Greetings to all! I have been to Turkey 8 times and I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of the hotel. I would like to return to Kaya Side once again and recommend it to my friends and acquaintances. A family with a 6-year-old child was on vacation. I'll start with checking in: we arrived at the hotel at 09:30 , were greeted warmly , immediately put on bracelets , warned that the room was not ready yet and offered to go for breakfast. The number was received at 12 o'clock . About the room : good repair , it didn 't work out 😁 double bed , single bed ( not a cot ) for a child + a sofa for relaxing . Minibar cola , fanta , water , juice , biscuits and pickle sticks , replenished daily. Shampoo, gel, soap, balm are all there and replenished as needed. Cleaning every day , I don 't know why they write that the cleaning is bad . The linen was changed. The air conditioner is central , but it works perfectly , they even put it on one so as not to freeze . Food.... Well, it's just no comment. Everything is very tasty , grilled chicken , grilled cutlets , beef , fish , decent pizza , red fish on the snack table daily ( smoked and baked ) , squid , salads with shrimp . You can 't list everything . Lots of fruits . Desserts are not sugary . Ice cream for lunch and dinner . Praise the chefs . The staff is very polite and friendly, that's where you don't look. There is a person who will help you with any difficulties . There is local alcohol , there is European alcohol . I drank beer , but I saw how they make cocktails from absolut vodka, Olmec tequila, Rum, etc. There are a lot of soft drinks ( ice coffee , iced tea, regular mojito , strawberry mojito, delicious cocktails ) there are a lot of sunbeds on the central pool , but often they are hung with towels for early risers . If there is not enough sunbed, you can ask the staff , they will bring it and put it where you ask . The beach is large , there is a lot of space between vacationers . The entrance to the sea is too sharp and the plates are a little deeper , but you can go to the right if you look at the sea , there are no plates there . Thanks again for the rest!!! See you soon

the hotel is located in a cozy place by the lake and by the sea, Next to the hotel there is a bus stop and a taxi stop.
The standard rooms are very small for 2+1 occupancy, it is not cozy, just the two of us.
The sea is deep enough fast enough, there is a micro plate with fish.
there is a river outlet nearby, so when the current is from that side, the sea is more turbid and the water is less salty.
The children's club is Russian-speaking, there are many additional activities for children.
Adult shows - visiting dance groups are very colorful.
of the main dishes of the meal, you can always find what to eat, sometimes themed dishes are added. But there is a large selection of desserts and ice cream. Fruits of about 6 to 8 species are present.

Just arrived from this wonderful hotel. Kaya side is definitely a top-level hotel. Everything is great , we met right away , the rooms are gorgeous , the beds on which you want to fall all day. Cleaning every day, everything in the room is always clean and tidy. The food is exceptional , absolutely everything is delicious . The variety of dishes and the chef's imagination is amazing. I also really liked the entertainment . The only wish is that I would like more variety in music at evening discos. The attitude of the staff is wonderful, everyone is ready to go to the meeting. And in conclusion, I want to say that I read a lot of bad reviews and drove with a biased attitude. And absolutely in vain , there are only solid advantages in Kaya . I wish prosperity to the hotel and hope to definitely return there again.

