We had a vacation with our family at the end of August. Excellent quality relax hotel! Nice rooms, good furniture. We lived in a three-room suite-gorgeous! Huge terraces with sun beds and sea views. The elevator is a feature of the hotel. The territory is beautiful, there are enough places to eat. The beach is nice, the sea is clean. Those who wish can ride on the saps. The breakfasts are normal. Delicious homemade food. The serving of the dishes is lame, but it does not affect the taste. For some, there is no negative entertainment in the hotel in the evenings, except for spa treatments and a gym. It was a plus for us. When choosing a hotel, the main criterion was its remote location from the central part of Gagra. As a result, none of us had rotavirus. As well as the hotel guests with whom we communicated. If you want to return to Abkhazia, then exclusively to this hotel. An island of civilization! For Abkhazia, this is generally something unreal.

A great place for a family vacation. An incredible and very cozy hotel with a pebble beach and stunning views of the sea and Gagra.
Delicious breakfasts, a warm pool.
The staff is polite. We were notified by whatsapp about the departure, about some nuances of the work. Comfortable.
We had a rest at the end of October, the weather was pleasant, we sunbathed at the sea, by the pool, swam in the sea.
The rooms were cleaned once a day, and all soap supplies were constantly available.
A couple of disadvantages - a lot of bedbugs on the street and a few in the rooms. There are grids on the windows, so few people got into the rooms. And the light was turned off every night 2-3 times.
But this did not spoil our rest.
We are satisfied, we will come back again.
I was on the recommendation of a friend who has already been to this hotel 2 times.

There is a relaxing atmosphere on the beach (own): no annoying music, no intrusive sellers, no noise from boats. Umbrellas and sun beds are always available." We are resting in August 2024. The sea is amazing - the water near the shore is transparent. After the rain, a lot of muddy water poured into the sea from the nearest river. From the balcony of the hotel, you could see how the murky water was spreading. There are basically no jellyfish near the shore. There are no algae either. On the account of relaxation: there is no music and sellers. But the jet skiers got it! They are constantly running around the already small fenced-in frog house. For those who are used to swimming freely in the sea or along the sea - the lifeguard on the pier swears if he swam behind the buoys. Maybe it's better to forbid jet skis to swim close to a closed beach? If you want to ride a jet ski, let them go to the city beach. There are young boys on jet skis and even swim behind the buoys to chat with the girls. Boats often sail by from which you constantly hear the history of the hotel, the name of Yuri Luzhkov and about the unique elevator. There are free sun beds. There is a problem with free umbrellas. If you come to the sea after breakfast by 9:30 there are no free umbrellas. No one forbids going out at 8 a.m. and putting towels on the sun beds under an umbrella. Before the rain there were two rows of umbrellas, after the rain they made one row of umbrellas. Free sun beds can be taken and placed within the boundaries of the beach. There are no complaints about the hotel itself. I like everything! For us, the main thing is to relax by the sea for two weeks a year - that's why I wrote how it really is with swimming in the sea. It is not pleasant when you lie under an umbrella, and parents with a small child came next to you, but there are no free umbrellas and they just lie on towels.

We had a rest in the middle of September, a good hotel, meets its stars. We lived in a comfort room with a view of the park and the sea. The children's animation is excellent (thanks a lot to Tatiana and Ekaterina). The hotel is quiet, for whom discos are not suitable. The only wish is to add dishes for children. There is nothing childish in the Forest, nor on the beach. Cutlets are rare for dinner. There were no children's pasta in the Lighthouse during the entire stay, and often there was no chicken noodles.

An amazing place! Delight! Everything was perfect! Let's start with the territory: a huge garden, a private beach, a fresh modern renovation at the hotel. Then we were greeted by polite reception staff, who explained everything. Inside the rooms, everything is thought out to the smallest detail, and an iron with a board and even a needle and thread, perfectly white linen and towels (changed regularly). Wonderful buffet breakfasts, a huge selection. There are also several restaurants on site. Tennis , volleyball, saps, swimming pool, singing fountains. There are so many things on the territory of the hotel that you don't want to go anywhere outside it! Thank you Garden Resort for such a comfortable first trip to the sea!

