Positive:
- friendly staff, responsive reception
- excellent appearance (especially evening lighting) and a pretty good interior finish
- excellent location in the very center of Minsk, close to Nemiga and its many attractions
Minuses:
- mediocre condition of the room: the shower is leaking, there are scratches and chips on the furniture in places
- I'm sure it's not always like this, but there was an unpleasant toilet smell in the corridors
- again, this is probably not always the case, but breakfast dishes were not organized, as a result, we had to wait about 15 minutes for cooking to order; and, as a rule, we want to have breakfast quickly

Everything is weak... 5 stars of course it was once 20 years ago, now everything is dilapidated, the only good thing is the location, there is nowhere to go! I'll start with the sauna complex, you need to go to the reception and ask that it be turned on, they just can't come, how do you like it, is it convenient? Breakfast is as simple as possible.. the rooms are tired, the amount of meaningless furniture is amazing, there is a table, two chairs, a bed, but there is no chair, so you sit in the middle of the room and that's it, well, you can sit on the bed. Once again, I definitely won't go, the price for such a hotel (I can't even call it a hotel) is sky-high!

Check-in 14/04/23 Location - the very center of the city. In general, the hotel does not pull in the declared 5 stars. The room is spacious, very uncomfortable pillows and not very comfortable mattress. It is better to have breakfast in the neighboring cafes, of which there are more than enough around.

I didn't go inside, so the assessment is only based on appearance and architecture. It's a beautiful building, it looks very solid from the outside, it's clean around, the location is amazing. The very center of the old city, near the streets with a huge number of street restaurants, a pedestrian street, the Old Town itself, 5-7 minutes from Troitskoye suburb, Oktyabrskaya metro station, theaters - all within walking distance.

I crashed a car in the parking lot. The hotel refused - said that I was to blame. Height sign 2.10. Machine G500 1.95 cm. There was a pipe hanging on the ceiling that was simply impossible to notice.
The result is minus 10 thousand USD and ruined holidays - which I spent on a substitute car at the traffic police and lawyers.
The hotel refused to pay and compensate for something - and just sent me saying go to court.
Knowing that I am a citizen of Russia and doing all this will be expensive - both in terms of the court and in terms of repairs.

An atmospheric hotel, eclectic styles and home peace... Perhaps the quietest and most conveniently located, in comparison with other five-star hotels... The cleaning is perfect, the spa center, a cozy lobby, good breakfasts, customer-oriented and courteous staff. 5 out of 5. They made a 50% discount on accommodation, apparently it's not the season in November...

The perfect location in the heart of the city. The hotel is not new, the interior is old-fashioned, but the rooms are large, everything is quite on the level.
Of the cons: it is necessary to fundamentally change the entire restaurant concept, the menu is stupid, like the restaurant itself, very uncomfortable and not tasty. The staff, too, sometimes "looks for yesterday in one slipper," it feels like they have nothing to do with it at all.
Breakfast at the hotel is one big disappointment, everything seems to be there, but it is presented in an obscene way, especially for a hotel of this level.
From what I liked - the hotel is clean, there are no questions about the accommodation, the lobby bar is quite on the level, quiet, the rooms are comfortable.

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff. The Delux rooms are large, everything is clean. We made a nice bonus, paid for the last day as standard, lived at 610, was at the end of May! I'm planning a business trip, I'll stay there. The sound insulation is good! The only drawback is Belarusian-made cosmetics,
at 5 of this level it may be better, not of super quality, but this is a quibble.

It's pretentious on the outside - it smells a bit like a scoop on the inside. Excellent location in the very center and at the same time it is NOT noisy at night! It is not clear why there is a doorman at the entrance (I really felt sorry for my grandfather who is constantly standing there and I just want to say "dad, sit down, rest"). Why would a girl at the piano at breakfast, if at the same time the cheesecakes, for example, are just terrible...it would be better to spend money on the cook. In the bathroom, holes in the tile were obviously "designer" repaired after plumbing repairs, and answering city calls from the phone is a whole quest. It seems to me it's better to stay in small commercial hotels than to spend money here...

We stayed at the hotel from July 6 to 9, 2023. We checked in at 12 p.m., we didn't even expect to check in earlier. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable. They put some water on. Cleaning is daily. I used the laundry service, fast, convenient. They didn't take breakfast, I can't say anything. Coffee and cocktails were ordered at the bar. They paid with a Mir card. The bartenders ask for cash, pay with a card, all payments are processed.

The hotel is in the top of the rating, but in fact nothing but the polite staff of 5⭐️ does not correspond. Breakfasts are something that is not clear. Four times the same thing in the same place (deja vu), I even made notches so as not to miss the flight. All the most visited neighborhoods of the city are close to the hotel. Parks, pedestrian areas, restaurants. In the same building, around the corner on the left, there is a wonderful cafe (desserts and coffee for 9++)
In general, if there is a lot of money and you are too lazy to look for something, then the hotel is for you, and if you want something like that, then it is better to spend time and find something bright.
You definitely don't need to take breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The restaurant at the hotel 👎

Pros:
The check-in was excellent. The room is clean. Locations.
Cons:
The coats and robes are old, the threads stick out. Old plumbing, the drain in the bathroom flowed, they offered to do it later.... Customer orientation and client-centricity are at zero, they did not apologize, did not offer ways to solve the problem, if not for perseverance, they would have left with a full bath of water.

A great cozy hotel in the very center of Minsk, the location is the best of all the five. The SPA is not big, but they don't let you in from the street, so there are no people. Of the cons: a modest gym and expensive breakfasts. The staff is helpful. We'll come again!

The hotel matches the description. Cozy, beautiful, clean. Location 10/10, right in front of the town hall. We took a room without breakfast. I liked everything. There is a spa and a swimming pool on the 1st floor.
