We rested here in September 2023, we liked everything very much, food, cleaning, animation, there is everything for any category of citizens. The room is not old, fresh fruit upon check-in. The only thing is that we arrived late and it was already dark, and no one saw us to the room and the building, the vacationers helped to find. A lot of people, in my opinion, said the hotel was 100% populated. There were always enough sun beds, but for dinner we had to wait for the tables to be vacated. They would have come back again.

We rested from 18.09.23 with a child, arrived in the evening already tired, everyone was waiting for luggage at the airport for almost 2 hours, so we settled in and okay, even though we didn't like the room, we went to bed. In the morning, I naturally realized that the room when booking that I saw on the website is not where we were settled, it was an old not renovated room, and I expected to live impno in the room where the renovation took place. According to my observations, I realized that mostly Russians don't settle in those rooms, yes... As a result, everything is old in the room, a terrible bathroom, sanitary appliances, plus we were settled on the shady side, we had a room 2325, the sun didn't get there at all and nothing dried, the dryer on the balcony was stupid located in the corner.
I chose this hotel only because it takes half an hour to drive from the airport and there is a lot of entertainment for children. In this, yes, plus, the mini club is good and new, big, in the evening, in addition to the disco for children, there are also children's shows. In the children's aqua town, the water is really very icy, the child's teeth were just chattering from the cold.
There is no cleaning in the rooms, plus I tell the maid elementary things, they say in 5 minutes we will go to the beach, and she does not understand English and flaps her eyes and mumbles, it's terrible. There was no desire to leave a tip in such cases. I didn't always report cotton pads and a shower cap, instead of a shower gel I instructed a million body lotion, for the last 2-3 days I just didn't report a foot towel, I had to use the usual, cleaning was also mediocre, the ice cream stick lay on the bedside table for several days until I threw it in myself. The sign "clean the room" has been hanging since 8 in the morning, we come at 13:30 nothing has been cleaned, then my child sleeps and, accordingly, nothing is cleaned anymore, so at best we were cleaned every other day. There are clearly not enough maids.
The mini bar was replenished regularly every day, there is water, beer and soda.
On the territory you can take ice cream, also a plus for the child. Snack bars by the pool are also a plus.
Once they asked for an iron at the reception, they said it was for a fee. Strange, 5 stars are ultra and there is no free iron. We had previously vacationed in Cuba and there in 4* personally in the room there was an iron and a board!
The food is average, there is a choice, but there are a lot of specific dishes, September is the fig season in Turkey and I was surprised that it was not there, only I sometimes saw it on desserts, and people dragged it from there... watermelons in general were not given very much, melon once took it was terrible, watermelons were delicious from 12 to 16 at swimming pool.
I also think it is not permissible in 5* ultra to have dirty and broken dishes, there were dirty appliances, tea spoons, forks several times.. the saucers for the tulip cups were broken and dirty right with streaks of tea, it's terrible!!!
In the evening there are a lot of people at dinner and there may be problems with tables and queues. On the 3rd day of my stay, for the first time at dinner, they asked me what I would like from drinks, the staff either does not want to work or does not notice.. In the morning, in general, everyone sleeps, the girls go and look at one point., such are the waiters.
The beach is a little dirty, but in general it is beautiful. Plus, there are enough and enough sun beds. The sea is normal, sometimes muddy even in the morning.. after Cuba, of course, like a river, but it was not worth going right away, I went only to take the child to the sea)), but in Alanya there are beaches steeper and cleaner and the sand is good there, it's not like that, after all, Antalya.
On the beach, you can order drinks, a QR code hangs on the poles on umbrellas, but there have been several times that the order was simply not brought, or waited for a very long time.
I liked that the territory is large, the animation is good for children, not particularly adult.. I saw that they called only on the beach for volleyball and boccia, I saw them playing polo by the pool once, I didn't see or hear them call for the rest of my leisure, they work somehow on the sly.. not noticeable, not active, not sociable.
The plus of the hotel is that there are shows in the evening., music, events.. it's fun, special effects and scenery. A good bar Pushkin cafe, where cocktails, a good bartender works there in a hat, but he alone happens to be unable to cope with a large flow of people and a lot of orders. But he's great, it was nice to interact with him.
The obsessive guides of Anex certainly did not please at this hotel either, come and sit for 2 hours listening to information, half of which you know, and half you don't need, the child is only exhausted., it would be better to spend this time on the beach.
In general, the rest was not bad, but the hotel did not meet all expectations.

The Kremlin.... Yes, it looks like the Kremlin in Moscow, but that's all. The hotel is clearly not 5 stars, as it is written (there is something to compare it with). Let's start with the pros (there are fewer of them): food 24 hours, as well as drinks.; gest relation- many thanks for everything to the wonderful girl Sabine, she solved all our problems. The advantages end there, alas🤷♂️
Well, now the cons:the choice of food is not particularly-I am not picky, but the food is so-so;drinks-if you make friends with the bartender and then the drinks will be of high quality (5 euros and you are served well for a week, but they can be rude, get ready for this☝️;rooms leave much to be desired-the plumber is dead, the condiment is flowing(you can't change the room-there is no place, even for money); going to the sea-oh, there's a separate story here-if you go to the beach on the left, then there in the water you will find 2 huge and sharp pins sticking out of the water (everyone knows about them, but they don't want to do anything! (they told both the rescuers and the reception, everyone doesn't care), the beach is cleaned very badly, garbage, cigarette butts are everywhere, bottles are also floating in the water and what not.
Therefore, I will definitely not return to this hotel.