We had a rest in August 2024
The hotel is located at the entrance to Gagra far from the center, so the rest is quiet and peaceful. It is located on a mountain. The rooms offer a very beautiful view of the sea.
The hotel has been recently renovated in 2021, the condition of the rooms and common areas is good, there are no signs of wear. At the same time, fragments of the Soviet sanatorium have been preserved, if possible - stairs with original railings, paintings along the corridors, park elements
Sea
I was lucky with the weather. We swam every day.
In the early days, there were questions about the sea - a lot of foam and some brown flakes. They were afraid that this was a problem with the release of sewage into the sea and, as a result, the inevitable rotovirus. At the same time, vacationers noted that the sea in this place is clean and this is rather an exception. Indeed, then the sea cleared and we had no problems with poisoning.
The beach is pebbly, not very picturesque. There is a concrete wall along the sea. An old pier with some rusty pieces of rebar goes out to sea. There is a construction site next door on one side.
There are sun beds and umbrellas available.
Food
Hotel accommodation comes with breakfast, but it is possible to purchase lunches and dinners, but immediately for the entire stay. Everything is a buffet. It takes place in the Panorama restaurant. A very beautiful view of the sea opens through the panoramic glazing.
We took full board. I liked the breakfasts - porridges, casseroles-cheesecakes, omelets-eggs, salads, sliced vegetables, fruits. Lunches and dinners - you will not stay hungry, but not to say that it is very tasty and varied. Usually 2 soups, 3 hot and 2 side dishes, fruits and several salads. The main focus is Cod and chicken. There was pork. Beef dishes are less common.
The cost of an additional payment for lunch/dinner for an adult is 3600/ day, for a child 2700/day. As I understand it, this option was previously available in the summer season, but it is getting more expensive from year to year.
That's probably why there are very few 5-10 tables from all over the hotel for lunch / dinner, despite the fact that the breakfasts are sold out.
At the same time, there are no nearby places to eat. Only on the territory of the hotel there is still a grill bar, a Forest and a Lighthouse. We were at the Forest grill bar on the day of arrival - the pilaf was quite tasty, and the khachapuri was a little damp.
Children
There are many families with children. Leisure activities are organized for children. There is a tent on the sea where you can go for a swim, draw before lunch. There is a children's room inside the hotel. The teachers are attentive, but they can also turn on the TV with cartoons.
There is a small playground on site.
Sport
There is a volleyball court, but no one is playing-only a torn ball is lying. There is a tennis table on the beach, but the rackets are just terrible, all torn.
Leisure
In the evenings, a piano pianist plays in the lobby - an educator from a children's club. I liked it.
Overall, the overall impression is mixed.
The hotel, the view from the room, the rooms themselves, the children's club, the territory is a plus.
The beach and the sea are rather a minus.
Food is unreasonably expensive.

The hotel is very cool! You won't find it better in Gags, I'll give it 5 stars.
The whole family had a rest at the end of May, at reasonable prices out of season. The territory is large, we liked the garden on the mountain, access to the sea by elevator, heated pools. However, the hotel has everything you need, and linen is changed in the rooms every day.
The view from the hotel is awesome, a cool transition to the elevator, a huge pier, just a super place for a photo shoot!
The food is delicious, the restaurants are great, the prices are normal, inexpensive. the staff is nice and helpful.
We had a 3k room on the second floor, we were stunned by the interior, expensive and high-quality furniture.
The hotel has an ATM, expenses can be recorded on the room number, or you can pay with a MIR card without commission.
We liked Abkhazia with accommodation in this hotel!

