We checked into a family room. The room is magnificent: large, with two bathrooms, clean, quiet, cozy. Beds, towels are clean. The service is very fast, neat. The staff is very polite, friendly, unobtrusive. We didn't take breakfast, ate in a cafe, got acquainted with the local cuisine in different cafes. The location of the hotel in the city center is very convenient. We parted with the hotel with regret. If we have to visit Vitebsk again, we will not consider another hotel.

Of the advantages
- good location (and not far from the center, and the exit from the city is convenient, there is Parking)
- large rooms for the money that you have to pay for accommodation
I didn't like it
- the rooms are already in need of repair
- the food in the hotel restaurant is not very tasty, the coffee is terrible
- the atmosphere in the restaurant is like in a dining room
- a rather steep (albeit small) staircase in front of the elevator area on the 1st floor, along which you have to drag a suitcase
- the system of signs on the floors near the elevators - they are under the ceiling

A great, serious hotel, the rooms are clean and tidy, everything is working properly! The bed is serviceable and excellent. There are light switches by the bed! mini fridge. There are questions for the restaurant, for which minus 1 point: there is no what is on the menu. Please give me a Black Knight balm and there was something from the kitchen, but I forgot what.... Neither of them was in the bar. OK! I'll have some cognac... There is no more cognac. OK, I'll have a whiskey... No, okay, I don't need anything. I'm off... Aah wait - there are the last 100 grams. A nice hotel, quite new.The room had a TV, a refrigerator (small, without a freezer), a hair dryer, a shower cabin.The room is spacious, it's the best for two.There is no audibility from the neighboring rooms and from the corridor.There are clothes hangers in the locker in the hallway.There is a water cooler on each floor.Excellent breakfasts:several types of cheeses, sausages, ham, eggs in all kinds, different pancakes, porridge,cakes,cookies,cottage cheese, yoghurts,juices,tea,coffee, vegetables, fruits, you can't try everything))Everything is very fresh and delicious.The location is convenient, you can reach shops and interesting places on foot.I definitely recommend it!

This is the most terrible place and a memory of Vitebsk. When we arrived, it was renovated, the exterior of the building made sure that it was clean and cozy and modern. There is quite a decent lobby at the entrance. We took a room for 7,500 thousand rubles! And when they came to the Soviet Union, they were especially struck by the green doors painted in lacquer paint, about cleanliness separately - it can't even be described, a dirty palace, not a carpet, namely a palace, an old, Soviet greasy palace, a mattress weight in animal hair, with which it was covered from this with a leopard blanket and covered with a white sheet🤦When we called the maid, she said that the hair was from the blanket, but it wasn't even funny. We were moved to another room, the only difference of which was a clean mattress. So if you don't want to be disappointed, even mentally avoid this place.

The Luchesa Tourist and Hotel Complex
is a very comfortable hotel complex, not far from the city center. There are several shopping malls nearby.
The room is quite cozy and spacious. I stayed at the standard. It's a pity the set did not include bottled water [there is a cooler in the hallway] and, alas, there is no spoon for shoes.
Otherwise, it is quite comfortable for tourists to stay and spend the night.
There is a separate paid parking and breakfast.

Well done, very tasty homemade breakfasts: cheesecakes, bread of their own production, pancakes and porridge, tastier than I have not eaten in hotels for a long time! The hotel is spacious in a Soviet way, it was cool in the room, but at the first request they gave a heater. A very warm welcome. I'll come again! If only the cooks would stay the same 😊

The hotel administration could have apologized. An unpleasant residue remained. The room (500) was clean and fully stocked, but cold. The batteries were slightly warm. It was good that the room had air conditioning. There were no problems with the food, the chefs in the restaurant cooked quickly and deliciously. The service is not intrusive, we called each other beforehand and clarified the cleaning time. The location of the hotel is convenient, you can quickly get to any point in the city. In general, if you are staying for one or two nights, then you can safely check into this hotel.

There are enough elevators, 4 pieces, though not OTIS, but he eats and that's the main thing. In the bathroom, the shower stall is too small for large people, liquid soap. Breakfast in the restaurant on the 14th floor, the buffet is not rich in assortment, but quite passable. We were less lucky with the ordered dinner, there were problems, maybe we were just unlucky. A normal hotel for its 3 stars, 3 bus stops to the center or 30 minutes on foot.

A good hotel, but "tired" of time. Soviet architectural heritage. The room was a two-room on the 9th floor, clean everywhere, the furniture is not bad, but without sophistication, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning, stretch ceilings. Flies were making their way into the room from somewhere. We tried to open the window for ventilation, a lot of flies flew in, we had to close it. Breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor, several types to choose from, the food is simple. Cars were put on a paid hotel parking lot. In general, we were satisfied with the stay for two nights.

We had a Suite with a huge living room, bedroom, study, kitchen and two bathrooms. All necessary hygiene and kitchen utensils were available (except toothbrushes, which is not critical, but strange). One of the disadvantages of this particular room was that some kind of faulty radio was constantly hissing over the bed.
The location is not bad, although not in the center. There is a restaurant in the hotel, you can order a set dinner and breakfast, you can just use the menu.
In general, everything is not bad, but not great, in my opinion.

A wonderful hotel. They took the number 1411. Gorgeous view, huge room, separate kitchen, study, 2 bathrooms, shower, living room. It's just great. Cleaning and cleanliness are on top. The views of Vitebsk at night are beautiful. There is a guarded parking lot. I recommend.

The breakfasts are plentiful and delicious-I advise you to include them in the price.There are no complaints about the rooms, we were in a family room: a hall and two bedrooms, two bathrooms: with a bidet and a modern bathtub, a hairdryer,; the second is smaller, with a washbasin; a kitchen with everything you need: dishes, a large refrigerator, etc. Clean, close to the center, the staff is polite, hospitable. We are very satisfied: there are not many such hotels in Europe, everything is simpler and poorer, especially with regard to food and the condition of the rooms.

Clean, neat. I wish it was better. We had no choice with the number. We settled into the cheapest one. The hood is not working. Unpleasant odors. Woodlice in the bathroom. It would be all right, but we paid for the best accommodation. Maybe the hotel could help us with a room change. However, only the administrator and the security guard remain for the entire hotel at night. The tour operator did not disappoint here either - he paid monetary compensation.

The hotel gave the impression of "back to the USSR".
Everything is old, painted walls, terrible elevators. You need to pay extra for breakfast, and for parking, too, but the hotel is not cheap at all. The restaurant on the 14th floor leaves much to be desired. The hotel requires major renovation.
If you don't want to spoil your experience, then don't check in here.

Quite a decent hotel. I stayed for two nights. The room for two is small, but comfortable. The furniture is in good condition, towels and bed linen are clean and spotless. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff is friendly. The only drawback is that it is dark in the corridors and it is not immediately possible to navigate.
