Towels have not been changed since opening, washed to the thickness of napkins. The fringe on them is also a distinctive sign of the 5 star hotel. The heating is running so loudly that it's better to freeze at night than not to sleep.

A clean, quiet and cozy hotel in the city center. Pleasant and friendly staff, underground Parking (though paid). The rooms are quite spacious. The only thing that bothered me was the "American" shower and the weak water pressure. Otherwise, everything is great, I recommend it.

The horror! I asked to just wash and dry my hair in the salon and paid 100 Belarusian rubles. There are no such prices in Moscow for just drying ! The room was given on the second floor, the toilet flushes badly , my husband and I asked for a compliment or a postcard nothing ... to change the room because of the toilet, as well as nothing in response does not meet 5 stars , there is definitely better for the same and less money

A tired hotel of the noughties.
There is a swimming pool, restaurant, fitness, concierge (who walks in the lobby), paid underground Parking.
The rooms have tired wallpaper, doors, plumbing, furniture, window sills. But the view from the balconies is quite nice and the breakfast is varied.

Terrible hotel and service. It does not correspond to five stars at all. For a non-working air conditioner at +30 degrees, they offered a compliment - "Soviet champagne" for 40 Belarusian rubles in their bar. Upon check-in, no one warned about the problem of air conditioning, although the problem has been in the entire hotel for a long time. I do not recommend it!

This is not a 5-star hotel.
Breakfast is very poor. Cold scrambled eggs, fruits of the "clean yourself" format, there is no way to order an omelet, you make coffee yourself from a bad coffee machine. There are fewer tongs for eating than there are dishes. As a result, meat and tomatoes are put with one tool.
The reception is terribly slow. What's on the check-in, what's on the check-out. As a result, I did not wait for the checkout and just said that I was leaving, I do not know what they were messing around there.
The hotel is very tired. Everything is old. The hair dryer almost doesn't work. I couldn't dry my short hair in 5-7 minutes.
The price of 200 euros is not serious at all.