The hotel is very cool! I never rest below 4 stars, but then for the first time I realized what it is - the level of the hotel! Everything in the room was thought out to the smallest detail!!!You turn on the light at the entrance to the bedroom with one switch and turn on the other while lying in bed. There are a lot of towels in the bathroom! A few even hang on the towel rail to keep it warm. The towels at the bidet are special! They were not useful to us, we did not swim on the beach and we did not need to wash our feet, but the fact itself! The bathroom is very comfortable and deep! Two toilets, two rooms, giant balconies and a living room! Welcome delicious cookies next to the kettle. A mini-bar, an ironing board with an iron, body milk, a washcloth is even disposable and for the first time I see such a thing - a magnifying mirror with a backlight for makeup!!! A mosquito net on the window, bottled water is plentiful, sun beds on the balcony are comfortable, there is an ashtray (for smokers), and bed linen, mattresses - how will you sleep on the clouds!!! In general, my delight can be continued indefinitely! And I just told you about the number.
And the hotel itself! The territory is huge! However, it is difficult to climb without physical training, but I think it is a matter of habit. It took us an hour to walk around the entire garden and park!
The price included breakfasts (in summer they say there are also lunches and dinners), which were very diverse - probably 50 dishes to choose from and fried eggs are cooked right in front of you! The hotel also has two restaurants and a bar.
The main attraction is probably the elevator to the beach. And even at the end of October, someone was swimming there! It's cool that much of the hotel has been preserved since Soviet times, because this hotel was built at the beginning of the last century!
Now about the small disadvantages.
The hotel is located almost at the entrance to Gagra, which means that the shops and attractions are all far away, you have to go. The lights turn off and the hot water disappears periodically (this is probably because the hotel is large and the generators can't cope), the air conditioner worked strangely in our suite and heated the living room instead of the room (it didn't really upset me now, but in winter it will probably be noticeable) and there at 7 pm a musical fountain starts working for 30 minutes. I just lay down to rest at that moment and jumped up how loud it was! But this is probably the only thing that breaks the silence. Thank God, there is no disco, no singers. I read that someone else is disturbing my peace by playing the piano, but we didn't hear that. The sound insulation is good, the room cleaning is excellent. Will we come again? I think so.

A great hotel! Sooo stylish, modern and beautiful! A cool area surrounded by greenery, pines and cypresses - the view is amazing -mountains, sky, sea!Excellent food, everything is delicious and fresh, lots of fruits.Several beach areas (right by the sea or at the foot of the mountain, you can sunbathe on the pier - as you like. In the evening there is a beautiful fountain show, often live music in the lobby - classical piano. There is a swimming pool outside, there is a gym inside.Stunning view on the top floor in the rooftop restaurant, good cuisine, fast service. For children, master classes outdoors in the afternoon, in the evening it is mandatory to watch a cartoon in the cinema hall.e.The friendly staff at the reception and the hotel Manager are always ready to help with any question, very pleasant polite responsive girls. Of course, prices are above average in summer, but believe me, this is the best hotel in Gagra!!!

A wonderful hotel where you can spend a vacation with children without worrying about rotovirus and other troubles.
Its own private beach, the purest water in the sea. In principle, you can always find sun beds by the pool, that's for sure. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Cleaning is carried out regularly and efficiently.
The rooms are cozy and new.
There are some small questions about the kitchen at the Lighthouse bar.
After several visits, we bought full board and went to the Panorama. Dinner sometimes didn't really come to us. But breakfast and lunch are definitely yes. It's just that I specifically had the task of feeding a 2-year-old child.
Overall, positive impressions about the hotel. For Abkhazia, it is certainly magnificent. I had an experience of living in Amra 5*. Definitely not there, it is quite possible that we will return to the Garden Resort)

I really liked everything!
Clean, everything is new, the garden is gorgeous, the location is generally awesome.
The room was good, it wasn't even spoiled by the fact that there was no balcony or view. Pastel white you sleep like on a cloud.
Everything you need is there, kettle, iron, safe, bathrobes, hair dryer. I really liked the hotel.The staff is helpful and smiling.the guys at the reception are young, they settled in from the road right away. Restaurants are better than each other, the view from each window is a fairy tale. I would like to say a special thank you to Ekaterina. In the morning, her aqua aerobics lifted her spirits, in the afternoon we rode on the sea on boots. The instructor for kids is a real class. I quickly found an approach to the kids, swam to the dolphins and showed such beauty that will remain in my memory for a lifetime. I recommend her, she is a sociable, very pleasant girl!

The best hotel in Abkhazia! I chose based on reviews and was not mistaken. All the advantages are described in other reviews. On my own behalf, I want to thank the masseuse Irina for her individual approach and creativity. She helped me a lot. As for the disadvantages described in other reviews, I would like to advise you to call the booking department and consult when choosing rooms. They told me about all the pros and cons of different rooms and as a result chose the best one. Selected STANDARD room with terrace (sea view ) I really liked it on the 4th floor. The noise from the road hardly bothered, and the view from the terrace is simply amazing.