I do not recommend the KayaSide Hotel for holidays with small children.
We stayed at this hotel from 07/27/29/2024, two adults and 2 children (2.5 years and 1 year).
1. The territory.
The territory is small, there is little greenery. A couple of pools, a couple of water slides, a couple of bars, a basketball court, a shaded court. There are several shops with beach and souvenir items.
2. The beach.
A pebble-sand beach, entering the water on pebbles, 2 meters deep. The beach is more or less clean, there are not enough sunbeds after breakfast. Traditionally, the sunbeds are occupied by towels of shit. Towels are given out at the spa from 8:00 to 19:30, after lunch, most likely they will not change the towel, they say that there is not enough for everyone.
3. Accommodation in the room.
Half of the rooms overlook the pool, where there are all kinds of entertainment and music in the afternoon and evening, others look at the amphitheater, where discos are until 23.30. If you and the children need to sleep after lunch or go to bed early, then you will not succeed, it is very noisy.
The rooms inside are outdated. Audibility is like through cardboard walls. Cleaning day / every other day, I do not clean the floors well (there was sand under my feet all the time and all this stretches accordingly to the bed). Sometimes they forgot to throw out the trash can.
The shower cabin is uncomfortable (at least when children need to be washed there) - a small shower niche with a partition on half the wall. The lighting is dim, ants are crawling.
The air conditioner is not comfortable, even with a minimum mode, it blew very strongly on the sleeping place, I had to make a damper for it myself.
When booking the tour, we had a standard room, immediately upon arrival at the reception we paid the administrator to give us a two-room room. The difference is to take a two-room apartment at once or pay extra on the spot for it, it turned out to be significant.
4. Nutrition
According to Peter, everything was fine. There is a lot of food, varied, delicious, there was always enough.
But very often you won't wait for the waiter to bring you a drink, it's easier to go to the bar yourself. During rush hour, you may not find a free table and there may be a queue for clean plates. Annoying flies are flying and some bald cats are begging for food on the veranda.
There is a separate area for children. There is a TV with cartoons, there is a blender. High chairs all over the restaurant.
5. For children
There is a small children's center. If you have small children (up to 4 years old), then you can play with them in the children's room (there is a ball pool, toys, mats, etc.), a small outdoor climbing complex (under an awning). If you have older children, then you can leave them there with the animators, they seem to have a good time with them.
2 water slides - for older and younger children.
During the day, some kind of entertainment is organized in the clearing. But during the day, in the heat, you don't always want to participate there.
6. Other
The staff is polite, there were no conflicts. The lights went out a couple of times. The room cards didn't work once. There was no hot water a couple of times in the evening. WiFi is available, but it constantly falls off and does not catch in places.
I can't say anything about adult animation/entertainment, because there was no way to have fun with such young children separately.
For me, the hotel does not pull for 5 people and is not particularly suitable for holidays with young children, but maybe it's okay for someone.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2024. Wonderful location. The beach is essentially part of the hotel's territory. The beach is sandy, large, lots of sun beds and umbrellas. In addition, there are many sun beds by the pool, at a small water park and just on the lawns. In general, it is not difficult to find a comfortable place in the sun or in the shade. The hotel staff is attentive. Upon check-in, the room on the ground floor seemed damp to us and at the first request it was immediately changed to another one on the third floor. The problem with cleaning in the first days was solved immediately after the appeal by a wonderful girl Malika, the guest relations manager. The restaurant is beyond criticism. The cook is just a magician. Everything is delicious. In addition, everyone who works in the restaurant does it quickly, unnoticeably and, I would say, cheerfully, creating a pleasant atmosphere and a good mood. Olga and Pavel.

A very old, dirty hotel. Also with rotavirus infection.
Of the advantages:
+ compact, pleasant area

+ sea and beach
Cons:
- rooms and cleaning. There is, in fact, no cleaning. They didn't clean every day.
Number 108 is just a horror, an eerie hum, we didn't sleep all night. I am attaching a video with sound. This noise is around the clock. When moving in the next day, we were asked to vacate the room at 10, despite the fact that the new one was given closer to 15. As a result, we were released at 12, and for almost 3 hours my children and I were without a room.
- ROTAVIRUS. All over the place. Fast trains. The most unpleasant thing is that the staff hides the presence of infection, but they say that it is overheating / poisoning / anything
- to the point above, flies are everywhere, the hotel is generally dirty, the tables in the lobby are stained, garbage is everywhere. Sanitizers with antiseptics are empty everywhere, they were filled only on 23.08 after complaints
- the hotel is old. Before our eyes, part of the balcony collapsed onto the balcony of the floor below, where the guests live! In the very season, the slide in the pool was closed for painting. The air conditioners are flowing, the drain tanks in the toilets are working every other time
- in general, the staff is not the most attentive. As an example, during the check-out (night flight) they gave 3 lunch boxes instead of the ordered 7

We had a vacation with my husband from September 28 to October 8, 2024. The room was booked in a new building with a view of the lake. They settled in quickly. The room was given on the ground floor, so there was no lake or other beautiful views. The room is large, clean, everything is working properly. Towels were changed every day. The bed linen was changed 2 times in 10 days. Food: meat, fish, seafood, soups (delicious), greens, vegetables, lots of fruits, ice cream, pies, cakes, halva, lukum. Delicious, varied. The sea is warm, clean, stormy for several days, there were strong waves and muddy water. It's sooo crowded on the beach. Yes, the beach is wide, there are many sunbeds, but there are so many vacationers that the distance between the sunbeds is very small. People got up at the crack of dawn and occupied the sun beds with towels and clothes, and then went to breakfast. Once, vacationers occupied the sun beds next to us and did not come to the beach at all. We only encountered this in this hotel. It was a little stressful. The beach also has all the necessary entertainment (riding, flying, etc.). We did not really like the evening entertainment. There is something to compare it with.
The hotel has 98% of vacationers with small children.