For the second year in a row we came to this hotel, in general everything is fine, but according to my feelings this year the hotel's rating is falling for the worse, this time the room got a little tired of life, the wine list is worse than last year, there is practically no animation during the day at all, the area near the pool is very dirty, a lot of Arabs who throw everything almost under their feet!

We had a rest in the middle of September, the weather was amazing, the sea was warm. It's a good hotel, but it's a pity that the entrance to the neighboring hotel was closed, as it was before! The food is good, the staff is very polite and helpful.

The concept was conceived well, but they were counting on the top five, apparently solely because of the abundance of food provided at every turn 24/7. When checking in, the reception was asked to find the boys in red, who were already gone and were going home, it was difficult to find them, they managed to find an escort to the room with a fight, the reception is responsible only for the settlement, they do not solve any other issues. The standard room is small, the air conditioning either freezes everything around or turns into a hell of an oven, there is no average. This is if you are visited in the third building, unreported. All issues related to the provision of everyday life are solved by guest relations. A change of linen was promised in a day, and cleaning was promised every day. We saw the cleaning already at the end, when we flew back home. The main restaurant is great, but foreign tourists, with whom I had a fight, book tables with their own children, seat them separately at each table one at a time. On the right side of the entrance there is a mini-restaurant "Terem", open 24 hours, there is less choice than in the main one, but all the main dishes and snacks are available. The water slides are open for 4 hours, the queues are terrible, we managed to move out once a week, they close at 4 o'clock, people are purple, animation and aqua aerobics in the pool, discos and shows in the evening. In the lobby bar and the star bar, which is to the left of the central path on the beach, there is a branded alcoholic, from which cocktails are made, a mini bar by the pool, and on the right side of the center - there is only local alcohol, on the beach, to the left of the main path, swim carefully. If you take the pier on the left, where they sell water adventures, we count the seventh and eighth umbrellas, then 15 steps straight into the sea and stick into the rebar, the legs cut for the sweet soul. After my complaints, a lifeline was tied to her. You can swim to the right and left of it.

There are many Turks on vacation. I didn't really like the fact that they can be served in a restaurant ahead of you, even though you are standing in front of them, I noticed more than once. The food is good, but without enthusiasm, in other fives of the same price as well, and sometimes better. Meat, fish, everything is there. Delicious. But without frills. The territory is not very large, but well maintained, beautiful. The pools are good. There are slides, three for children, three for adults. The animation somehow passed by, I saw that they were playing darts in the morning. In the evening, a mini disco (for me, so-so, it happens better), dance shows (I liked it), live music after. There are three playgrounds. The Minister of the club, did not attend. The hotel is located on the outskirts, to the markets and shopping center by bus, bus by card and x-code, they do not take cash, keep in mind. In principle, I liked it, but I won't go a second time. Good evening! I want to share my review of the Kremlin Hotel. We arrived at the hotel early this morning. We bought a Standard room for the tour. Upon arrival at the room, we were shocked, to put it mildly. There are no questions about the bedroom. But here's the bathroom...She's in a terrible state. In addition to broken tiles and a water drain, you get mold and ingrained dirt around the perimeter of the bathroom. After several hours of "running" at the reception, we still managed to get our room changed, but it didn't get any better. At the moment we are here, our number is 2315, originally it was 2334. We came here to celebrate my birthday, but you know, the holiday is ruined. Also, the hotel management refused for an additional fee.The fee is to change the room to a better one. Thanks to the Kremlin Palace Hotel for spoiling the holiday!!!!

Firstly, I really liked the hotel, so I changed my rules not to visit any hotel twice. There are so many of them in the world that you want to go everywhere. But the Asteria Kremlin is wonderfully good for everything and a beautiful territory and an excellent beach and a restaurant with delicious food and evening performances.
The only thing I would like to recommend to the management of changes in the fitness center is a slightly larger area and not 2 treadmills, but more, otherwise you stand in line for a long time and wait for back simulators.
This is only to improve the service, the fitness center is often just a crowd of people. It's good that people are doing sports, but the wish is not to stand in line.
And so, we are happy with everything, I hope to see you again!

One of the worst hotels in my life.
The room stank wildly, the hotel did not help with this in any way (no cleaning, no technician, nothing, only the purchased diffuser saved). There is absolutely no service (in bars and canteen they ignore), constant problems with dollars (the reception gives out dollar vouchers instead of change, which also do not want to change), no food, there is nothing nearby, only the shops themselves inside the hotel with exorbitant prices ($ 30 for scissors). The rooms are quite old and something may not work (the lock did not work for us). Sellers stick not only on the beach, but also in the bar. Room service is also very weak (ordered tea, sweets, cheese - constant problems)