We had a rest in the last week of March. Out of season, the hotel was almost empty, which was very pleasant! A gorgeous park, SPA, swimming pool, restaurant, almost at your disposal. The work of the staff (reception, rooms, restaurant and bars) is at a good level. The service is European. The rooms are beautiful and new as in the photo. I recommend rooms in the garden. We deservedly give the hotel 5 out of 5.
Large green area, well maintained. Cypresses are all around, surrounded by greenery.
There is always a warm, heated outdoor pool, there is also a warm indoor pool + sauna and hammam.
All conditions have been created for a pleasant pastime for both adults and children.
It is very clean, and everywhere, from the rooms to the usual benches.
There is everything you need for comfort.
All requests are fulfilled by the staff.
The employees deserve special respect, they are very kind, responsive, and loving. I would especially like to mention the administrator Mikhail, the restaurant's official Nina, and the masseuse Irina.
What I would like to add for an off-season vacation, we rested at the end of April:
-music on the pool
-vending machine (chips, water)
-expand the menu out of season, especially for children (we rest out of season, maybe the situation is different in season)
Overall, we are very very satisfied and will definitely return to this hotel in October.
We discovered this republic from the other side, having been here.

Amazing hotel, new, after the cap. Repairs. Great location on the mountain, in the middle of the park. Stunning panoramic views of the sea and the city. We lived in a suite, a large room, 2 terraces with sea views. The service is excellent, the cleaning is perfect, not a speck of dust. The bed linen was changed every day. An additional bathrobe was provided for a small child. Special thanks to the massage therapist Irina for an individual approach. The spa is excellent, only a cosmetologist is missing. For the 5th year I have been spending the May holidays in Gagra, I have lived in different hotels. Until the last visit, I thought that Amra was the best hotel, but after staying at the Garden Resort, I can say with confidence that it is a level higher than any other hotel in Gagra.

We had a rest in July 2024.The sea is amazing: clean, extremely beautiful. Even after a small storm, there were no jellyfish or algae. There is a relaxing atmosphere on the beach (own): no annoying music, no intrusive sellers, no noise from boats. Umbrellas and sun beds are always available. Clean (odorless) and beautiful toilet on the beach. The hotel also has everything for a relaxing holiday (there is no noisy animation). I really liked the nightly musical fountain show. (I would like more classical music: it somehow combines more organically with the fountain). If you add champagne to the buffet, then breakfast would be perfect! The park around the hotel is wonderful.
The only caveat is that when the door to the terrace is open, you can hear the noise from the road in the rooms with sea views. And it is not comfortable to go into the sea without coral slippers: in some places the pebbles are too large. But slippers solve this problem.
But at a water temperature of +27 in this place (this is the very beginning of the Old Loon) there are no problems with rotovirus!!! The children didn't catch anything. The sea is clean in every sense! There are no flowing rivers, and, in general, no one lives around! Everything is fine in the rooms, especially the spacious bathroom. From all restaurants there is a panoramic view of the sea!
There is not enough organization of excursions.
Movies are shown only for children.
There are only 3 chairs on the third level of the pier (above the beach).
Teenagers are often allowed to dive from the pier (lower level), although there is a safe place there.
There is a limiting cable with buoys quite close to the shore. The lifeguard does not allow swimming. It is not comfortable for those who like to swim.
Otherwise, everything is fine!

The best hotel in Gagra by 1.000.000%!
We stayed at the hotel from September 16 to September 26 this year. From the very beginning to the very end of the vacation, everything was just perfect. But about everything in order!
The hotel itself is the former hotel Ukraine, the embodiment of the fact that from the great places of the Soviet era you can make an amazing place of our days. The territory is simply gorgeous, I bow low to all gardeners! It may take you half a day to explore the multi-level gardens, parks, walking paths, and observation decks.
The passage to the sea is a separate elevator!, which from the hotel will take you down to a private, fenced beach, with sun beds, umbrellas and its own bathing area. The sea is clean and warm!
The infrastructure is thought out from top to bottom! The hotel has a tennis court, a spa, a fitness room with an indoor pool, an outdoor pool with sun beds and a side-by-side bar, 3 restaurants, a playground, entertainment for children and adults. The only thing is, there is no store, but in general, the nearest one is only 10 minutes on foot
The rooms themselves are large, clean, bright, 10/10 cleaning, towels will always be replaced, beds will be made, water will be brought!
The food was great, we only had breakfast, there we ate half a day ahead!
All the staff is very friendly, everyone is always smiling and saying hello!
We realized for ourselves that almost 50% of the delight of a vacation is a hotel, because living somewhere in the private sector or small hotels in the city center, the sensations would be completely different.
As a result, there is an incredible desire to return here again and recommend it to all your friends! Thank you so much for doing such a great job❤

