To do this, go to the branch, take a queue, wait for your turn, then go to the operator, she will fill out some documents there, and then they will allegedly get there within 20 minutes. In neighboring Kazakhstan, at any ATM in the city, without interest and without waiting, you can top up your card in 1 minute. It turns out that we are at least 5 years behind them in the banking sector.
Despite the queues, I love this branch, and KapitalBank in general, because all the issues that I had to solve were solved promptly, unlike other Uzbek banks, I will not mention it here. Minus one - there are queues, but otherwise everything that I needed to do so far was done instantly.
