The company has not contacted us in any way, has not apologized. Is this your level? The money for the tickets was returned by the seller, not the carrier, whose fault overshadowed our entire vacation.
You cannot leave a review about the carrier company on the seller's website, since the trip did not take place. Therefore, on "tutu.<url>" there are no reviews about the failed trips of this company. Therefore, passengers are not aware of such cases.
We traveled with this company from Minsk to St. Petersburg on 07/27/2023 and back from St. Petersburg to Minsk on 30.07.2023. When buying tickets, we were promised Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
As for the Minsk-St. Petersburg trip. It felt like the bus was falling apart on the move. There were sanitary stops, they were announced, but once they stopped at a gas station with one toilet. It's a strange choice of drivers considering that you have a bus full of people. We spent about an hour (and 20 minutes were announced) on this san.the bus stop. In St. Petersburg, people were additionally dropped off at the Moskovskaya metro station, but the drivers did not make an announcement about this, because of this, some people drove through, they had to go to the bus station. We arrived in St. Petersburg 3 hours later, but this is partly due to the fact that traffic police blocked the road in Russia and did not let anyone in.
As for the trip from St. Petersburg to Minsk. It seems that we were "lucky" and the same bus with the same drivers came to us. The situation with Wi-Fi is the same: they promised when they bought it, in fact it is not there. We already had other seats, so we learned about the new "jokes" of this bus. The back of my seat was not fixed and dropped into a recumbent position during the trip. If there were strangers in the back, problems could arise. The friend's seat next to it was broken so that the seat itself was not fixed (see the photo). But the air conditioner worked, and it worked so that for half a night we were frozen very much. It was cold in a T-shirt, bike and jeans. First of all.The air conditioner was turned off and it became warmer. We arrived in Minsk 2 hours later, and the road was also temporarily blocked on the territory of Russia.

Horror. I was traveling from Moscow to Warsaw on an old finished bus, judging by the pasting written off 20 years ago by some European company. The flight was direct via Latvia. The travel time was indicated about a day, in fact I spent 3 days at the border without a toilet, food, water. It turns out that buses from intercars are not regular buses and pass the border on the rights of passenger cars, that is, all regular buses of companies such as Ecolines have passed, but no one let us and was not going to let us. Intercars in fact takes people to the border, which must be crossed on foot, then transfer to another bus that is waiting on the other side of the border. After crossing the border, we saw an old bus standing in the 90s, but it would not work out to leave on it because it was waiting for all passengers, and 3-5 people were allowed across the border per day. In general, this is the most terrible trip in my life. Before buying tickets for international flights, always find out whether the bus is a regular one, or with a transfer after crossing the border, and never buy tickets from such companies!!!

They refused to change their tickets, they were told to buy new ones right at the train station. Due to the confusion with tickets, the bus arrived in Minsk an hour later.
I went on the Minsk-Moscow-Minsk route in February. The buses are comfortable and warm, the drivers are polite, Wi-Fi is working in the cabin (for some reason only in the territory of the Russian Federation), there are sockets for charging gadgets. There were two sanitary stops on the way. Taking into account the budget cost of tickets, it is a great option for a trip! The support staff is also friendly in communication.

I was traveling with Intercars on June 24, 2023. This was my second trip with this company, and I think it will be my last. For the first time, I was unpleasantly surprised by the attitude of the drivers towards the passengers, it seemed that the drivers were going shopping in Poland, and the passengers were just interfering with them. On the second flight, we crossed the border for 8 hours (this is not the fault of the carrier), but when the Belarusian border guards released us, we waited for another 2 hours for the bus driver, who solved some issues with customs officers. At the same time, the second driver convinced us that it was the fault of the company's management, who did not make the necessary documents. When asked to give the phone number of the management, he replied that all the phones are on the company's website, and the dispatcher informed that since it was Saturday, none of the management, of course, was working. The service is terrible! I do not recommend it!
Minsk-Rostov-on-Don on June 12, 2023, Yes, a fresh, new bus. The drivers are polite. But, initially, they did not put me in my place, they say, a transplant, and then you will sit on your own. There was no transfer. We are going on the same bus, everything is already mixed up. I must say, this girl was completely respectful and obviously tried to help, it pleased me.
But the jokes didn't end there. I confirmed several times that I was going to the .com site, as a result, she offered to send a link to the messenger, I added them to my contacts, wrote to them in the Cart and she still sent me a link. This is a plus that it is possible to communicate through modern messengers. But there in her link was the same site on .com that I typed myself. And even by clicking on her link, prices were still opened in RUB, not in BYN. After that, she said that the site puts it up like that because, you see, it tightens my geo-location, without my knowledge and despite the fact that I changed .ru to .com. Cool.
OK, let's move on. We issue this single "promotional ticket", and it passes at full cost. We check the promo code with the operator, it turns out that it is necessary to enter not "MOSCOW!" but "MOSCOW". Although in the newsletter about this Intercars campaign they clearly wrote with an exclamation mark at the end, and even highlighted this sign in red as well as the word Moscow, here I am specially attaching a screenshot to the review, please tell me how else it can be understood?
Let's move on. I change the Promo code to just "MOSCOW", it still seems to be the full cost of the ticket. Again, the girl and I do not understand why this is so, and here I say, maybe because the website indicates that the promotion only includes trips from the 27th? That is, they understood yes, the website indicates opposite the flight on the 26th at 21:45 that "there are promotional tickets left", but in fact it is impossible to buy. But how if the promotion is not valid yet on the 26th? In general, questions to the site, questions to the answers of the operators. The cherry on the cake is that there are no promotional tickets for Monday (the 27th) either, they are all sold out. The nearest promotional ticket can only be bought for Tuesday (28th) evening, which is useless to me. The only thing is that the girl offered to leave a review and get a 20% discount for it. Pennies, of course, but thanks for that. Of course, it's obvious that everything is rotten and there's not much to be happy about. Well, actually, I left a review, described it without embellishment, everything is honestly as it was. So far I'm giving three stars, from the good I see only the daily flights and the fact that there is wi-fi and sockets (although this is probably the minimum minimum in 2k23), but also the Intercars has a lot to work on in terms of service. There are clearly not enough operators, it is clear that they are loaded through the roof, this creates pain for both them and us. The site does not understand why it shows that there are promotional flight tickets when in fact it is impossible to buy, also the site does not give the user a choice of currency with which card it is convenient for him to pay (Belarusian, Russian), but pulls up hidden by geolocation.
We went Minsk-Moscow, after reading bad reviews, my friends and I were in a bad mood for the trip, we did not hope for comfort. BUT! in reality, everything turned out very well, the buses are new and comfortable, you can charge your phone, there is air conditioning, we drove perfectly and everything was OK, we arrived earlier than we should have, everything is super, we did not encounter any of the bad reviews :)