The most brilliant hotel of all, which I managed to visit. Beautiful Gagra! Your own beach, which you get to with the help of an elevator - clean, cozy, neat and just very beautiful! The breakfasts in the Panorama are absolutely wonderful, you definitely won't stay hungry! Cafe Les is surrounded by stunning nature and the dishes in it are delicious. The territory of the hotel is gorgeous, above all praise, the room is beautiful and always clean, the service is excellent. The only thing I would like to wish is to diversify the menu in the Lighthouse and reduce the prices in it, they are unreasonably high.

We rested at the Garden Resort for the first and certainly not the last time)) What a wonderful place!! DELIGHT!!
I'll start with the hotel itself, perfect order, beautiful territory, tiers, palm trees, cypresses, fir trees))) There is a large clean beach with an elevator leading to it, you can go skiing. The beach has everything you need, sun beds, umbrellas, very clean changing rooms, toilets and showers. There is also a large restaurant on the beach, with an open veranda and a beautiful view of the sea, a large menu and very tasty))
The rooms in the hotel are excellent, we had a "standard with a terrace, sea view" Very clean, cleaned every day, linen and slippers are changed every three days. The rooms have everything you need, even beach towels, iron, ironing board, dryer. WiFi is excellent throughout the hotel, it catches even on the beach. The territory of the hotel is closed to outsiders, this was one of the most important criteria for us, a calm, measured atmosphere, silence. Probably this place is not for fans of hangouts, more for a quiet family vacation and it's great)))
The hotel has 4 restaurants: panorama in koroy there are Buffet breakfasts, everything is very tasty, a huge selection of dishes for every taste.
The restaurant "Mayak" with stunning views and European cuisine, a restaurant on the beach and a grill bar "les", Which we just fell in love with!)) a mountaintop terrace surrounded by trees with amazing Abkhazian cuisine))
But the main value of the Garden Resort is the staff! What wonderful people work there! Kind, responsive, super professional, they will always help, solve any problem, make every effort to ensure that you have a rest with maximum comfort. I would like to say a special thank you to the receptionist Mikhail, the employee of the lobby bar, Mamuka (I hope I spelled the name correctly))), the waiter Nikolai, the charming girls from the grill bar "les", what smart guys you all are!)) thank you))

We had a rest twice this year: on New Year's Eve with a magnificent festive table and an equally magnificent festive program and in the summer, in August. After both times, there was a wonderful aftertaste of something extraordinary, refined, real. I liked everything - how we met, how we took care of, and how we spent it. The hotel stands out very much against the background of an endless series of guest houses and other hotels: both the location, and a beautiful park, and its own pristine beach, and an extremely beautiful interior design thought out in all details, and the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds, and delicious homemade food in all three restaurants of the hotel. We join all the warm words spoken in other reviews! And with special warmth, we would like to thank the general manager of the hotel, Alena Valentinovna, for the very family atmosphere that is felt in every detail, in the attitude of all the hotel staff to its guests. The highest professionalism of the management makes your stay at this hotel truly unforgettable!

