I wrote earlier that: a great place, with a good location. All in one place: fitness, swimming pool, baths, hotel, large beautiful area for walking.
After a while, I can say that the service has deteriorated significantly. The water in the pool is very cold, in the baths steam rooms almost always do not work (today: in one the shades broke down (a month ago, she also did not work for several days, they changed the shades), in the second the door broke and it was closed, and it is dangerous for people's lives (according to the administrator), in the third - turned on backlight, but does not keep the temperature), in the salt- there is almost no salt (only the name remains).

It's good that we lived in aqua Minsk and we had a separate queue to visit. The water park is small but tall and very compact. There is a sauna area, but in winter without going outside, also in winter some rides in the form of slides do not work
Some recreational activities do not work in the rain path and the wave pool does not work yet. You can only swim with children there. The jacuzzis are always busy

We read reviews and other things about this water park and decided to drive. I'll start in order.
One of the advantages.
1. Convenient parking for cars, check-in and check-out.
2. Electronic queue for ticket purchase.
3. A wide range of entertainment for both children and adults. A wide variety of slides for all ages.
4. Different saunas, baths are a plus, there is nothing to do there without saunas.
Well, then there are some disadvantages.

You just walk into the locker room, it's completely dark where to go, nothing is clear, saving on light signs and so on.
2. All locker rooms are shared, there is no male and female separation except for the shower, although many people entered the women's room from men and on the turn.
3. After the shower, I still did not understand the exit in slippers or not, although everywhere it says entrance without slippers, the question immediately arises how to find my slippers afterwards there is no storage cell!!!! But everyone walked around the zone in sneakers, just like us.
4. Of all the slides!!! Only the 3 simplest ones worked. The queue had to stand on the stairs for 40 minutes at a time. We rode only on 1 slide, then the patience ran out.
5. On 3 of these slides, the control system was lit everywhere with a red signal. The instructor ran every time he looked at the bottom and did well.
6. There is no cell phone storage in the park area. You have to spend 20 minutes going to the locker room to get your phone.
7. If you take a ticket for the day. Where to eat ???
You can't go outside to a cafe, you can't drive.
8. There is a cafe, they sell burgers and corn and drinks, After lunch, wash your hands or go back to the locker room for 10-15 minutes or as I saw others in the pool.
9. To take a hair dryer. You need to stand in line with people leaving for 20 minutes and to hand over a hair dryer for 20 minutes in the same queue, while all the time is taken into account in your chance !!!
10. Very few personnel to control safety in the water.

The best place for entertainment in summer and beyond, in winter it is very warm and fun, and in summer it is very cool in the open area.

We visited the aquazone with children at the end of August. There are not so many people in the morning, but by 12 it doubles. The outdoor area also opens from 12. Ticket prices are high, and everything in the cafe inside is also expensive. The street has not opened. The elevator didn't work, it's not very convenient to compete up and down with small children, but I managed. For me, the scheme of the slides is a bit incomprehensible. In the diagram, the slides are distributed by colors, there are names and numbers, but until you go up, you will not understand whether you have found the right slide or not. I would like there to be signs at the bottom of the slides, indicating a specific place where to climb and what to take with me, because I was not ready to go back and forth with 3 children. And there are very few staff around. In general, I advise you to visit, but be prepared to spend money and, perhaps, wander in search of the right slide))

Where the salt smells like smelly socks. Maybe it's necessary, I don't know. Professional bath attendants come to the Russian bathhouse at closing time. They add oil, wave a towel, it's very hot, high. The face after these baths is better than after a cosmetologist. Separate love strong jets like a charcot shower. Very strong, cool. One disadvantage is that there is not enough normal food. Hamburgers are tasteless, rolls are even worse. They were poisoned 2 times in the summer with shawarma, I drank pills and more or less, and my husband was lying flat in general. Fortunately, there were only pickles in the shawarma, there was almost no meat. And it would be even worse. In general, if they had changed the food there, they would not have had a price!

