Someone will say tasteless breakfasts, I agree. I'm going back to the State Unitary Enterprise (or whatever it is) anyway, because:
- the hotel is always empty
- balconies where you can smoke
- the sincere maitre d'
- you can walk everywhere
- and what else do you actually need?!

A complete disappointment from the hotel. We went to the most expensive hotel in Minsk with the hope of pampering ourselves with luxurious rooms, a spa and long delicious and beautiful breakfasts. As a result, we got a very mediocre stuffy room, fallen pillows, as if from a reserved seat train Moscow-Vorkuta, a tiny SPA (fortunately there was no one else but us) in the basement, where even the light is not on from the elevator.. Breakfasts are a separate story. Disgusting cold coffee, overstuffed sandwiches and snacks, clearly left over from the New Year's banquet, a meager selection of dishes, not to mention the lack of a toaster, normal tea and other breakfast attributes familiar to 5-star hotels. And for dessert, our things were dropped in the storage room, eventually breaking a crystal glass and turning over a box of cakes bought as a gift.. It feels like I got into a bad Chinese fake hotel... I strongly do not recommend it. There are plenty of other hotels for the same money, I want to believe with the best quality and service!!!

The hotel is a bit tired and a bit "old-fashioned". At breakfast, the "kitchen" began to sort things out with the hostesses, of course I sympathize that your business processes are not debugged, but in the morning I don't really want to listen to this. Special greetings to the one who came up with the idea of putting a bed in a corner in the single. Of course, if a gray top comes at night, then it will be easier to fight back) but sleeping in a corner is not ice. Otherwise, it is tolerable)

We booked a room with balconies in advance (two weeks in advance), on the day of check-in, when we arrived at 15.00, we could not check in, since the room was still occupied, although check-in started at 12, but we offered a storage room for things. Parking is also paid for guests, and literally 5 places are free, when I asked to leave my car in the paid parking lot until 13.00, and not at 12 when the eviction took it away, I heard a categorical answer, it is not allowed. At 20, when we arrived to check in again, we were given another room, without a balcony, and this was the main condition, so the bride's morning with a photo shoot was planned.
Two stars, just for the room, it was clean, cozy, matched the photos.

The room was large, everything was very clean. There were no visitors at the spa at all. The only thing I didn't like was the hammam, which was too hot and rarely ventilated.

I do not recommend a hotel. They carried out some kind of fraud. I paid for everything at the entrance. At the departure, when I was already in a hurry to catch a plane, they said that there was some kind of debt. They couldn't really explain how it was formed. As a result, I paid significantly more than I originally booked. The city is beautiful. Choose a different hotel.

Great location. There is a Parking lot, but about a little more than 1000 rubles of the Russian Federation. Breakfast was taken for an additional fee of 1300 rubles. I liked it. There was champagne and Caviar.

A beautiful place, the very center of Minsk, paid Parking for guests - one hour 4 Belarusian rubles, coffee in the lobby did not wait, apparently the bartenders are on strike, but the parking attendants are always ready.

The hotel is great, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Underground Parking is 1000 rubles per day, there is free Parking, but there were no places on it. We ordered dinner in the room, the dishes do not match the stated description on the menu, but everything is very tasty. The pool is small.
