We stayed at this hotel for 10 days. The food is disgusting, almost all semi-finished products. There was trout once, squid once, when there was chicken, if you come late, then only bones remain. Mashed potatoes are powdered, if the potatoes are stewed in a pot with meat, then later you come with one potato. It is impossible to always come earlier, there is a queue for food. The hotel is on 3 .
The rooms are poorly cleaned, the dining room is dark and dirty. There is dampness and mold on the ceiling in the toilet. The hotel is not worth the money. One good thing was that the sea was nearby

We had a rest with my husband in the period from 07/31.21-08/7.21.
Of the advantages: a free room, excellent food, friendly staff, clean beach and an incredible, warm sea.
Of the cons: sooo loud music in the evenings, on our balcony (in the old building) The wasp was building a hive in a hole in the wall, to our requests to get rid of her and her minions (ants), we were promised.... and that was it.
And yes, the reviews about the SPA salon of this hotel are true - I do not recommend it. Tired of the flight, the touts fell for the bait and came for a trial massage: I was groped by a massage therapist, my husband was "fucked up" by a Thai woman, then they also imposed their services and sniffed resentfully when they received a refusal.

The food is primitive, queues for everything, lack of dishes, drinks in thin/cheap plastic cups, dirt in the dining room (it's hard to call a restaurant). We had a room with a side view of the sea, near the road and the neighboring hotel, where the disco is until 23.30, so it was impossible to go to rest before that time. There were not enough sunbeds on the beach for everyone, they had to borrow at 7 am every day. There is practically no aniamation. I do not recommend the hotel!

So... We rested for 10 days. The hotel is far from 5 stars (a maximum of 4 stars is a stretch), associated with the concept of ultra, I laughed.
Positive:
1. The location is very good, everything is nearby: shopping malls, a bazaar, ATMs, a club and a mini amusement park.
2. The first line: the beach is amazing, the sand. The entrance to the sea is smooth.
3. The large territory of the hotel. You can see that they are watching: flowers, trees, shrubs. Very beautiful.
4. Tortillas. They are very tasty. The cook is cool, joking, always friendly. I'm giving him a star.
The disadvantages began immediately upon arrival.
1. No one is waiting for you at this hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1-30 am on 11.08 (the tour was from 10.08). Upon arrival, we were asked to feed us. Yeah, they took me to the night soup ((No coffee, no tea (all vending machines are turned off). There is a pot of Turkish soup. The staff waved their hand at the cauldron and evaporated (( Okay, we drank hot, went to bed.
2. Get ready right away that the Internet is paid for 10 days - $ 18 per device, I can't say about the quality, since we ran after the staff for three days to connect, but all some excuses (then it doesn't work, then there is no speed, then there is no manager, then after 18 hours they don't connect) as a result, we bought a local SIM card for 1300 rubles with 20 GB. I was distributing Wi-Fi to my family from my phone.
3. Restaurant-dining room. There is a lot of food, you will not stay hungry, but it is specific. There are spices in each dish (I personally am not a fan). From the leftovers of lunch, they made snacks and salads for dinner. The fruits were: apples, pears, plums, watermelon, orange and once a banana. But the service is terrible!
Waiters tear out plates with half-eaten food right during the meal. I've never seen anything like this anywhere.
When cleaning the table, they wipe everything with one cloth, then immediately put the cutlery: a fork on a napkin, and a knife is thrown directly on the table.
4. Swimming pool area. There were not enough sun beds. I had to borrow at 7 a.m. The tables by the pool are dirty. The only thing that pleased me was the clean pool.
5. Bars. No unnecessary frills. Beer, gin, whiskey, vodka and wine.
6. Rooms. Clean. But they are removed somehow strangely, in parts. They don't look after the bar, I had to run around and get drinks to the bar myself.
7. Animation. It's terribly boring. What is called animation in this hotel is cooler on an ordinary holiday. You won't see any shows here.
8. Attitude. No, they were not rude to us, always with a smile, but ..... they pretend
that they do not understand us. for 5 days they found out from the staff about the a la carte restaurant, as a result they found it themselves by exclusion, they came at 19 o'clock, it turns out that they need to sign up there. As a result, we did not get there.
9. Check out. You will not hear hugs , goodbyes and wishes to return ((We left at 3-30 in the morning. It turns out that the hotel does not have lunch boxes.
Conclusion: do I want to come back? No. Don't set foot in this hotel anymore.

Then we really liked it - a huge beach, lots of greenery, strange plants, good service... In general, at that time I would have given him a solid 5... Then we were there 2 times in 2007... And after that, as I understand it, the owner changed... An extension appeared on the left in place of the courts, and the service changed for the worse... It's a pity...

