Making phone calls is not an option. The tariff from Russia to Uzbekistan is not cheap. There are a lot of flaws.
There are a lot of queues in the morning because of the currency exchange, that is, the bank has not yet had time to open, but there are already a lot of people. If the process were automated, it would be better. In the very premises of the bank, everything is minimalistic and beautiful, there is nothing superfluous.
If you need to withdraw cash from VISA, the service is out of turn.
I went 3-4 times. The eternal problem with the queue. They constantly accept someone without waiting in line. There was a case, a woman took the room after me and went straight to the reception, so my number was missed immediately her number lit up. Then, they said that I probably didn't notice my number. The manager helped with a favor, well, let's get you served now. In general, the impression was not pleasant. Be careful.

I changed tenge. It turned out that the cash register does not have all the currencies that the bank exchanges. Everything is slow, the data is entered into the database, the receipt is printed. It takes 15-20 minutes per person.
