We had a rest from August 13 to August 27. Two standard rooms were booked in the new building for 2 adults and for 2 adults + a child of 7 years old.
At the reception, he slipped 50 euros, gave us instead of two standard, two spacious family rooms with sea views in a new building and settled in immediately, and we were already at the hotel at 9:30.
The hotel stinks of faded wet linen, apparently from the SPA floor, where beach towels are changed.
The room is cleaned once a day. They clean normally if you don't make a mess in the room. If you leave a dollar, then figures will be made on the beds, the minibar will be completely updated, including cokes and forfeits, shampoos and gels will be replenished.
The beach is sand with dust, going into the sea is pebbles of different sizes, so going into and out of the sea is a living hell, really everyone is struggling.
The sea is dirty, pieces of duct tape, foam balls and other debris are floating.
Beach towels are changed every two days, but in fact they can be changed daily. At the spa.
There are not enough elevators, we used the service one.
The food is monotonous, sometimes they give mutton, tuna. And mostly chicken in various forms, and some kind of bony fish. Fruits: watermelon, apples, peaches, plums. Sometimes grapes. They give you ice cream at a certain time.
At the restaurant next to the beach, you can make burgers for lunch.
Juices in bars and restaurants are made from powders.
Coffee machines are also powdered.
There are always no clean cups and glasses for coffee, tea and juices at the beach bar.
The dishes are washed disgustingly, constantly dirty, be careful!!!
I bought the Internet immediately for 2 weeks at the hotel for two accounts. You can buy one account and use it alternately on several phones.
I swam in the pools a couple of times, the max depth is 140cm. I can't say anything. Ordinary pools with bleach, pissed by children and adults, because there are not many toilets on the territory. There is a children's pool with children's slides.
There is animation for both children and adults. A C-minus both. The presenter speaks in English and Russian as if all the teeth were knocked out, you won't understand anything.

The mattresses on the beds are terrible. Light carpet in the corridor and rooms needs to be replaced. In the department opposite, there is a very noisy daily disco from 22:00 to 01:00. (Noise level at night with a closed balcony = 60db).Check-in at the hotel turned out to be fast but not free, a cheap room was prepaid, they gave another $ 30 (they asked for 500!) for a room in a new building. It is better to ask for a room with a view of the inner territory, so as not to listen to the disco. If the hotel is full, it is better to take a sunbed on the beach until 7:00. There's a queue for dinner. I didn't bother much, you can come after 20h, the food didn't run out. The dishes in the dining room (restaurant) are poorly washed, the plates are greasy. Entering the sea is small pebbles / gray sand, after 5m the depth is sharply, after 10m there are large stones at the bottom. We had a rest together on 06-07.2022.

The bottom line: it is difficult to definitely recommend this hotel. We would give this hotel a 4* because of the sea, the beach, the green area. (Otherwise it is 3.5-3.9. When booking, the hotel was on the list among the cheapest in terms of price).
In general, we were SATISFIED, it is possible and necessary to go to Turkey now.
We paid for the tour at the end of May 108tr (those 'almost for nothing') 9 nights for two. We flew with Turkish airlines Vnukovo-Antalya: the surcharge for air tickets is 20 rubles for two, luggage is 20 kg, hand luggage is 5 kg (we were fed, watered, in pm with wine) the crew understands Russian poorly, the entire dialogue with the flight attendants is mostly in English). Delays with departures were 50 minutes in both directions.

The rooms were cleaned daily, sometimes $ 1-2 was left. The drinking water in the room was updated daily (1but/person). Non-alcoholic bar in the refrigerator upon check-in. The hotel is popular among Turkish and Russian-speaking citizens, there are few Germans, Poles have been met, Ukrainian speech has not been heard. A calm, relaxing atmosphere, no conflicts were encountered. 800m away there is a Shopping Center, Outlet, market.

First of all, I want to mention the huge green area and a large swimming pool. Everything is clean, tidy and well maintained)
Close location to the sea
The rooms are cleaned every day

One big misunderstanding. It's big, but only one building is new, there's a lot of food, but everything is tasteless. There are a lot of bars, but the booze is terrible, and cocktails are not mixed at all. There is no entertainment, the show is for three and it is late after 22.00. It definitely does not pull on the top five, a maximum of 4. In bars, cola and drinks are given 100g each. and then in disposable cups. The rooms are cozy, but rarely cleaned. Our safe didn't work and the shower door was broken, either that or they didn't do it before we left.

