A disgusting system of distributing clients to specialists: some are sewn up and do not have time to accept, others walk from one office to another. The staff has completely changed and there are almost no normal and literate people left. Some of them are rude and can't solve the elementary. The system is constantly flying off, people are queuing for 2-3 hours just to change the currency. It is worth thinking about the bank and improving its performance.

Something is constantly not working, then transfers hang for several days, then conversion does not work, support in telegram does not respond earlier than in a day, you can dial by phone for an hour. Until you come to the bank with your feet, the transfer from the sole proprietor's account will not take place. On Friday morning, I sent a transfer and converted the currency. It's one o'clock on Monday afternoon, operations are still hanging. It also happened several times for the whole day that the card simply did not work, I tried to pay in several places, when entering the pin code, it gave the error "wrong pin code"
