Super bank. The highest level. Respect to the bank's staff. There is one operator, Nigina, a super employee. The bank manager is a very competent person. Ten points. There is no online pre-booking program in any bank. And it works at Capital Bank, I use this service very often.
There are always a lot of people and waiting in line for a long time, as if there are no other felials in Tashkent, or maybe there are very few of them.
Everything is fine, but queues are everywhere, it takes a lot of time, so you walk around and think how much you will disappear in this bank

The first visit. Two hours to open the card.
The second visit. Two and a half hours to change the phone number linked to the card.
Definitely something is not working right here. Avoid it.
The staff is very polite, which is not clear, they will explain and prompt everything. What is important for me personally is that all communication is in Russian, even if the staff has heard that I speak Uzbek
A good bank. The service is fast. The exchange rate is $ less, of course, than for example in Asia Alliance, but it is very profitable to buy ₽ in a Capil bank
The service is excellent, the staff is polite, there are ATMs, queues are annoying, but overall the bank is good. The location is quite convenient, the parking lot does not accommodate all visitors, be prepared for the fact that there is nowhere to park a car
I ordered the card online, paid, said 3 working days as a result, the card was ready in 5 days, it is easier to go to the bank to stand in line and immediately apply, pay and receive.
Terrible queues for currency exchange. Queues every day and at any time of the day... maybe we should add another window dealing with currency exchange?!?! Several times my patience could not stand it and I went to change money to another bank, where there are no queues.
Convenient location, courteous service, spacious room (in other departments it is much more cramped), there is a vending machine with coffee and snacks, but you need to stand in a huge queue for any issue. Simply depositing cash to a card can take several hours, and currency exchange can take up to 40 minutes.
The workers are normal, the delivery of the cards is normal, but the support on the phone is strange - he believes that people should take his word for it, even if he lies to his face. Dude from Kapitalbank support, you're lucky that I'm not your boss, otherwise you'd have to actually work, and not talk nonsense about trust. But otherwise, the bank is super, the branch service is super.
The bank itself may not be bad, but you don't even want to go there because of the huge queues, everything is moving very slowly somehow, before the mass influx of Russians everything was not moving very fast, and after that you can just sit for hours waiting in line, and it's not a fact that you won't have to sit out another one later, but to another specialist. It's complicated
1 star because the Bank is in the center, one of the large branches, and there are only 2 cash desks for currency exchange. The bank is not open yet, but it already shows 27th.
Rude guys in the card issuing department. And there are also two of them who like to chat among themselves.
One plus- inside the bank they sell delicious coffee and protein bars)))
And yes, now you can't withdraw from the Visa at the bank's cash desk without a commission: 0.7% of the amount you withdraw, give it to the bank.
I have a question: when I put cash on the card, the bank does not pay me a commission. Why, when I want to take my cash, note MINE (which I put in the bank), do I have to pay the bank?
It's a lot of people. It is immediately obvious that they do not cope very well with the number of customers. But compared to other departments, it's better. It is good that there are ATMs that issue and accept cash and soums in other currencies.
The service is just disgusting. It's the worst I've ever seen. A card issuing officer yelled at me when I asked him to interrupt a personal conversation and give me the card because I was late. I think no one ever opens the complaint book there, and they are not interested in what is in it. The staff is not qualified, knows and understands little about their work. But this is rather not their problem, but the bank's management, since they pay ordinary people pennies there and they do not want to strain for pennies, they will not be paid for it anymore. In general, if there is a choice, it is better not to visit this bank. If there is no choice, then keep in mind that you will spend several hours there only in line to the right specialist (although you may have been initially sent to the wrong place and you will have to sit for another one for the same amount of time), well, patience and try not to swear with anyone there, which is very difficult because even the most restrained person can choose their own stupidity and indifference. The only person who knows and understands anything there is a dark-haired girl with a Russian name, Elena, it seems - thanks to her and a lot of patience, but it's better to find a place more worthy than this poorhouse.
Crowds of people, a constant problem with the operation of ATMs, unskilled staff. Regular failures in the operation of various banking systems. Basic exchange operations can take an hour and a half.
An excellent department, which is clean, bright and employees do their business. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I received the card in 4 hours (it is issued on the spot), I am very satisfied.
I came up at 10 minutes to nine. People were coming in, I thought it was the staff, and I was waiting for it to be exactly 9.
I go in, and there's a full room waiting in line)))
They served quickly, everything is fine.
The bank is of a good level. They work quickly and are ready to delve into the questions asked.
The waiting time at peak times is from 5 to 12 minutes.
