We were on vacation at this hotel in September, went with children (10 months, 5 years and 6 years old)the hotel is large, cozy, and the food is good.the territory is large, with many plants and trees, chameleons crawl around the territory.The beach is large, clean, with a pebble bottom in the sea.There was a water park on the territory, from which the children could not be pulled out, minus the cleaning of the room, we had never been vacuumed in a week, towels and bed were changed only 2 times and then I caught and asked,room cleaning consisted only in taking out the garbage!I took food with me for a small child.I bought WiFi for a week for $ 12, I caught it everywhere -even on the beach, and so you can go down where there is a free one, but it was inconvenient for me to run with the baby!Within walking distance there are attractions for adults and children, a shopping center,a supermarket, a local bazaar (where you can buy a lot of things, but as it turned out, everything is the same in the shops at the hotel, but at more affordable prices)
In general, we were satisfied with the hotel,staff, rooms!A quiet family hotel, if you are going to carouse, then choose another one, this one is only for families with children and old people😉

The most terrible hotel that can be in Turkey! The rooms are dirty, there is dust and dirt on the floor upon arrival! The food is not delicious! They asked for a blanket for 3 days! It was only after the scandal that it was brought! The alcohol is of terrible quality! And they pour it every time as if they were mocking! When asked to pour a little more whiskey, they look like an alcoholic and start talking in Turkish and laughing! The only plus is the clean warm sea! But this is not the merit of the hotel! And flies were flying in the restaurant and constantly biting! It's not 5 stars at all!

We stayed at this hotel from 07/23/24 to 08/22/24 and the hotel left a double impression.
To begin with, it takes 3-4 hours to get from (to) the airport by transfer (depending on the number of hotels along the route in front of yours), but there are no complaints here, we knew how far we were choosing.
We got our first impressions immediately upon arrival, getting to the hotel by 13:30 (check-in from 14:00) and waiting for check-in to our room until almost 17 hours, while listening to our room being prepared, cleaned, etc., (this is provided that check-out is carried out before 12:00) but after reading the reviews, they probably weren't waiting for cleaning, but for $$$.
Room cleaning is really mediocre, if you do not leave a "tip" money, then you can understand whether the room was cleaned or not only by indirect signs, even the bed was not made for free, not to mention replenishing the minibar.
WiFi is paid for $ 15 - 10 days (for 1 device, i.e. for 2 phones, please be $ 30), but at least it catches throughout the territory and even on the beach. But even here there were problems, there was no Wi-Fi for 1.5 days due to malfunctions.
The food is not bad, it is quite tasty, there is something to find for your taste. Dirty plates and glasses often come across, but you can find clean ones and very big problems with forks, if you do not come to the opening of the dining room, sometimes you have to look for them all over the dining room or eat with spoons. The fruits are the same, apples, plums, oranges (by the way, very tasty), but rather tasteless watermelons, peaches were 3-4 times, melon 2 times and even grapes once, but fresh bananas were never seen. An a la carte restaurant, its meaning is not clear. You come to the "restaurant" by appointment to visit and... You don't choose / order anything, they just bring you food, which, in principle, you could put on yourself at dinner in the dining room, only the waiters are here. In general, the meaning of his existence is unclear.
The territory itself is large, green, beautiful, avocados, pomegranates, bananas grow (but none of this can be seen in the dining room : D), the pools are good, but it is practically impossible to find free sun beds near them.
A huge plus, of course, is the sea right behind the hotel, 5 minutes from the room and already on the beach.
A strange feature of this hotel is the presence of chickens and geese walking around the territory)) It's not that they get in the way or anything else, but it's kind of weird to see this in a 5-star hotel))
The staff at the reception is in no hurry to help or solve the issue, they just pretend. About 5-6 days after cleaning, the beach tunic disappeared in the room, they contacted the reception with this question, they climbed in their drawers, found nothing, wrote to some of their chats there, promised to find it and bring it for 3 days. And as a result, only on the day of departure, standing with suitcases in the lobby, and once again raising this issue, a woman (apparently from the laundry) came with an armful of things, among which there was still a tunic.