A good hotel for your money. We arrived at the hotel very early, they said there were no rooms yet. Okay, we are waiting for 14 hours, since you can use the entire infrastructure of the hotel. We had breakfast , the breakfast turned out to be delicious and varied, went to the beach. The beach, well, the beach, an ordinary Turkish beach , sand pebbles, there are enough sun beds. At 14 they checked into the room , the room is normal and clean , they clean it every day , they may not update the minibar or shampoos with gel , but you tell them at the reception - they will bring it right away . The restaurant is for every taste: there are fish, seafood, meat to choose from. There are a lot of fresh and baked vegetables . Seasonal fruits : watermelon, apples, pears, melon, grapes, plums, citrus fruits. Beer is made from alcohol , traditional ephesus . The wine is red, white, pink.I drank only gin from the strong stuff , I didn 't like the rest . I tried a few cocktails , but we didn 't go in either .Strangely, money is not exchanged for a reception (the first case from my practice). The hotel is aimed at Germans, judging by the number of vacationers, as well as Poles, Czechs, Bulgarians, Kazakhs.
The staff does not speak much Russian, but even with a minimal set of words in English, you can clarify.
🏠 We were given probably the best room, a separate building, 4th floor, with a gorgeous view from the end - to the sea, and to the hotel territory. There is a bar, refilled every day, water, juice, cola, fanta. Tea, coffee, cookies.
Cleaning and changing of towels every day. They always left the air conditioner on after themselves, this is a credit to them.
Someone complained that they didn't clean well, I don't know, there were no problems, the only thing they left a tip every other day.
I don't know why they complain about the food?! Probably those who cook different dishes every day for a month, then yes, I understand, they will get bored... No, fish, chicken, turkey, divine veal... Mmm, something from seafood. Even our little boy and big fussy found something to eat. In the evening there was a gorgeous ice cream, in the morning freshly squeezed orange juice. Food for 5+.
Ala_-kart restaurant, went to the BBQ, delicious, but not ours.
For those who like to drink something delicious, there will be plenty to choose from, imported alcohol, champagne, not bad wine, cocktails are made, there is a menu on the official website. The only thing is, not all bartenders make it delicious. The lobby bar is 24/7.
The territory is not big or small, you can walk, the beach is not far from everywhere. There is not always a free place on the beach, but there is an employee who will help you find a place.
Going into the water is not a big pebble, but I was comfortable barefoot, my husband was in aquashouses.
👗If you go around the lake, behind the hotel, it is better to go through the neighboring beach, that is, shopping malls, and a pharmacy., they sell excursions., going even further, there will be more shops and a water park.
🎧About animation, during the day there is yoga, yoga, water polo. In the evening, with 21 adult animation in the amphitheater, dance groups performed, every day in different genres, once we got to acrobatics, equilibrists, we really liked it. On some days there was live music and dancing in the bar.
There is a children's room, ours did not go, so there was something to do. But every other day there are some entertainments for children, then a soap bubble show, then balloons, life-size dolls, car decorations.in the evening at 20.30 there is a disco.
From entertainment we got to Oktoberfest, everything in the garden is interesting and large-scale.
➖ Of the disadvantages, we did not find, and we did not look for much. We came to relax and swim in the sea.
Even before departure, I read that many people were poisoned, in particular children, vomited, etc., even took them to the hospital. As I think, it's often the parents themselves who are to blame for not watching the child, maybe after digging in the sand they immediately take food without washing their hands, or slurp water in the pool.
We met a married couple from Europe, their son, 6 years old, got drunk from the pool, the next day it was bad, the parents are adequate, so they say it's his fault🤷
Follow the basic rules of hygiene and you will be happy. 🏖️

We had a couple vacation in October. We were hoping for a relaxing holiday at the end of the season, but, oddly enough, the hotel was packed. Germans, Italians, Balts and Russians. The rooms are tired and, most of all, I didn't like it, no sound insulation, cardboard walls, sleeping only in earplugs. Most of all, the hotel did not like the fact that the main restaurant was not designed for such a large number of guests, it was always necessary to make several circles to find a place. This is the first time I've seen this, especially not in high season. A good spa center with a free hammam and sauna. There is a water park, but without heating. The animation is a bit boring, the amphitheater is not designed in size for the number of guests. The first hotel in many years to which there is no desire to return.

