We were with our family in March 2020. We were given a room in the 1st building, which was renovated. The room is beautiful and clean.There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the bathroom. The shoe spoon is also missing. But these are small things. The power supply is 3.5, so-so. There is no ice cream for children, I had to buy it. The hotel is more for young people who like to drink and party until the morning. Every night there was swearing, shouting, then songs were shouted at 4 a.m., even there was a fight in the next room. The hotel charges only repairs and beautiful furniture. Generally a disappointment!

We were at the hotel in early June. Two adults and an 11-year-old child. We liked everything. The hotel is good, the animation is super, especially in the evening. Any kind of food, according to your taste. There is even a diet menu, which is a plus..the territory is beautiful, well-groomed.,the beach is clean, there are no problems with sun beds. The rooms are ordinary, standard. The room has everything you need (except brushes and toothpaste). The only thing is that you can only go to the city by bus, it takes 30-40 minutes to large shopping centers, but there are also small bazaars within a five-minute drive. In general, everything is fine here, the hotel is cool!!!

We visited this hotel for the second time, we really liked everything: food, beach, animation, especially evening entertainment programs. It's good that they don't lower the bar of service, but not so much that the Top Capi hotel has become unavailable. In general, I liked everything. I recommend.

I really liked the hotel. But if you want relaxation, then not here. There are a lot of children. Noise and uproar around the clock. Good food. 24/7. High-quality alcohol. If you say exactly what you want. They'll pour it. But as if from under the floor. Quietly. Maybe so that others don't see that there is really something worthwhile. Live music in the evening. A wonderful beach. But. There are a lot of people.

There are no bathrobes in the rooms.

A good 4-star hotel. Although it costs 5, it costs 4. The food is delicious and in bulk. In the evening there is always an interesting program and a mini disco for children. A wonderful hotel, good animation, lots of fruits so as not to walk under the scorching sun, all the paths are covered with awnings.The staff is wonderful, they respond instantly to all requests! (While at the reception I was talking about the light bulb on the balcony, which burned out.....after that, until I reached the room, everything was fine!!!The speed is instant!!!) bath (detergents)for some reason, the ice is put on 2 people :) (there were 3 of us in the room), but this did not cause any problems....on the floor, you could always meet a maid who would give you everything you need, and even more :) well, not that the main thing!!!
In general, the impression is gorgeous! The sea is wonderful from the building for 2-3 minutes you walk through a beautiful territory, which is constantly well maintained.The long bridge going into the sea, it was the best!!!We rested only on it!!!Recommend....a bridge at the end of which there are places to relax, namely large cushions with umbrellas....there is a shower, you can rinse off, after the sea (by the way, warm water comes from it, well, because the hoses are under the bridge and the water heats up until it reaches the end of the bridge)Even at lunch, when it was hot, it was gorgeous, the sea, the wind, an umbrella!!!The tan will stick to you under the umbrella :)We slept there at lunch.There is a lot of different food, the dining room is large, but even here there is no discomfort, the tables are cleaned without problems at the moment, while you saw the vacant table with your eyes - they saw you, and in an instant, while you came up, everything was cleaned! I am amazed at the air conditioners, their power ..... with the doors open!!!!comfort!!!!There are a lot of people, but somehow everyone settles into the territory and no one bothers anyone!!!!I liked everything!!! I will also go and call my friends!!!Yes.....while I was writing....It's like I've been there again.....

I'll start with the cons: 1) A very "tired" room stock, everything is falling down, for example, a hanger was constantly falling off in the bathroom, the bathtub itself was painted with some kind of paint, peeling off in large chunks. 2) They do not cook very tasty, pasta and rice are cooked without salt, meat is often undercooked, waffles are hard. Eternal queues for hot dishes. 3) Tobacco smoke was coming from the ventilation into the room.
But there are many advantages: 1) Very beautiful and clean area, nice to walk. 2) There is a lot of food and drinks, and in almost all corners of the hotel. 3) Excellent sandy beach, pier for deep-sea swimmers, large swimming pool, water park. 4) The hammam is super! In principle, I liked everything. But! There are a lot of people, especially in the restaurant at the hotel, when everyone goes to eat, it looks like an anthill. You're standing in line for a dish. We were in building 1, this is the quietest building, cosmetic repairs, of course, are needed, but there are few disadvantages, we only slept there, so we did not look for disadvantages. They cleaned every day, the linen was changed the same way. We went with 2 children, the youngest is 2 years old, the child is very active, she ate poorly because of the large number of people, and before 5 years we would not go anywhere else with her, there were 4 adults, and it was hard for us, she did not sit on the beach, she swam in the sea for 5 minutes. The eldest son is 6 years old, everything is much simpler here, there were no problems))). Take a sand kit with you, it's more expensive here, everything is in euros at the hotel). You will definitely not be hungry here. We were from September 30th to October 11th, it was hot in the afternoon, the sea was +28.
