There are a lot of people, queues, sometimes ATMs do not fully work. Consultants and clerks are quite qualified, almost everyone speaks Russian. Overall, a pleasant impression.
Very bad feedback due to the fact that their ATM "ate" the card, just glitching. You go to one branch, they send you to another, and then to a third. There is no other way to call it a terrible service.
In general, it's good, there are a lot of people, but the electronic queue is working smartly, the issue has been resolved, the advice has been given. What else is boring from the bank :)
It seems that our Capital Bank is now the most modern. I got a visa in 30 minutes. It took me to come to the ofb 2 times (the second in 3 days) and fill out the papers with a pen. In Kapitalbank, everything is automated! Well done management and staff! Keep it up !
In December 2023, rubles were exchanged here for soums at a good exchange rate. The office is clean, the service is fast and clear. I liked everything!

Non-residents of Uzbekistan have the opportunity to open a uzcard in Capital Bank only after opening one of the four visa/mastercard cards to choose from. Which I did. Visa gold (there were no non-premium cards to choose from) I quickly ordered through the app, and received it a day later. Immediately on December 29, I went to the bank, stood in a decent queue, filled out questionnaires, paid a commission at the cash desk, and received a recommendation to arrive at the bank from January 4 to January 6 to get a card in my hands. When I arrived on January 4, I received a reply from a bank employee that my card was not ready. I decided that everything would be for sure, to go for the card on the 6th. Upon approaching the staff, it turned out that the card would not be ready in principle, because the system sent a request for the production of the card without requesting my PINFL. And therefore, I will not see the card on the promised 6th, which does not suit me, because on this day, I fly on a business trip for at least a month, and I was counting on my card. To receive (re-order) the card, I have to take the number to the operator again and maybe queue again, and then go back to the bank for the card. I put three points in my review, not one. Since I don't see the fault of the employees here. The staff were very polite. I hope that my feedback will allow the bank's IT staff to make adjustments to checking the completeness of fields with customer data, and in the future not to allow sending a questionnaire with blank fields.
Kapitalbank is one of the oldest private banks. I have been their client for about 6-7 years, then it was top, now there are more modern banks. The bank is trying to develop, but still not:
1. Cash-in ATMs for any cards. There is only a Humo and a Visa to replenish them;
2. There is no card delivery when reissued and no Uzcard with NFC;
3. The queue at this branch is always a kilometer long;
4. Sometimes front office employees may be more busy flirting than working;
5. You cannot take a queue online;
6. Some employees need a magical moment to serve you. They sooooo love to keep customers waiting while chatting on the phone with other employees.;

Oh, yes, the bank's opening hours are the same as those of the whole country. The bank has no desire to work on Saturday. You have to take time off from work, causing heartburn in the head. But otherwise everything is fine. And I work on Saturdays.... If corrected, asterisks will be added.
Oh, yes! The East is a delicate matter. Well, if you need something, even in a bank. Try to take the tone at the level of "brother sister" and then the process will go much faster)). Unfortunately, this cannot yet be said about the quality of banking applications.

They see that there are a lot of people, lunch is not coming soon, but one of them just took it, closed the window and left. Naturally, the whole crowd went to another window. There, the girl just couldn't cope with the number of people. I've been counting money for a very long time. After the appearance of the authorities (or what it was I do not know), that girl returned and opened her window. I'm sorry, but this is just terrible.

Overlays with increased loads are inevitable, as well as huge queues, the time for issuing cards has been increased, but bank employees tried to act clearly, smoothly, calmly, confidently, evoking respect.