To begin with, at the moment this water park is practically a "monopoly" and it has no competition. You can't break through in the summer, especially during the hot season. The waiting time can be up to several hours. The water park has many dangerous moments in terms of the organization of their "entertainment" points. The "cave" with a contrasting shower and thunder turned out to be the most dangerous area in one of the visits to this place. Young people slipped and fell. The guy hurt his head, and the girl hurt her knee. Then there was the emergency room and the ambulance, which took the young man to the hospital to sew up his head. The whole day was paid for. No compensation, no return to the water park after the doctor's manipulations. I personally talked to the administrator. Unpleasant. Especially if you consider the price list for the whole day, and you only got in for a couple of hours.
I think all the accidents shout that some areas require increased security. After all, it does not take a huge budget and time to lay and secure the grid from sliding to the floor.

We arrived at 8.30, we were on the 17th in the general queue, without waiting in line, we called for online order coupons and someone else. That is, fast enough. Tickets for 8 hours cost four (2+2) 300 rubles for the promotion (8 hours for the price of 4)

The water bar is great, a very nice bartender girl. We had lunch at country chicken, for three 75p.
I really didn't like the girl on the triple slide (3 slides-single pipes nearby, there were three of us too), the time was about 16.15. We wanted to race with the children. There were only 3 people behind us who also wanted to move out together. One person went, and the girl somehow very aggressively sent us to the 2 remaining slides. We explained that we want to be together. She started shouting that the slide and the queue were standing idle because of us (3 people behind us). In the end, I had to be rude too.
Thrash started at the exit. The queue for payment by the bracelet is 30 people, 1 person works. We left ten minutes before the end of time, but of course we realized that we would not have time to pay and leave. I went up to the cashier girl, clarified, she said that "She would be fined for every extra minute."
In general, I got back in line already angry) the rest of the visitors were also angry, because many were late for the bus. As a result, the cashier girl left and the administrator came in her place. That is, she also worked alone, but thank you for not taking the money for the extra minutes. I stood in line for about half an hour.
Conclusions: the number of people is not controlled in any way, there are not enough employees. Not all employees are customer-oriented and adequate.

Now about the cons: the biggest drawback is that we got into the aquazone two hours after we took the queue number, 5 cash desks were working, the second minus is food, on the third floor there is fast food with burgers and all kinds of deep-fried food, more expensive than the KFS, on the fourth another cafe, even more expensive than the previous one, it is better to take food with you, in general it is interesting to move off the main slides, you will have to stand in line, it took us at least 20 minutes per slide, we moved out a couple of times, then decided to just swim in the pool... Next time we'll try another water park for comparison.

We were in August on a Thursday. At 17 o'clock there were no queues at the entrance, but there were large ones on the slides. In 3.5 hours we rode the same number of slides as in 30 minutes in the evening, because there were dramatically fewer people after 20:30. The temperature outside was +18 and pools and Jacuzzis were open outside, but the slides did not work there. Also, 2 slides inside the building did not work. In total, according to my calculations, 7 adult slides worked, where 3 are almost identical. The pool is 1.3 meters, which, in my opinion, is good, because you can both stand and swim. Bad souls, more than half of it pours not like a shower, but like a stream of water right in my face (I was doused), we must look for a normal one first. A strange system of locks on the lockers, I had to spend a lot of time to figure it out. No food was bought. Overall, we liked the water park, especially the Jacuzzi. They are not very hot, but warmer than the pool.

