They come from organizations for free. We are going for our money and during the pandemic we were counting on a relaxing holiday with a child out of season! The tour operator did not warn you . The miniclub works according to its schedule, there is no way we can get there. We come in the evening there are no toys . Why do we feel like we are not a boring guest here for our money? We have more entertainment for a child in the shopping center than here. We also arrived for 12 days ! Our guide did not help to change the hotel! Although we have the right to do so . It 's an outrage .

Nice hotel. There are always free sun beds on the beach, the sea is clean. Imported drinks chivas, balantime, etc. Everything is fine with food, you won't be hungry. The only drawback is not very new rooms. Otherwise, everything is great.

The reception is very upsetting, the girls are absolutely not competent and do not seek to help! This is the first time in my life I have met such a service at the reception! Check-in is announced at 14:00. We arrived on time, but our room was not ready🤷♀️ The food in the dining room is not very tasty! Crowds of people, food is distributed by the restaurant staff, there is Chaos and excitement around. Our room is nice, family, duplex. The territory is large, everything is there, even water slides! Basically, a vacation for an all-inclusive lover. I would just like to mention the excellent work of a girl named Liana. She is in charge of guest relations! She communicated with us very kindly and helped us in many ways! But I would advise the management to pay attention to the work of the reception, which really spoils the impression of the hotel.

I really liked it, the weather was great from 29.09-08.10.2019!!! Service 5, food 5 , animation for 5 I recommend the hotel to everyone, we will definitely return next year. Everything is organized for children, evening programs for 5. I have never seen in Turkish hotels for dinner to crush our river crayfish and sturgeon!!! A la carte restaurants for 5 . I advise everyone!! Be sure to relax here!!