We lived in this hotel in September 2021 with my mother. The hotel has a maximum of 3 stars in service. In the 15 days that we were there, the bed linen was changed only once and then at my urgent request. The room was also cleaned only at a personal request, if you catch the cleaners by the hand and show them that you need to vacuum. Towels were also changed. .."Until you kick, it won't fly" If they clean the room, they won't bring water. If they brought water and took out the trash, then there is no cleaning and towels are not changed.
We were put in a room with a view of a nearby hotel, where there is a disco every night until midnight!!! It was so loud that when the balcony was closed, the furniture in my room was shaking. When asked to move my elderly mother and me to a quiet place, the administrator began to feed us "breakfast" for several days. After that, I lost all hope and resigned myself. And just before he left, he deceived us once more. When I asked for lunchboxes, since we have a night check-out from the hotel, he said that we don't need lunchboxes, it's better to come to the restaurant at 2 a.m. and have breakfast. He assured me that the restaurant was open at night from 2 to 6. As a result, everything was closed. Only dirty dishes on the tables.
There is sand on the beach. Dusty, ugly, like from a construction site.
The sea is muddy. But it's warm.
Almost always the wave is big and immediately deep - not for kids.
There are few sun beds. A lot of broken ones. There are no mattresses. It's still a pleasure.
Beach towels are all stained with unknown origin, dirty blue faded color, many with holes.
Animation is the height of boredom. The main thing is to be loud. There's a lot of Russian modern pop music there, I've never listened to it in my life. The main animator forced everyone who plays with him to portray Michael Jackson in a dance. :))
It was very good for drinking fellow citizens. But I'm not one of them. I just watched how the cats of the families refueled with hot drinks right on the beach in front of all the honest people in the early morning.

If you swim away into the sea, the water is clear and very warm.
The kitchen is good and varied.

The park is not cleaned, reusable dishes are lying everywhere, the hotel corridors are just a house, the carpet is dirty and stained, as if it had not been cleaned for 10 years. I've never seen a policeman in the hallway. Dirty, greasy chairs. The reception is also just trash.. You can't call anyone, everyone has their own business. You have to ask several times. The rooms are clean. But the bed is not changed, and, accordingly, the towels. But they can take it away and you don't need to put clean ones. You can't get through to the reception by phone, and water ran from the ceiling 2 times in the toilet. To which they replied, there is a broken water tank. Wait for it to be fixed. Just a crank... beach towels are nonsense. I was just afraid to touch them, they are smelly and washed and in holes. I've never seen anything like this before. And that's not all. If you want the Internet, then please pay for the money, and everything will be fine. Just don't forget to update it, otherwise it's stupid. There are practically no fruits, only apples and pears. Oranges and tangerines are cut so that they don't take a lot. No one tells you how to stand out. Watch for yourself. We had a scandal. We packed our bags and put them near the exit and went on to swim. The departure was from the hotel at 16.30. At 12 we need to vacate the room. I'm with a small child. When we came to the referendum, there were no bags of ours, we got up and saw that they were standing, they did not want to take them away, we ourselves lowered them down. And they announced to us that we had delayed the number. And they began to demand money just to extort . In short, he drove us to the shakes there.We had to write an explanatory note. So it's up to you. Rest the mixture or not. We had a rest in early October 2021.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the manager (in the photo, I don't know the name) gave me the key to the terrible room on the 6th floor. We arrived very late at night tired with two small children.
When they saw the room on the 6th floor, they were horrified. The balcony door handle was broken in the room, the handle was hanging. The lighting was dim. Old shabby furniture. A lizard was running on the floor. ..The floors are dirty. The conder is not working. Stuffy. And there are many minor flaws in the shower.
With a request to change the room, in the same building to the floor below, because we have two children and the stuffiness is unbearable in the room under the roof, this man (in the photo) rudely refused us, saying that "I have three children and no rooms."
And he only offered for an additional fee of $ 15 per day for a room in the new building. And in 10 days it's already $150.
I wasn't going to pay extra!
We came the next day, there was another manager (a girl), the room was quickly found. The room is just perfect with a sea view! Thanks to this girl, thanks to her, the rest was a success)
While vacationing at this hotel, I have repeatedly observed a picture of how this man in the photo asked for an additional payment, but the Russian fellows did not follow the lead)))

Pros: a large selection of food, a cozy room (there are small flaws in the shower), the sea is very close, just a few steps away, 3 bars (by the pool, by the beach and in the hotel). The hotel is not very new and the renovation was there not so recently, but my room was clean.
Cons: WiFi is paid (despite the description of the travel agency). As it is, even minor flaws did not overshadow my vacation.

We went at the end of July. It's just terrible!!!!!!! So that you don't feel sorry for the money you spent, don't come here! The hotel is for a maximum of 3*.

We fell asleep only at the 4th, and then because it would have been better if there had been no rooms and yes, we spent 2 days from vacation on this. after all the troubles, it was decided to go for beach towels (at 13.00), to which the answer was- there are none, wait until about 16 o'clock. Ie, arriving at the sea, In the 5* ultra all inclusive, you will not be able to go to the sea due to the lack of towels. There are no slippers in the rooms. Wi-fi in the lobby is 300mb, the rest is for the money!!! $12 for 5 days!
The food is terrible- all of the same type! It's the same thing every day, we hardly ordered an Ala Carte restaurant, and well, we got everything the same as every day in an ordinary restaurant. For 2 days I ran after an animator for children, because she just came to work to poke around the hotel, while the children were waiting for her in the children's room WITHOUT air conditioning in 40 degree heat. The hotel does not wash mirrors, windows, glass, sooooo dirty corridors (one-year-old dust with a layer of 1-1.5 mm). Everything is very old and battered. In the restaurant, all the staff are in dirty uniforms, glasses and dishes are always dirty and there was always not enough. The only plus is sweets. They were good. But paying 100 thousand for sweets is stupid!

The Udlyarsky Hotel! I didn't believe in the reviews. I thought people were eating too much. An-no! We checked in on August 24th. We will live for 9 days.
1. The toilet is dirty, the towels are dirty. There are no disposable slippers.