We live very close to the water park. From time to time they came on a one-time basis, there were no noticeable problems, if there were comments on the services, then in principle they were solved or forgiven... It gets worse and dirtier every year.
This year I bought an unlimited subscription for the whole family for four people. And immediately the "picture" became more real and transparent to everything that happens in the water park. Of course, I understand that the water park is state-owned and the only one in Belarus of such a "useful volume", and visitors from all sides of the republic and even guests from Russia are coming.
However, visitors are immediately faced with shock due to the huge queue at the checkout. With the lack of information about temporary difficulties in the park with services. And also, when buying a service at the checkout, could you provide some basic information for the client, about services, rules and insurance?! The subscription itself is not worth a penny, and in principle, one-time visits are also expensive. As a result, the visitor receives only chlorinated water and complete unsanitary conditions for this money, that's all!
A very boorish attitude begins already from the ticket offices, a very irritable answer follows any question asked. It's such an awkward impression that their client is in unpaid debt... There is no available information about the current situation (at the moment) in the water park, 600+ people pass on weekdays, if you come on Friday or Saturday, Sunday count on the worst, there will be 1000+ during the day ,
this is a lot, the park cannot cope with such a flow of people. Is it really difficult to post information that is not able to serve such a number. Why provide substandard services?
There are a lot of people in the pool - like on a Pakistani bus.
The water is relatively transparent, but even the surface film is visually visible, it is quite cloudy. It's hot outside, everyone in the pool is washing off their sunscreen, etc. it's cool in the baths, and there is a terrible stench of urine and human sweat. Complete unsanitary conditions. I just don't talk about toilets, come and see for yourself... That's why a dedicated cleaner of baths and toilets ...
If you have limited time, you will be very disappointed with queues (on average 50-80 minutes) first to buy tickets, and then in the queue for the slide from the first level to the third or fourth there is a queue to ride, there is no additional time for changing clothes - this is your rest time which is included in the total cost.
In hot weather, you will not find free sun loungers, prices in bars of the restaurant category are quite expensive considering that the tickets are not cheap. All this mess does not suit me, and I applied through the cashier to terminate the contractual relationship and return the money, minus the money I spent earlier, but as it turned out, we (the aquapark and I) did not conclude the contract and the money was not returned to me.
The contract is not even concluded for the amount of two, three, four thousand rubles, it simply does not exist.
There's just a receipt.
And that's it!
The money is not refunded.
If you want to go, don't go.
But it's also more or less tolerable there in winter, but in summer it's a real pigsty, and this is very understandable, there are a lot of people.
I strongly do not recommend this place!!!
There is a very high probability of catching fungus on your feet, especially in baths, and the fungus is not the limit ...
To be honest?! You can safely check if you don't mind the money - it's up to you, the money is yours, but personally, I really regret that I bought a subscription here.

Yes, and one more "bonus" that the aquapark will not tell you about it, for those who drive by car - if you drive into the parking lot under the aquapark itself, from the MKAD, then when you leave you do not get into the city, but onto the ring road, you will have to go to the nearest interchange 10 kilometers along the MKAD, therefore, stop by from the city, near the hotel.
To call a taxi on the MKAD - the taxi price is appropriate with an increased coefficient.

There are no employees at the entrance who would keep track of who comes in, the contents of bags, packages, etc., I.e. you can carry anything. There are always a lot of people at the ticket offices, the queue with children moves more or less quickly. I would like more umbrellas outside by the large pool, but there are only 3 of them. There is little shade. There are a lot of sun loungers, on the one hand it is good, there is enough space for everyone, but on the other not so much. They stand close to each other and because of this it is not always convenient to approach them and lie down. And it's not comfortable to be very close to completely strangers.

Children of this age can ride many slides. For cowards, there is a breakwater, a children's boat and a lazy river where you can swim in vests. And a Jacuzzi. The children were delighted. What is needed for this age. I thought that everyone would get bored earlier, but I barely persuaded the children to leave after 5 hours. Impressions remain for a long time. And the children really liked the Tiktok quest.

Undoubtedly, the best water park in Belarus. Yes, the prices are almost the same as in Europe, but it's worth it. There are several steep slides where the soul goes to the heels, a good children's area. It is better to come either on weekdays in the morning or in the last hours of work (otherwise there will be a lot of people). Everything is thought out: bracelets are a pass, a locker key, a timer, and a way to pay for food and drinks at the water park itself. Infringement of smokers. Why not make one remote place for people who smoke? The elevator does not work to go up to the cafe on the third floor. There are not enough employees in the cafe. Since they are very slow to serve those who want to eat.
Then, when I leave, I ask if you can make a discount for the fact that you have a lot of joints. And the girl calmly replies to me, write. This suggests that it really doesn't matter to everyone how people are served. For this attitude, I do not recommend visiting this place. A big waste of money for a couple of slides and pools.

I can't imagine what kind of queues there would be at the weekend. Extreme slides for adults and a sufficient number of slides for children. There is a pool bar, for those who do not want to go up to the cafe, but only with drinks. A hairdryer is provided at the reception, not very convenient, for those who are not warned about it for the first time. Complex locker rooms, shared, but there are changing booths.
