I bought a ticket for the WizAir low-cost airline, I misspelled my last name (exclusively my joint, I admit). When I noticed the mistake, I wrote to the Ticket office. We got involved in solving the problem quickly, were polite and attentive, there are no complaints here. As a result, I was offered to pay 6,500 rubles for the solution (1,500 for the airline, 5,000 for the services of the Ticket service). With this money, you can buy a new low-cost airline ticket. I was not too lazy to go to the Wiz website, it says that they fix up to three errors for free. I returned to the chat with the manager and sent this link. The manager replied after a while that she had clarified everything once again, and WizAir definitely wanted to fine me. It was strange because I wrote directly to Wiz myself and they fixed everything for me pretty quickly, they didn't ask for money. After telling the manager of Cupibilet about such amazing successes, I found out that they didn't buy anything directly from Wiz, but there was a third agency in the chain, and it might have wanted to make money. It should be noted here that the appetites of that intermediary are more modest – only 1,500, not 5,000 for correcting a typo, like Kupibilet. Conclusion: do not be lazy and do not rush to pay others for what you can do for free, quickly and simply. In fairness, it should be said that there is approximately the same advice in the rules on the Cupibilet website (but who reads them ...). It sounds something like "contact the airline yourself and clarify, perhaps the issue can be resolved directly for free."

I checked with the operator and received confirmation that the service will be provided (see screenshot). 12 hours before departure, I became worried because there was no confirmation. I wrote to support and then a miracle happened: registration was refused for unknown reasons. The result: wasted time, ruined nerves, and doubts that I was actually sold a real ticket and could fly. I do not recommend using this service unless, of course, you want to intentionally ruin your vacation or business trip.

I would like to note that before purchasing a refund ticket, I asked the staff about the refund rate and no one told me how much refund I was talking about and how much I would lose. And now the most interesting part! Penalty rates: 1) non-refundable airline fee - 1330 rubles. 2) the fee for making an order is 4,474 rubles. 3) the service fee for the refund is 7468 rubles . Total: 13272 rubles. Ticket price: 49995 rubles. Total amount returned : 36722 rubles! That's how the return ticket turned out! Of course, I had to agree to the conditions described. I do not recommend this aggregator for Tickets - it is better to take them directly from the Airline. My case: we bought Tickets (23k rubles) + the service "Kupibilet.Refund" (5k rubles). Azimut Aviation Company canceled the flight 14 days before departure, we refused other proposed dates. The ticket price was promised to be refunded, and for the service "Kupibilet.Refund" - money (5k rubles) is not refunded (as stated in the Offer Agreement).