The beach is big, but it is not cleaned. There are very few umbrellas, probably 40 pieces, there is nowhere to hide from the sun, there are more sun loungers, but it is impossible to find a free one, they are probably occupied from 6 in the morning. The sea is gorgeous, the entrance is normal. The Internet is generally a sadness, 300 MB for the whole vacation and only at the reception.

We were in August 2022. The horror hotel. I didn't like anything. The room is terrible, dirty. The food in the restaurant is so-so. Of course you won't stay hungry. But when we come to a 5-star hotel, we want to enjoy the food, the rooms and so on. This is an old hotel, which they tried to sort of bring to life, but they save on everything. Even the air conditioning in the corridors is barely working. You'll be sweating by the time you get to the restaurant. Such a "5" that we went out to dinner several times in the city. Room cleaning is a formality. Sometimes they didn't even take out the trash, and there were 4 of us in the room, and one small urn in the bathroom. Towels that should have been put on rags for a long time. And the same goes for beach towels. As always, there is food in the corridors, dishes that have not been cleaned for several days. Guys, this is not a 5-star hotel, but a maximum of 3. And there you can see for yourself because we are all different and expect different impressions from the rest.

We stayed at this hotel from August 27 to September 6. The hotel is wonderful! Don't believe what they write. I read negative reviews and wonder who all these WRITERS are? Believe me, the hotel is always 100% full, and 30% of the vacationers are Turks themselves, and they will not go to a bad hotel - it cannot be bad by definition. The hotel and the territory are huge, there is no time to be bored, the beach, the entrance to the sea - without complaints. The best! There are no stones. Sand and pebbles, deck chairs and mattresses are always in abundance both by the sea and by the pools. There are several pools, for all tastes, slides work 2 times a day. The animation is unobtrusive, but if desired, you will not be bored. The food is excellent, varied, there is always fish, meat, chicken of several types, a couple of times in 11 days there was trout on the grill, crayfish. Drinks for every taste, excellent beer. There are 4-5 types of ice cream every day, but you have to stand in line. The rooms are different, I was vacationing with an elderly mother, explaining the situation at the reception in English, we were provided WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES with a beautiful room on the ground floor (where the lobby is located), which eliminated the need to wait for an elevator and ensured proximity to the reception, the restaurant, and the pools. Lovely, very attentive staff. Near the hotel there is a huge Turkish market, an amusement park, carousels for every taste, a McDonald's, a nightclub with a chic disco, several hookah bars. I've had a very bad stomach ache after dinner for the last 4 days. I turned to the chefs so that they would not cook spicy food. I took an omelet the next day, it's impossible to eat. There is no normal coffee, everything is powdered. Mashed potato powder, and a lot of semi-finished products. The hotel is good because it has the first coastline, and a gorgeous landscaped area. I do not recommend it with children, because of such nutrition. We rested with our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. My granddaughter also often had a stomach ache. The hotel does not deserve 5 stars. We had a rest in Kemer, the white lilium hotel, when it was 4.5, now it is 5 stars - the food there is excellent. The sea is close, 3-5 minutes on foot. The pool is nice, and there are slides. This hotel is expensive now, but great.

An individual transfer took 1.5 hours to get from the airport. We checked in for a long time, the rooms were not ready. Room 4514 is a tiny old building, but 3 beds were crammed in. The new building is no different from the old one, it is just as dilapidated. The corridors are dirty. The room itself was clean for one day, then the cleaning was just no words, they would take out the trash and make the bed, and the sink, toilet, bathroom were not even touched. The refrigerator in the room worked for 2 hours a day, I kept an antibiotic in it for the child, got sick, had to run to another room. At night, the phone rings by itself and not only in my room, I had to pull it out of the network.
The pools are open until 17 o'clock with a break for lunch, the children's pools are dirty, cleaned once in eternity, probably only when tourists complain. The children's room is like a freezer, +17, the children are wet from the heat, after playing there for 10 minutes, they will all lie down with fever and bronchitis. The room is open 2 times a day for an hour. Animation milking children no aram zam zam 2 times a week. It's not safe in the pools, there's no one on the tower, I haven't seen them in 2 weeks. You will come out of the large pool with someone's body hair. There is water near the pools, puddles, no one cleans them.
The food is a separate story, monotonous, what is not eaten at dinner, in the morning or at lunch will turn into stew or soup. Fruits are the only thing that is ok, plums, pears, apples, watermelon, grapes. The hotel is fully booked for dinner, packed, you can even wait for an empty table.
The sea is beautiful, clean, warm, but the entrance to it is stones, there is no sand as described by tour operators. For small children, entering the sea is just a disaster, immediately the depth. The sand is only on the beach itself. The sun beds are very far from the water, there are few of them, if you move them, an employee will come running and push them back. There are few sun beds both by the pool and at sea, it is necessary to occupy from "dawn" at 7.30.
The territory is good, it is washed and cleaned daily, why the pools are not washed is a mystery. I can't say anything about alcohol, I don't drink. Juices are yuppies, mashed potatoes are from bags, there's definitely a problem with food.
Wi-Fi is paid, does not work everywhere and is often disconnected.
The location of the hotel is good, there are many shops and pharmacies nearby, there is a bazaar near the mosque, an outlet, migros, etc. ATMs. The world is accepted for payment, but Sberbank forbade large purchases, only chocolates and chips could be paid for. Sberbank is also not accepted at ATMs. The Tinkoff world map works great.
Alanya 10 min by taxi, 250 liras, or 15 dollars.
This also leaves much to be desired in relation to the staff and vacationers. I fell alone with two children near the elevator where there was a wet floor and cut my head. I had to go to the hospital and get stitches. None of the staff took care of my children, no one was interested in my well-being for 2 weeks, no one offered help. I gave it to myself and the doctor from the hotel was a young girl, most likely a nurse, because she knows how to measure blood pressure and call a taxi to the hospital, but she really took care of me and examined the wound after I was sewn up in the hospital. And I left the children with tourists from the next room, the trip to the hospital took 6.5 hours.
In general, the hotel is just tryndets, I haven't gone to this one yet and I hope I won't get caught again. The rating of the hotel is 3, I hope it will fall below and tourists will not suffer passing by it.