We had a vacation with my husband in August 2024, I chose a hotel for a long time, read reviews and still stayed at the Garda and we did not regret it. The sea and nature, the food were all great. We returned from Abkhazia…
It's just a blessing that we stayed at this hotel, as it was the first time we were in Abkhazia. The hotel is gorgeous, as we wrote below, everything is really like that, and the beauty, and the sea, the private beach, wonderful restaurants on site. We went to see Gagra ... and once again made sure that the hotel was chosen sooooo well))) we never left it again) They ate delicious, drank delicious, had a wonderful time, and it really seemed like there were few people with almost full occupancy. By the way, WiFi works properly everywhere, even on the beach. Room cleaning every day, beach towels are available and in general, the cleaning service works like in serious hotels in Moscow. The service staff are young guys from Russia.
Of the cons:
1. The staff does not always cope with the influx of guests in restaurants, this also applies to the kitchen. We need to fix this somehow. People to hire more, cooks. The dish was brought to the adults, the child was carried for an hour, the child was crying.
2. So you want to eat khinkali today, but they are not there, they have not been delivered, and tomorrow they will not be either. Because that's how it is…
3. The guys from the reception are of course wonderful, friendly, even funny, but sometimes they are so stupid that it's scary for them)))
4. Along the highway to the Old Gagra and the nearest small shopping malls, walk 10-15 minutes along the highway. But! Be careful, especially in the dark and with children, there is a direct gap on the sidewalk in the asphalt and open hatches. I hope they will fix it, otherwise there will be trouble.
Of the advantages:
1. The most important thing is the level of the hotel! We were very afraid to go to Abkhazia and do not regret that we stayed on a quality vacation, and not in a guest house.

Room 101 is located between the reception and the lobby. By myself. Perhaps earlier (and most likely) It was an administrative office. Its location seemed strange at once, but they refused to change it. In addition to the fact that this is the only passage to the reception (= a courtyard and almost round-the-clock noise), a bonus piano is attached to the room behind the wall. If they play the piano, you will not hear the TV, earplugs will not help you. The piano is just essentially playing in your room. He can play during the day when you are resting. In the evening, when you want to watch a movie. You won't hear a movie, you'll only hear a piano. The noise insulation is zero.
At the reception you will be told that the hotel is 100% full and you will not be able to change the room in any way. Absolutely nothing. With irritation. Yes, Mikhail? It's hospitable. Even with the downgrade of the room category. You have already paid - rest. Go away. The piano is wonderful. It's not until late. Hello migraine.
Previously, the experience of replacing a room for many, many years was only once - a 100% full 4* hotel in a season helped without talking.
4 stars is not just a bathrobe and slippers in the room, gentlemen.
According to other guests, the reception does not really like to do anything, for example, if you want to order a taxi, order it yourself, here's your phone number.
The safe stopped working, and when trying to call the reception, it turned out that the phone was not working either. The safe was repaired on the second attempt. No one tried to fix the phone (I repeat - the problem was voiced twice). In the morning, there is a strong smell of sewage in the bathroom.
Weak wi-fi. It's almost zero on the beach.
The territory is beautiful, a legacy of the Soviet era, restored somewhere, decaying somewhere. There are snakes in the park.
There are no questions about food, you can arrange full board at the cost of a good restaurant, lunch + dinner costs 3600 rubles per day. And you can only pay for the entire duration of your stay, not by choice and desire for some individual days. The Panorama restaurant has wonderful staff (in contrast to the reception, this is very striking).
The strong noise from the road, which is right under the windows, was predictable without question.
Beach - step left / step right - escape. Rusty pipes and pins. You will not be able to take a romantic walk along the shore. Before reaching the beach of the neighboring hotel (Park Hotel Kavkaz), a large pipe comes out of the wall from which some liquid gushes into the sea in a rapid stream.
There is not even a small shop on the territory of the hotel (only with beach goods) - do you want the same fruits - march along the highway for 15 minutes with a quick step forward to swallow dust, well, or a taxi.
To sum up, if you get number 101 (such as a sea view without a balcony), immediately shoot to kill.
Will I return to Abkhazia - undoubtedly, this is not the first trip, can I recommend the Garden Resort - not in any case. You can lose the lottery.
Paying 200 thousand for a single room (including a surcharge for lunch/dinner) for 11 nights and getting a courtyard with a piano in bed is expensive.
A completely ruined vacation.
And yes, I changed my ticket and left almost a day earlier.