One of the few hotels that is actually on the first line. The food is beyond praise. It is always varied, fresh and delicious. Nice beach, convenient access to the sea. In general, it is good, but it is far from the airport, it is better to take a taxi (1 hour journey) than a transfer (2.5 hours journey). Rooms are first issued on the ground floor, they asked to change-they were immediately given on the 3rd. The hotel is not young, so I will not find fault with the interior decoration. There is a TV and a conday. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and almost the entire beach. I liked that there is a private beach with a bar on it. 2 restaurants, one main in the hotel, the other on the street by the pool. I liked the food, a wide variety-grilled chicken, grilled fish, baked lamb, trout steaks, a dish of squid with shrimp, for 1.5 weeks they were given out once / twice for dinner. There are always baked vegetables, various side dishes, etc. In general, there is a lot of food and it is varied. Every day there is a children's animation, every other day there is an animation for adults. The audience is a lot of foreigners: 40% Germans, 20% from other countries and 40% Russians. We were from October 24 to October 31. Of course, as many people write, this is not a 5* at all, but rather a double Three. The sea is clear. It was still warm, but cold streaks and currents had already appeared. You can swim for a long time. Personally, it's quiet for half an hour at a time. Upon arrival, the sun beds were almost all occupied by the specially gifted. By the end of the rest, half of the sunbeds are free. The hotel was closed until spring from 01.11.2024. The food is sufficient, enhanced, energetic))). We are unpretentious, everything is fine. There's nowhere to go around. This is the last bus stop. If you just walk around the lake, that's what you do. In general, the impression is ambiguous. Before that, we were 2 times at the hotel directly in Side. It was more interesting. The rooms are old, it will do for not spoiled visitors. It will be a disappointment for the fastidious.

The rest of the juices are powdered. Attentive waiters. I liked the late dinner at 12 a.m.👍😋The rooms are cleaned every day, in general, the hotel is also clean.Lush greenery, lots of flowering plants. The beach is sandy, there are pebbles in the sea. The disco area is small, but there was enough space for everyone). And, of course, not as grandiose in sound and light as nearby hotels. I will give 5 (out of 5) to our guide at the hotel from Pegasus Said 4😄, that's how he called himself)), adequate, complete information and answers to all our questions, support (informational) for the entire stay.
Nearby (in Side), there is a large mall and outlet, as well as a market. Antique amphitheater, 10 minutes by bus. There is something to feed the eyes))

We had a rest in October 2024. The hotel was tired yesterday, and this is due to the poor work of the managers. All the staff just don't want to work. The windows and windows on the balconies were washed in March. Even the plates in the restaurant can be dirty. Although they can be taken almost out of your hands. It looks like that's all the waiters know how to do. Kitchen for a solid four. The hotel is clearly unable to cope with the number of vacationers. The rooms have an extra bed on which it is impossible to sleep, the mattresses are laid out. In the very center, in the evening, there is dydz dydz music and you will not be able to fall asleep before 23. The beach is large and sandy, but the entrance to the water is small pebbles. The sun beds are all occupied at 8 a.m.((. The pools are clean. In fact, there are only two bars in the hotel. I do not recommend it!

I definitely do NOT recommend the hotel!
We went on vacation with four families with children. As a result, we are waiting to return home.
1. The rooms were very tired, we were changed twice, because the air conditioner was running in the first one, there was a puddle on the floor and a dryer from a men's urinal was stuck in the grate. The toilet drain does not work in half of the rooms. The bathroom is small, smells unpleasant and half of the light bulbs are burned out, they have not been changed for us. As a bonus, a rat came to the first room.
2. The biggest disadvantage and trash is that everything is quite dirty. There was an outbreak of rotovirus infection, an ambulance came to our hotel every five minutes. 6 out of 6 children and half of the adults got sick, and all ended up hospitalized.
You can't interrogate room cleaning.
3. There was also an unpleasant incident when the waiter kicked the child out of the dining room because it seemed to him that she was wet (which was not true), the child was small, the mother took food and the girl did not know what to do because her mother had the key. I had to intervene. At the same time, half of the restaurant is in wet swimsuits, which is visible.
I have vacationed a lot in Turkey, but this is the first time I have come across such a hotel

Excellent, friendly staff, good location, good beach, traditional marine activities are present, there is a pool and sea bar, 3 outdoor and one indoor pool, slides for children and adults, different activities with music every evening, good food.

Signs on doors asking for cleaning are often ignored for days. This is a fat minus.

