was not enough availability, they reacted calmly, waited until we withdraw money from the ATM. I turned to the issue of the unclean behavior of my beloved cat. As expected, I collected the necessary certificates and analyses.
The consultation lasted 2 hours and Dr. Pavlova explained to me all the possible causes of our problem and gave detailed instructions for action. Those suggestions that our doctor made worked.

Is it necessary to write this review, because it is already impossible to change something. I decided to write.
On the night of August 27-28 this year, in one of the offices of the veterinary center of Dr. Bazylevsky at Vitebsk, Chkalov 68, our cat Timosha's heart stopped beating.
And now a little history.
On August 14 or 15, my wife noticed that Timosha was sitting on the tray for a very long time, and immediately we decided to contact your center (knowing presumably your prices for assistance, but we really counted on your reputation as a reputable institution). The appointment was scheduled for August 15th. As a result of the ultrasound examination, signs of urolithiasis were revealed, a catheter was installed, anesthesia was applied accordingly, and treatment was prescribed. The amount for the appointment was 109 rubles, I was given a sheet about the treatment and cost, as well as a receipt (I draw your attention not to the amount, but to the figure itself).
What's wrong:
According to the doctor, a stone formed in the bladder, although it later turned out that this was not recorded in the card.
After asking about the duration of the procedure, we were offered to wait an hour and a half and promised to call, and we would use the time for personal purposes. The call did not arrive after the appointed time, and we began to worry and ask, we received an answer that we forgot to call, but everything is fine with the cat and it can be picked up.
What's good:
Everything should be fine with proper treatment and following all the prescriptions, which we did at home. It lifted our spirits and gave us hope.
But a day later, on August 17, the previous symptoms appeared, and we were forced to contact your center again. Timosha was taken to the hospital. Judging by your statements, a catheter was installed again, anesthesia was applied accordingly and appropriate treatment was carried out.
Timosha was taken from the hospital on August 19.
Which is good:
It turned out that there was no stone in the bladder, but the question is, where did you look before?
Everything should be fine with proper treatment and compliance with all prescriptions. It lifted our spirits and continued to inspire hope.
On August 20, we started treatment at home, gave medicines, gave water from a syringe if we saw that he was not drinking enough. We moved food, water, and a tray to our bedroom. It was difficult. At first, Timosha could not go to the tray, and he could pee where it was convenient for him. But this did not upset us, but only pleased us, as long as he walked. And how would our affairs be on the mend. On August 26, he was already playing with his sister Busya, and Bagheera, the cat who came to us.
But on August 27, Timosha stopped moving in the morning, lay more and more, but went to the tray once. In the late afternoon, we discovered that he had a hard spot in the bladder area. At about 21.00, I called your center and was offered to bring him, because my kidneys may fail.
Well, then everything will be very bad.
We live in the district center, 50 km from Vitebsk.
I drove by car, frankly speaking, violating the speed limit around 23.00. I brought Timosha to your center. The front door was open, the second door was closed. There was no response to the call button, no one answered calls on the contact phone, the hospital number was not answered. And it took about 20-30 minutes. Soon, a queue began to gather behind me (they brought a kitten that was hit by a car, a dog that was taken from the hospital only in the morning). And only when a girl appeared who supposedly had the personal number of some employee, an employee of the center came down to us. Timosha was examined by ultrasound. There was a lot of urine collected, and they took him away to put a catheter.
When I asked how long it would take and my suggestion to leave Timosha until the morning, I was answered – 30-40 minutes and it would be possible to pick up.
Then there are some questions.
All the visitors had already left, and I was left alone. An hour, an hour and a half, two hours have passed. There is no information about Timosha's condition. At about 02.00, the workers came and offered to pay me, they did not bring Timosha, but they said that everything was fine, but they said that they could not put a catheter and pumped out the liquid with a syringe. The amount of the check was 139 rubles. I draw your attention to the figure and ask you why the treatment measures are the same as on August 15, but the amounts are different. I was not given any other paper on the cost of treatment. They also made an appointment for 09.30 that day and explained that Timosha would be offered surgery. Well, somewhere around 03.00, the movement began, one of the workers ran to get syringes (why didn't they have them on site) and reported that Timosha was being resuscitated. And here I realized that I would not see Timosha alive anymore. Which is exactly what happened. Although I had a premonition of something bad earlier. After that, they started asking me some questions, although I should have been offered a cure for heartache. One of the most interesting is whether Timosha had problems with his heart before, to be honest, he didn't tell me anything.
Well, now the most important questions.
Why did a young three-year-old cat's heart stop during a seemingly mundane procedure? After all, literally during these two weeks, everything was fine twice.
I do not know how long this procedure took place in the hospital, but at the first appointment no more than an hour and a half. This time they were taken alive at about 23.30, returned dead at about 03.00. I'm not an expert, but I'm having some bad thoughts.
Why was there no supervision during the procedure, when Timosha was under anesthesia, for a certain time (at that time, the dog was tested in the corridor)? What went wrong?
In the morning of this day, at about 09.45, I received a call from your center by phone. Apparently they wanted to clarify whether I would bring Timosha to the reception. I didn't answer. At that time, I was burying Timosha.
Well, not about the main thing.
The total cost of Timosha's treatment was about 750 rubles. I think that for such money Timosha should have continued to please us. If you think that's the main thing, then no. We were ready to continue doing everything for Timosha. But I repeat, something went wrong.
I don't think that if something happens to Busya or Bagheera, we will contact you.