The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily. The breakfasts are varied, there is food for every taste for lovers of healthy food there is a lot of choice, for children there are sweets and sweets that love everything. The territory is very large, after the road on the first day it is very pleasant to walk around a large area where there are many flowers of plants and most importantly wonderful views. We had a rest in September, we got caught in the rains and a storm. It was during these days that the outdoor pool was icy. How many vacationers tried to swim - no one could. Maybe they heat it up in winter, but we were left without the sea and without a pool. After an evening excursion in the mountains, we decided to warm up in the sauna and hammam and were out of luck again. The sauna is 50 degrees, the hammam was not heated at all. They listened at the reception and didn't even apologize. The standard rooms, which overlook the garden, have a damp smell (but this is again due to the rains), the courtyard is not ventilated. The breakfasts are varied, delicious, the hotel is cozy, the staff is friendly. Clean, clean well, quiet, comfortable mattresses. A hotel for relaxation. In general, it's not bad, but the moments with the pool and sauna spoiled this relaxation.

I chose a hotel for a long time according to all kinds of reviews, I went on vacation with a child, I was 1000% satisfied with the choice.
Of the minuses, it is expensive, there is a busy road nearby (but it runs along the entire coast) and the nearest signs of civilization are 10-15 minutes away from the hotel (on the other hand, this is a plus - very calm, there are no outsiders, and in general, the feeling that you are at the edge of the world).
I specially chose a hotel surrounded by greenery and I didn't regret it. You can walk around the hotel with your child and it doesn't bother you. The hotel is located in a very well-maintained park area. A nice pebble beach, to which a safe and beautiful crossing has been prudently made. Every trip anywhere on the territory of the hotel is a mini-trip with fascinating views.
A lovely clean and warm pool.
Decent breakfasts. Pretty standard, but I was glad that there are always fresh vegetables and fruits. We went to the on-site restaurants for lunch and dinner. There have never been any complaints about food and drinks. I liked the forest grill bar the most. They serve quickly, the food is delicious, although the price tags are Moscow. The menu of all available restaurants will get bored, I think, in 10 days.
The rooms are fresh and perfectly clean, cleaned well, the bed and bath accessories are boiling white. The staff is friendly and accommodating in everything. Before booking, I left a request for a callback, I was contacted via WhatsApp and answered all my questions about the organization of holidays in Abkhazia in general.
Wi-fi is available everywhere on the territory, Mir cards are accepted. There is a playground and a shop with swimming accessories and personal hygiene items. On weekends, however, it is closed 🙃
I've read a lot of bad reviews about the Garden Resort (mostly 2022) and I can't agree with any of them. I believe that the quality of service and infrastructure have improved significantly.
I definitely want to return to this hotel!

The territory is quite extensive, it may not be suitable for people with diseases of the musculoskeletal system, because there are many height differences, steps - the hotel is located almost in a rock. A small but clean beach. There are mosquito nets on the windows in the room. 5th floor - stunning sea views! The price tag is quite affordable in off-season. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. On the downside, the hotel is located 1 km from any civilization.

Since we are fans of silence and respect for personal space, we were very disappointed when we checked into a room with a terrace and a sea view at the beginning! The noise of the road! Which for some reason no one really writes about in the reviews . So the road is very audible! Very! Plus the smoking neighbors . Having moved to another building with a view of the garden, we were just happy! Breakfast could have been more amazing . Full house at 8:00 as soon as the doors open. There was champagne twice in the middle of the week , and they did not understand why , then , alas , it was not observed . Goode Beach! However , swimming in a "pen " is a violation of freedoms ! The elevator is a separate reason for conversations . Interesting! The sea is clear! It made an impression . There was a struggle for sun beds , but as soon as September came ..the top time has come . No one bothers you with stories nearby) I would like to say separately about the park! There is no such thing anywhere else ! The territory is super! Cypresses are beyond praise! The views are mesmerizing , the air , the forest restaurant and the sea cafe - these are the places !
In general, of course, it is expensive for the provision of services that are available , but there is no better hotel in Abkhazia and there is nothing you can do about it . I think dinner should be included and champagne every morning is just necessary in order to come to terms with certain disadvantages of the hotel))) for example, I would really like a mattress on sun beds

A small and very cozy hotel. An outdoor and indoor swimming pool, a wonderful spa (I really liked the massage tables and the massage itself, as a compliment there was a 15-minute dry floating session), a small gym, a wonderful lounge bar on the 5th floor overlooking the sunset, and most importantly people - I have not seen such a caring and friendly service for a long time. The table was full of food, there were dances, violin, contests. And every day some kind of entertainment - yoga, aqua aerobics, tangerine swim, a master class on cooking khachapuri. Everything is done with a soul, and it feels.