To sum up: in general, the rest was not bad, we got everything we went for)) But all these minor and not so minor flaws, shoals and attitudes, eventually form an opinion, after which you no longer want to return to this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel with two children from 07/15.24 to 07/25.24. We lived in an old building in a two-room room. There are some flaws in the hotel, but I disagree with the terrible reviews.
1. Rooms. We had a room on the 4th floor, with two bathrooms and two balconies. Each room has air conditioning. It is clear that the rooms are not new, but also not so terrible that it was impossible to live in them. The only thing is, you can ask for rooms on the 5th and 6th floors, the renovation is fresher there.
2. Nutrition. Monotonous, but delicious. You won't stay hungry. There are always 2 types of soup, vegetables, fruits, and shawarma. The only negative is that the juice glasses are always dirty. As they say, there are no special complaints about the plates.
3. Bars. There are a lot of bars, but there are really problems with them. They are almost always closed and only one bar is open, hence the queues. There are also not enough glasses, so on the first day, take the glasses and do not give them away. And the rest of the alcohol is good, they make cocktails.
4. Water park. There are no complaints here. Cool slides without seams.
5. Animation. Great guys, they always pay attention to the guests. I want to say a special thank you to Sonya and Nino for darts, water polo and volleyball on the beach. Dima and Anton only remember you!😁
6. The beach. A very nice clean beach, but take rubber slippers with you, the beach is quite rocky. The stones are small, but it is not very convenient to leave the sea. And take care of your heads, the umbrellas are very low.
7. Room cleaning. They clean every day, but not efficiently. They mostly wash the floors and make the beds.
In general, we are happy with the rest! The territory is huge, green, the staff is trying, but it is clearly not enough. We wish the hotel prosperity. After the renovation of the rooms, it will be very nice there!

We had a rest with our family from 07/10/24 to 07/17/24. The first thing that greets you at the reception is FLIES. A huge number of FLIES. And stuffy. The elevators work every other time, they can stop on each floor, although no one calls them. We were given a room in the new building (No. 2132), corner. It is very small, with a very creaky front door and an equally creaky door to the balcony. With a broken air conditioner (more precisely, the lamella regulating the direction of air flow is broken), the entire flow of cooled air is directed at the bed. I had to use improvised means to build a barrier against cold air. Because the option of sleeping with the door open was not considered, due to the huge number of mosquitoes. Plumbing:1. the faucet on the sink was doused at the base with a huge layer of sealant; 2. The shower, namely the watering can was very short and practically stuck out of the wall; The shower door did not fit tightly and the water flowed out of the shower, you had to put a towel for your feet. We were ready for the mud everywhere. In terms of nutrition, you will not stay hungry, BUT you are constantly standing in line, no matter what, food or drinks. The territory itself is beautiful and green. There is a lot of sand in the pool, no one cleans it. Hence the rotovirus (some vacationers caught it just before flying home). Very uncomfortable umbrellas, very low. Everyone is constantly banging their heads. The entrance to the sea is small pebbles, for convenience it is better to buy special shoes. The beach itself is dirty. only the trash cans themselves are cleaned near the sun beds. The sea saved the overall impression of the hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel. On the second day of rest, $300 was stolen from an individual safe in the room. The hotel administration has moved out, they don't want to figure it out, the cameras don't want to see who came into the room in our absence either. We stayed at the hotel in September with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel is conveniently located, there are shops nearby. we arrived at 9 a.m., put on bracelets and told to wait for the room, after two o'clock we should check in. The lobby is very stuffy, the condos do not work. everything is shabby, the furniture is dead.
Check-in. We were checked in only about 4 o'clock, the room was given in a new building, with a view of the sea without additional charges, the garden view was paid for. There is a free safe in the room, Internet for an additional fee, free only in the lobby of the new building, enough only for messengers. The air conditioner coped well, no mosquitoes were noticed. The furniture is tired, there is carpet on the floor, a small balcony, there is a dryer and two chairs with a table. They give one key for the family, but an additional key immediately appears at the reception for the baksheesh.