This clinic ruined our kitten with a painful death.
07/10/2022 they came to the night shift complaining of a lack of appetite, lethargy in a one-month-old kitten. We were received by the doctor Ratomsky G.G. (there are no complaints against him), did a general blood test and a blood sugar test for the kitten, measured the temperature. No infectious diseases were detected. Since the kitten did not eat at all, the doctor told him to treat the kitten from helminths and advised specific drugs for this. He told me to come back if there was no positive dynamics 3 days after the reception. The next day, we gave the kitten a remedy for helminths, as the doctor said. On the first day, the kitten developed vomiting and diarrhea, which, according to the doctor, is a natural reaction to the drug. On the second day, the kitten's condition began to deteriorate sharply, he was almost unconscious. 07/12/2022 The clinic was called and we were told that we could arrive at 17:30, almost 3 hours after the call.(not immediately after an urgent appointment, but after three hours, the kitten's well-being worsens, but let it wait, yes). By the time of the doctor's appointment, the kitten's left paws were numb, he could neither stand nor sit, fell on his side and could not control his left paws. We were received by Durakhshida's doctor, Rustam Gulamovich. And all the doctor did was just take his temperature, looked at what the kitten was falling on its side and said with complete indifference, "well, you see, he feels bad, I do not know what to do, what is it. It's probably something nervous, I don't know and I can't help, he's not vaccinated, so we can't take him. I do not know what to do, it is necessary to make a diagnosis here." And what kind of vaccine can we talk about if the kitten is a little more than a month old? So if the kitten is small, then he has no right to help? Does not have the right to treatment and must die?
I'M SORRY, BUT WHY THE HELL DO YOU NEED A DOCTOR WHO CAN'T EVEN PROPERLY EXAMINE A KITTEN IN THIS CONDITION AND TAKE TESTS FROM HIM, SEE WHAT'S THE MATTER AND MAKE A DIAGNOSIS?!!! How can such a doctor be allowed to treat animals?!
We lost as much as 3 and a half hours while waiting for an appointment, were in this clinic and then called other clinics that have qualified doctors who are able to do at least something, and then also get to another clinic. Meanwhile, the kitten is IN CRITICAL CONDITION.
Arriving at another clinic, we were admitted immediately, without any appointment or queue. The doctor first took a blood sugar test from the kitten. She explained to us that he had intoxication from anthelminths (the dosage of the drug, by the way, was not exceeded) and a critical deficiency of glucose in the blood. By the time we got to this clinic, the kitten had already fallen into a hypoglycemic coma, from which, unfortunately, the kittens practically do not come out. The doctor tried to raise the sugar level with injections and ivs. The kitten was left in the hospital, but unfortunately he could not stand it and died the next morning.
We also learned from her that when a kitten is in such a state, THE FIRST THING A DOCTOR SHOULD DO IS CHECK THE SUGAR LEVEL. BUT for some reason, your Foolshida R.G. DID NOT BOTHER TO DO THIS, but simply TURNED the KITTEN DISDAINFULLY and said that he could not help in any way.
If it were not for these 3 and a half hours of delay, the kitten could still be saved, the chances would be many times higher! It would be possible to start raising blood sugar levels BEFORE THE COMA. BUT your completely unqualified doctor only TOOK UP PRECIOUS TIME, WHICH RUINED OUR KITTEN.
I never recommend visiting this clinic to anyone, under any circumstances. Clinics where such disgusting doctors work SHOULD NOT WORK.

I specially went to this clinic, because I like it, although we were traveling with a Puddle and there was a Cat and a dog on the way. We were received by a young vet girl who solved her personal problems over the phone, so the reception lasted about 1 min. I asked to listen at least to the heartbeat, because they thought that there might be a heart attack, to which they replied that I was not a cardiologist, she would not listen to her, and she could only do a blood test. A big fat minus is given to this veterinarian, but not to the clinic.

We arrived urgently on April 4 at 8 pm, the dog's hind legs were failing, there was severe shortness of breath, the dog felt very bad... we ourselves suggested that there might be a tick bite ...
they could not immediately accept us, citing the fact that all doctors are on operations, you need to wait until 9 p.m. for the night shift. We already wanted to go to look for another clinic, but decided to wait, and we were accepted after 30 minutes, then they reproached us for arriving late and the workers could not leave home on time... It feels like we've arrived at a free clinic...
Now to the point... We contacted the registry office with a suspected tick bite (we are not doctors and there is no knowledge of this) A blood test was taken from the dog and this option was immediately ruled out. We decided that there were problems with the stomach and digestion (although we said that there were no problems with the stool and vomiting, the dog had no appetite, but eats and drinks water, pees well too and the urine did not change color) They took a blood test for biochemistry and put a sodium chloride drip, injected metronidazole and prescribed enterozoo for digestion, continue to give metronidazole tablets. After taking the dog, it did not get better, only human painkillers helped, after them he could move around the apartment a little and eat ...
The next morning I tried to find out the results of biochemistry, but I couldn't do it, in the evening we came back to the recommended IV. The receptionist already recognized us and called the doctor, she didn't look anywhere in the record. This time, we were injected with metronidazole again and put on a Ringer-Locke drip. (as it turned out later, the registrar did not even suspect that we were not being treated for a tick bite!) the dog did not get better and it was recommended to come to an appointment with a neurologist on another day, they recorded it, but without a guarantee that we would be accepted quickly and might have to do an MRI for 300 rubles.
After such consultation and treatment, we decided to start studying the diseases of dogs and the symptoms of the course of the disease ourselves, in order to somehow alleviate the condition of the dog as quickly as possible. We found the reason ourselves (pinched nerve or damage to the intervertebral disc) in all manuals they write that our breed is prone to this, why the doctors of the clinic do not know.... the treatment was also picked up at another clinic in the city (thanks to them for the consultation), 30 minutes after the injection, the dog came to life! and he feels much better after self-medication.
Question: what kind of specialists do you have if the owner makes the diagnosis better than you?
