They gave it away. Three hours later, the surgeon called, you can pick it up. He talked to us for 15 minutes, told us everything in detail, the soul is a man. Our worries were dispelled.
A day later, they took off the blanket to see the condition of the seam and let the cat sit in a free position for a while. They looked at the seam and were amazed. A smooth, short incision, it doesn't even look like a wound! They did not take any chances, put the blanket back on, although visually it seemed that it was possible without it. I'm still thrilled!
And even though the cat was depressed at first, she could eat, drink, lay with a calm look, did not fuss, went to the toilet, however, only in the evening of the second day.
For the level of the regional center of Belarus, this is a high-class job, I think. I think it's because I've seen the cuts and the well-being of pets many times before.

I would like to express my gratitude to Alexander Viktorovich Kakhnovich. For our pet, the castration procedure has turned into a struggle for survival. The cat turned out to be a cryptorchid and needed surgery. The operation was performed by Pavel Alexandrovich Burtsev, for which I also thank him. And everything would be fine, but the cat started rejecting suture material on day 4. We were monitored at the clinic, came every day, went to different doctors and received different recommendations. The situation was getting worse. And when we got to Kakhnovich on the 7th day, the cat's internal seams parted right during the examination. The doctor immediately took him for an emergency operation, although there were a lot of people in the clinic and he had scheduled surgery. They had already sewn up with other threads and another seam, and according to forecasts everything should have been fine.
But the second time, the seams began to diverge, even faster, after a day. The situation was very serious. And only the well-chosen treatment tactics, professionalism and sensitive attitude of Alexander Kakhnovich saved our cat. We came for an examination twice a day, and the doctor always found time for us. And when he was not on shift, he gave detailed recommendations on treatment and enrolled us with his colleagues.

I contacted the cat on 12/21/12, the kitty had difficulty breathing, it felt as if she did not have enough oxygen, while waiting in line, even in the carrier, she could be heard breathing heavily, the veterinarian Gogoreva Anastasia Nikolaevna took us, examined, measured the temperature, listened, prescribed a chest X-ray during the examination, no symptoms were revealed, they diagnosed tracheitis, prescribed antibiotics for 10 days, if it worsens, they will re-apply, the diagnosis of tracheitis initially seemed suspicious to me, there were no improvements during treatment, as soon as the deterioration began, they re-applied on 12/28/12, another doctor, Gleb Gennadievich Ratomsky, also examined us, prescribed a general blood test, said excellent tests, also revealed nothing, in the appointment I wrote treatment for helminths and an antibiotic, only another one, to do a CT scan or rhinoscopy, I clarified maybe you can do some other examination besides doing a CT scan. At the reception, I was told rhinoscopy is not done for cats, CT costs 250 rubles. excluding anesthesia, rhinoscopy is approximately the same in amount. Since the service is expensive and such a dubious diagnosis, I decided not to do a CT scan. Naturally, I paid for the services, bought a helminth medication and an antibiotic. On the night of August 27-28 this year, in one of the offices of the veterinary center of Dr. Bazylevsky at Vitebsk, Chkalov 68, our cat Timosha's heart stopped beating.
And now a little history.
On August 14 or 15, my wife noticed that Timosha was sitting on the tray for a very long time, and immediately we decided to contact your center (knowing presumably your prices for assistance, but we really counted on your reputation as a reputable institution). The appointment was scheduled for August 15th. As a result of the ultrasound examination, signs of urolithiasis were revealed, a catheter was installed, anesthesia was applied accordingly, and treatment was prescribed. The amount for the appointment was 109 rubles, I was given a sheet about the treatment and cost, as well as a receipt (I draw your attention not to the amount, but to the figure itself).
What's wrong:
According to the doctor, a stone formed in the bladder, although it later turned out that this was not recorded in the card.
After asking about the duration of the procedure, we were offered to wait an hour and a half and promised to call, and we would use the time for personal purposes. The call did not arrive after the appointed time, and we began to worry and ask, we received an answer that we forgot to call, but everything is fine with the cat and it can be picked up.

Everything should be fine with proper treatment and following all the prescriptions, which we did at home. It lifted our spirits and gave us hope.
But a day later, on August 17, the previous symptoms appeared, and we were forced to contact your center again. Timosha was taken to the hospital. Judging by your statements, a catheter was installed again, anesthesia was applied accordingly and appropriate treatment was carried out.

On August 20, we started treatment at home, gave medicines, gave water from a syringe if we saw that he was not drinking enough. We moved food, water, and a tray to our bedroom. It was difficult. At first, Timosha could not go to the tray, and he could pee where it was convenient for him. But this did not upset us, but only pleased us, as long as he walked. And how would our affairs be on the mend. On August 26, he was already playing with his sister Busya, and Bagheera, the cat who came to us.
But on August 27, Timosha stopped moving in the morning, lay more and more, but went to the tray once. In the late afternoon, we discovered that he had a hard spot in the bladder area. At about 21.00, I called your center and was offered to bring him, because my kidneys may fail.

We live in the district center, 50 km from Vitebsk.
I drove by car, frankly speaking, violating the speed limit around 23.00. I brought Timosha to your center. The front door was open, the second door was closed. There was no response to the call button, no one answered calls on the contact phone, the hospital number was not answered. And it took about 20-30 minutes. Soon, a queue began to gather behind me (they brought a kitten that was hit by a car, a dog that was taken from the hospital only in the morning). And only when a girl appeared who supposedly had the personal number of some employee, an employee of the center came down to us. Timosha was examined by ultrasound. There was a lot of urine collected, and they took him away to put a catheter.
When I asked how long it would take and my suggestion to leave Timosha until the morning, I was answered – 30-40 minutes and it would be possible to pick up.
Then there are some questions.
All the visitors had already left, and I was left alone. An hour, an hour and a half, two hours have passed. There is no information about Timosha's condition. At about 02.00, the workers came and offered to pay me, they did not bring Timosha, but they said that everything was fine, but they said that they could not put a catheter and pumped out the liquid with a syringe. The amount of the check was 139 rubles. I draw your attention to the figure and ask you why the treatment measures are the same as on August 15, but the amounts are different. I was not given any other paper on the cost of treatment. They also made an appointment for 09.30 that day and explained that Timosha would be offered surgery. Well, somewhere around 03.00, the movement began, one of the workers ran to get syringes (why didn't they have them on site) and reported that Timosha was being resuscitated. And here I realized that I would not see Timosha alive anymore. Which is exactly what happened. Although I had a premonition of something bad earlier. After that, they started asking me some questions, although I should have been offered a cure for heartache. One of the most interesting is whether Timosha had problems with his heart before, to be honest, he didn't tell me anything.
Well, now the most important questions.
Why did a young three-year-old cat's heart stop during a seemingly mundane procedure? After all, literally during these two weeks, everything was fine twice.
I do not know how long this procedure took place in the hospital, but at the first appointment no more than an hour and a half. This time they were taken alive at about 23.30, returned dead at about 03.00. I'm not an expert, but I'm having some bad thoughts.
Why was there no supervision during the procedure, when Timosha was under anesthesia, for a certain time (at that time, the dog was tested in the corridor)? What went wrong?
In the morning of this day, at about 09.45, I received a call from your center by phone. Apparently they wanted to clarify whether I would bring Timosha to the reception. I didn't answer. At that time, I was burying Timosha.
Well, not about the main thing.
The total cost of Timosha's treatment was about 750 rubles. I think that for such money Timosha should have continued to please us. If you think that's the main thing, then no. We were ready to continue doing everything for Timosha. But I repeat, something went wrong.
I don't think that if something happens to Busya or Bagheera, we will contact you.