But there are also disadvantages. These are some bartenders in bars who are not qualified enough. Room cleaning is also indeterminate, the linen does not change. Today is the 8th day, and the linen and towels were changed only 1 time!!! And then only after contacting the reception. On the 2nd, there was no water in any refrigerator in the bars until the evening. The water from the washbasin has been leaking for several days and no one cares about it. Only after more than one treatment, a plumber came and fixed the leak. In general, the hotel staff has something to work on and improve their professional qualities.

The room is cleaned once a day. They clean normally if you don't make a mess in the room. If you leave a dollar, then figures will be made on the beds, the minibar will be completely updated, including cokes and forfeits, shampoos and gels will be replenished.
The beach is sand with dust, going into the sea is pebbles of different sizes, so going into and out of the sea is a living hell, really everyone is struggling.
The sea is dirty, pieces of duct tape, foam balls and other debris are floating.
Beach towels are changed every two days, but in fact they can be changed daily. At the spa.
There are not enough elevators, we used the service one.

I bought the Internet immediately for 2 weeks at the hotel for two accounts. You can buy one account and use it alternately on several phones.
I swam in the pools a couple of times, the max depth is 140cm. I can't say anything. Ordinary pools with bleach, pissed by children and adults, because there are not many toilets on the territory. There is a children's pool with children's slides.
There is animation for both children and adults. A C-minus both. The presenter speaks in English and Russian as if all the teeth were knocked out, you won't understand anything.

The mattresses on the beds are terrible. Light carpet in the corridor and rooms needs to be replaced. In the department opposite, there is a very noisy daily disco from 22:00 to 01:00. In general, we were SATISFIED, it is possible and necessary to go to Turkey now.
We paid for the tour at the end of May 108tr (those 'almost for nothing') 9 nights for two. We flew with Turkish airlines Vnukovo-Antalya: the surcharge for air tickets is 20 rubles for two, luggage is 20 kg, hand luggage is 5 kg (we were fed, watered, in pm with wine) the crew understands Russian poorly, the entire dialogue with the flight attendants is mostly in English). Delays with departures were 50 minutes in both directions.

Green area, beach (open 6:00 – 23:00). The sun beds do not stand next to each other. The staff in the dining room works quickly, there is enough food. The rooms were cleaned daily, sometimes $ 1-2 was left. The drinking water in the room was updated daily (1but/person). Non-alcoholic bar in the refrigerator upon check-in. The hotel is popular among Turkish and Russian-speaking citizens, there are few Germans, Poles have been met, Ukrainian speech has not been heard. A calm, relaxing atmosphere, no conflicts were encountered. 800m away there is a Shopping Center, Outlet, market.

We stayed at this hotel from 30.06 to 07.9.23. The hotel does not correspond to the declared 5 stars at all! The room is old, the refrigerator did not work, the bed linen is leaky, the toilet is wobbly, the closet does not close, there are no light bulbs, as in the basement, they do not respond to complaints at all! First of all, I want to mention the huge green area and a large swimming pool. Everything is clean, tidy and well maintained)
Close location to the sea
The rooms are cleaned every day
Of the cons: if you are settled on the first floor and you will be asked to move to the floor above, then prepare the money (about 4 thousand and there as agreed)
The dishes in the dining room I do not know how they were washed, but they were constantly greasy
The variety of food is so-so, the usual menu)
Overall, the hotel is not bad
