On the second floor there is a small window that did not open. Therefore, it may be stuffy, but the air conditioner solves the problem. The entire interior of the hotel is expensive and rich, someone likes it, and someone does not. The area is very green, especially in the area of buildings, there are more palm trees closer to the beach. The beach is sandy, but the sand is a dirty gray color. The deck chairs are tired. Two pantheons, one with wild boars, the central one with sun loungers on different levels. The hotel is clean, toilets and showers at the pools and beach are constantly cleaned. The disadvantages of the hotel are that some rooms in the lobby are closed, a small fitness room, a small luggage room.

I visit Turkey three times a year. The hotels ranged from three stars to 5 plus. In general, if you focus on food and the beach on vacation, read on … When choosing, I carefully studied the reviews. I saw that "you will not stay hungry", thinking that it is written by tourists-lovers of "luxury". But in the understanding of this hotel, this means there is nothing to choose from, but what is tasteless. The advantages of nutrition are a variety of fruits (plum, apricot, alcha, watermelon, peaches, nectarines, oranges, grapefruit, apples, bananas). According to basic nutrition, everything is as fast as possible and not always aesthetically pleasing. Lots of fast food. The breakfasts are modest. Eggs in the form of an omelet and eggs with tomatoes and vegetables are slimy, tasteless, like some kind of incomprehensible slush. So everyone knows everything about sausages in Turkey... so there are fried or boiled eggs to choose from. There are greens , cherry tomatoes are not sweet , there are spoiled rotten ones . There are cheeses, all terribly salty. There are croutons and all kinds of pastries , who is interested in it . Pancakes are a disaster , a lump of unpeeled dough , semolina porridge in lumps , cold . Eggs and greens will save breakfast ) there are yogurts , I liked them . Lunch is a disaster again . The worst meal . We arrived just in time for lunch, after seeing the assortment , I couldn't believe that this was the main restaurant. There is no grill . Even the fours are full of zucchini, peppers, eggplant - it's all onions and tomatoes . There is no grilled meat. The cold snacks smell sour . I took some kind of nook today - it turned out to be sour. There is a cheap red fish , for some reason smelly . The child loves fish - refused , said he gives something away . A choice without a choice - rice , French fries , some beans , beans, meatballs, meatballs.... Everything is nondescript , unpresentable , unappetizing ((( in the evening there were grilled lamb skewers , they helped out . Otherwise they would have gone hungry . The child has a stool disorder today , we drink smekta . In general, I am not a gourmet, but if you like to eat delicious food, there will be disappointment. The second important moment for me is the beach . It is short both in length and width. The sand is gray , some kind of dust . The entrance is sand , normal , but the water itself struck me - muddy , the fish do not even swim ! It worries me . Often some kind of slime, small debris like a sliver of some kind and foam on it. For me, these are the key moments on vacation, so I will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it. Among the advantages - the territory is clean , beautiful , the staff is friendly, alcohol is in the bars , cocktails are normal , imports are poured without problems , bottled beer is only in the rooms , replenished at the entrance , then you need to ask. The rooms are pleasant , fresh , there are shower facilities , bathrobes , slippers , children's cosmetics . Guest relations are smiling , help solve problems . The animation of the children's side is excellent, the girls are great, but mine do not go to any hotels in principle. I liked the adult evening party yesterday, there was a high-quality Michael Jackson, then live music, they sang perfectly. But the first two points are critical for me. Therefore, consider when choosing a hotel. I threw off a photo of something there that I didn 't even want to try
I will add a review: after a written complaint to the tour operator, they wrote to me in a chat, asked me how they could help, offered to book everything a la carte, brought wine and fruits to the room, made swans with flowers on the bed today, offered an individual meeting with the chef and any dish prepared personally by him. Everything was on the excellent table for dinner yesterday. I mean, the hotel staff tries very hard and responds instantly to the remark, thanks a lot for that.

There were conflicts with the staff, they can't even put their mentality away in a hotel of the declared category. The madam from the champagne bottling area at the reception was especially distinguished. On the contrary, "Velcom drink" should attract guests. And then they told us what to do and how to do it (I tried to take champagne at the reception table, and not drink like a horse standing up). Food problems: no strawberries (end of May) and no seafood at all. A very poor assortment of fruits: apples, pears, oranges, bananas.
The rudeness of the staff and the meager buffet did not allow the hotel to deliver 5. Everything else is fine

We celebrated our coral wedding at this hotel.We arrived at 10 am, filled out questionnaires and were sent to have breakfast, which surprised us very much, we thought it meant the hotel was not greedy, then immediately settled in and we ran to swim in the warmest calm sea. There are many bars in the hotel, so there were no queues anywhere, 2 piers on one you can book a gazebo with service for 50 euros. Drinks, food, fruits, ice cream will be brought there, even the entrance to the sea is by a ladder, like in the Maldives, a pitchfork on the water, we spent one day there. The animation was all by the pool, nothing was done on the beach, in the evenings the artists came.The food is delicious, lots of fruits, sweets, the waiters are trying, but it was difficult to find a table, especially at dinner.Very good sound insulation of the rooms.On the wedding day, champagne was brought to us, fruits, nuts were celebrated with a bang! I recommend the hotel

I liked the hotel by itself, the area around it is gentrified, clean, there is a place to walk. The beach is small. The kitchen is awesome, ready to come back just for these wonderful dishes! The only drawback is that the room stock is a little outdated.

A hotel with a good idea, but after visiting here in August, two days later we bought another hotel and moved.
2 adults + 2 children rested, took a Child Friendly Standard Plus Room, unfortunately, what was stated was not provided, except for coloring books, a panama hat and a cap, and one backpack. The coffee machine is without capsules, they asked about capsules, they said there was a shortage, but they found it because we insisted very much. We went to the guest relay, they had an offer of free Ala restaurant cards for everything, which was not very relevant to us.
The slides in the hotel are open for only 2 hours in the morning and immediately after lunch for 2 hours, huge queues.
The main restaurant staff is absolutely unable to cope with their duties, you wait 20 minutes for a table to be prepared and even tips did not help, running after waiters with a stroller is another adventure.
They began to go to the Terem restaurant, the only waiter served well there and did everything in time, and you can also drink a normal latte or cappuccino in the Terem, there is no milk in the main restaurant in the coffee machine, I asked a question about milk, to which the waiters spread their hands.
The mini club is new, there are performances and all sorts of programs.
The beach is a good sand, there is a QR code on the umbrella, which allows you to order soft drinks directly to the beach, waiting for about 10-15 minutes.
There were sooo many people, the service is lame and queues.
The conclusion is that the hotel is absolutely not ready for the high season and the influx of tourists, perhaps in the off-season everything works as it should.

The sea is cold, cards are not accepted in hotels, 300 bucks were asked for 5 massages for 50 minutes, in 6 days there was only one decent disco with a laser show. On the shore, fish, French fries and salads are fried in a cafe - you can have a snack before lunch. Near the bar there is a whole suite of cafes with hamburgers, pizza, oriental sweets and fruits, everything can be eaten until the evening. Separately, there is a house with ice cream, a variety of things, in factory packaging. In the evening, the amphitheater hosts a children's disco and various performances. There is a sauna, but you need to register there on time and there is a heated pool. We had a room with a private mini-pool, the furniture was very beautiful, wooden, antique. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious, the waiters serve it. The service is at a high level. People are smiling, very pleasant. I want to go there again!!!