This is a great hotel. It's better to visit than to see a review. It corresponds to its 5 stars . The food is always fresh and varied . Themed dinners , lunches . Different for the meal. The beach is clean. The staff is very polite and considerate. There is an entertainment program for guests every evening. There is a private water park. Children's areas for food, as well as a swimming pool and a water park. There are also large swimming pools, a tennis court area, football and basketball fields. It 's a beautiful place.

The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied, salads, cheeses, desserts, fish, meat, spaghetti, pizza, vegetables, fruits, for any request. You won't stay hungry.
The cleaning in the rooms, if you can call it that, is very bad, they even hung a sign that cleaning is needed. Floors are not washed, towels are not changed every day.
Mini bar. For two people, 1 small cola, 1 small fanta, 2 small juices, 2 packs of small chips, 2 waters.
Have fun program. There was a disco a couple of times. Aqua aerobics. But we didn't really aim for entertainment. Maybe there was something else.

We had a rest from 26.08-05.09.23. A good hotel for a vacation with kids. There is a children's room, a 40 cm deep pool, water slides, a playground, after 18 hours for 5 euros to ride 10 minutes on mini electric cars on the territory, food for children (including pasta, lots of fruits, vegetables, mini disco in the evening from 20-30 (but with closed doors to the balcony, the noise from the evening holidays keeps children awake 🤦♀️). Lots of fruits, vegetables, cheese, meat, fish, sweets, etc.
There is no fan in the bathroom in the rooms. Sometimes you walk around the restaurant-dining room in search of an empty table ...
the beach area is large. Two A la carte restaurants.
And we didn't swim in the adult pool, we spent time by the sea. There are pebbles in the sea at the entrance. Big waves! It didn't work out to go in and swim calmly.
Rooms are cleaned every day + put 2 bottles of 0.5 liters of water in the refrigerator. You can always take water at the reception bar and on the beach and snack bar + all other drinks around the clock!
There are no shops nearby at all, a 15-minute walk on Google map.

The rooms are not new, but clean, tidy, everything is in working order: safe, air conditioning, plumbing, kettle slightly leaked, hair dryer is weak, refrigerator with minibar, where soft drinks. The rooms have balconies with views of the lake, the sea, the front and the courtyard. It's quiet, there aren't many parties, there are a lot of children, there's plenty for them. The territory is not particularly large, but well-groomed, if desired, you can walk to the lake there are shops with various goods, sweets and two tour distributors (cheaper than a tour operator). The sea is warm, clean, and affectionate mostly. The beach is sandy, about two hundred meters, entering the water from a shallow stray meter 3-5, further plate, not very convenient, but at the edges of the beach the approach is acceptable.
The food is excellent. All kinds of meat, except pork, poultry, a lot of seafood, including crayfish, squid, oysters, mussels and of course fish in different variations. Cheeses, greens, vegetables, fruits, a dozen and a half items. Everything is fresh and in sufficient quantity. Dry wines in bottles, stronger alcohol at the counter or will be brought. Cocktails are in the way in the lobby, there is also a large selection.
You need to go shopping by bus, taxi, or three peasants walk from the MK store, they invite you first to the main clothing store, then they take you to the novomall supermarket. From there, I got there, on my own. 10 bucks for a taxi. In the clothing store, the owner's son is so arrogant, but when I dropped the price five times, he stood at the checkout and literally begged like a street kid: "You need anything." It is better to book a superior room in this hotel, in a separate building. There are more spacious rooms, better repairs and views. Overall, I liked the hotel! Excellent food: open kitchen, fish, delicious lamb and beef. Spacious beach, no problem with sun beds. Good location, you can walk along the lake to the street with souvenir shops or rent an electric bike, or take a bus directly from the hotel entrance to the old town of Side or Nova Mall. I liked the evening program, one evening we organized a branch of Ibiza)) Very friendly guest relay, helped us with various issues. Of course, the hotel needs renovation. A small indoor pool. And it's a pity that they limit the hours of ice cream distribution, thereby creating queues and inconveniences. Otherwise, the hotel met our expectations.

Food - the choice is huge, for every taste (meat, fish, vegetables), themed days are held. It tastes fine, not great, but not bad either.
The service is excellent, the administrators have always helped with all questions.
We cleaned the room every day, changed towels, put things in, but for some reason they did not give us and friends shower gel (although it was definitely there)
The rooms are ordinary, without frills. The air conditioning is central, it was not always comfortable enough in terms of temperature.
The beach is terrible, pebbles and a little sand, the entrance is on a stone slab that ends abruptly.
