A hotel with a good idea, but after visiting here in August, two days later we bought another hotel and moved.
2 adults + 2 children rested, took a Child Friendly Standard Plus Room, unfortunately, what was stated was not provided, except for coloring books, a panama hat and a cap, and one backpack. The coffee machine is without capsules, they asked about capsules, they said there was a shortage, but they found it because we insisted very much. We went to the guest relay, they had an offer of free Ala restaurant cards for everything, which was not very relevant to us.
The slides in the hotel are open for only 2 hours in the morning and immediately after lunch for 2 hours, huge queues.
The main restaurant staff is absolutely unable to cope with their duties, you wait 20 minutes for a table to be prepared and even tips did not help, running after waiters with a stroller is another adventure.
They began to go to the Terem restaurant, the only waiter served well there and did everything in time, and you can also drink a normal latte or cappuccino in the Terem, there is no milk in the main restaurant in the coffee machine, I asked a question about milk, to which the waiters spread their hands.
The mini club is new, there are performances and all sorts of programs.
The beach is a good sand, there is a QR code on the umbrella, which allows you to order soft drinks directly to the beach, waiting for about 10-15 minutes.
There were sooo many people, the service is lame and queues.
The conclusion is that the hotel is absolutely not ready for the high season and the influx of tourists, perhaps in the off-season everything works as it should.

The hotel has both a large outdoor pool and an indoor rooftop pool! The area is very green and clean! The beach at the hotel is a little cramped and people are lying almost on each other's heads, there may be problems with the fact that you can't find a sunbed, the entry into the sea is good! The hotel also has animation, which organizes various quests, and shows in the evening! In general, the hotel is good! I would put 5 with a minus because the room is outdated, the beach is cramped!

At the end of October 2021, my family and I were vacationing at this hotel. I did not think that the weather would allow swimming in the sea, but it is so. And we swam and tanned. Even a 5-year-old child was swimming. The hotel has a huge territory, very well maintained. Everything is clean and beautiful. I liked the very Seafood restaurant by the sea and the Italian restaurant. Very tasty food and excellent service. Live music. On the shore, fish, French fries and salads are fried in a cafe - you can have a snack before lunch. Near the bar there is a whole suite of cafes with hamburgers, pizza, oriental sweets and fruits, everything can be eaten until the evening. Separately, there is a house with ice cream, a variety of things, in factory packaging. In the evening, the amphitheater hosts a children's disco and various performances. There is a sauna, but you need to register there on time and there is a heated pool. We had a room with a private mini-pool, the furniture was very beautiful, wooden, antique. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious, the waiters serve it. The service is at a high level. People are smiling, very pleasant. I want to go there again!!!

The sea is cold, cards are not accepted in hotels, 300 bucks were asked for 5 massages for 50 minutes, in 6 days there was only one decent disco with a laser show. There were no strawberries in the hotels, although the neighbors were eating nearby and they are now growing it. We will not eat at this hotel anymore.

I was there before the reconstruction, in July 2004.
It is not possible to describe everything, but the assessment is the highest possible. We had a big family vacation (three generations: children from 10 months old, parents(at that time, 23-36 years old), and the parents of the parents (born in 1946-1950). Everyone liked everything: reception, service, food, entertainment).
Now I came across an advertisement for the hotel, found out that it had been renovated and wanted to go there again.

In 5 years, the hotel has become no worse. We were in 2017, then in 2019 and now in 2022. The management is obviously investing in the hotel: a new huge mini club, a children's water park, new restaurants, animation venues, excellent service in the hotel and restaurant. It was my first time in Turkey with two children. We are glad that we got to this hotel. The hotel is gorgeous!!! Full price-quality compliance. We lived in a standard room. It is very spacious and comfortable for three people. There is everything you need in the room - a mini bar, a safe and a hairdryer. We were surprised that there are no bathrobes, but it doesn't matter.The territory is constantly being washed and cleaned. Everything is clean.Nutrition is beyond praise. There is everything!!! There are many different bars and cafes on the territory... We have never eaten better pizza anywhere. Animation for both adults and children is just super!!! I would give a grade of five with a minus due to the fact that smoking is all over the territory, especially in the evening, when live music is playing and you want to sit at a table and listen to music. But this is rather a disadvantage for vacationers than for the hotel.