Cleaning. It's nothing, they just changed the towels, sometimes they just rolled up the old ones. the dust lay in an even layer. Soap and soap accessories were replenished well.
Territory. It is very green, shady, quite large, but everything is not well maintained. The toilets in the main building are very dirty..
Staff. It's a pain right here! We always try to smile and avoid conflicts, both you and yourself, but the hotel has a feeling that you are not welcome. The staff is not friendly. We have been to many hotels and this is the first time we have encountered such an attitude.
Restaurant. It's sad here too. There seems to be a lot of food, but without frills. The meat is mainly chicken, liver and chymous cutlets. There are a lot of vegetables, olives, sliced. Very tasty fresh bread. Fruits in the season are not tasty at all, a couple of times I just got a delicious watermelon, and so mostly apples, a couple of times there were nectarines, but they were immediately swept away and did not replenish, there was never a melon! Pancakes are fried for breakfast (not Tasty), and a toaster is not always put on. If you want to take a good place for dinner and grab a piece of something delicious, you need to come before the restaurant opens. The restaurant is just opening and everyone is running, who is in line, who is taking tables. We were sitting outside, because it is not possible to sit indoors, condos do not work ANYWHERE!The dishes were dirty, and the glasses were stained with stains from hands and lips. But you can also find a clean one. There is a very poor choice of sweets, mostly in semolina, baklava was distributed by a person. At the beach bar you can collect burgers, French fries, cherry tomatoes. Fruits are only apples and sometimes oranges, always sliced. There were no watermelons! The bar has only beer (delicious), coffee machine and gas water. What I really didn't like was that they poured into small plastic cups (this is a mockery) we brought our glasses and poured 0.5 liters for my husband without any problems.
Swimming pools and a water park. The water park is very nice, new, cool. The rescuers are watching. The water in the nursery is just ice! The work of the water park, like everything in this hotel, is not on schedule. Open later for 15-20 minutes and close earlier. The hotel saves on everything. The bass is warm, relatively clean. There are not enough sun loungers, and they are already busy at 8 am, both by the pool and at the water park.
Beach. The beach is big, clean, BUT! there is a huge but, umbrellas! People were constantly banging their heads against them, the base is made of iron, the husband also applied himself. The awnings look much neater and there is no such chaos, because you constantly have to move the chaise longue away from the sun in different directions. Finding a chaise longue is also problematic. The entrance to the sea is sharp, the bottom is small stones, I think it's normal, due to this, the water is just a tear. Very clean! The rescuer was very rare. The footwashers are not conveniently located, far away, there are no toilets and changing rooms on the beach, but they exist, the entrance to them is littered with inventory.
Animation and children's club. There was a Miss hotel and a Missus. There were imported ones too, but we didn't go. No one works with children. I didn't notice any animation during the day. People entertain themselves.
Result. We went across the sea, we got it, the children bought up, rolled up. The hotel left a twofold feeling. I am very tired and the staff is not friendly. They constantly block the passages to the main restaurant from the pool side, it was really annoying. Even the beach was locked (this was the first time they encountered such a thing in Turkey). There are some flaws everywhere, the queues at the bar near the small pool at the restaurant are huge. For unassuming tourists.

At first glance, the rooms are nothing, cleaning takes place daily without complaints, another question is that if you suddenly accidentally see a cockroach or other insect in the room, for example a flock of ants on the floor, the reception desk manager will refuse to relocate you. If suddenly your room door breaks down and you can't get into it for an hour at night, and the engineer can't fix it, you won't be moved either. To clarify that there is no round-the-clock security at the entrance, and there are no surveillance cameras in the corridors, your stay in security is reduced to a lower level. Summing up the above, when asked to relocate us, so as not to meet animals on your way or get stuck in a room from a broken lock, you will not be relocated, they will not bring apologies and will not offer a compliment, because these are the things "that can be fixed", the reasons for changing the room, not to mention upgrading the category numbers, there is no speech. You can fix everything except the impressions of your stay at the hotel. Please also note that the Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is a paid service, and the loss of the room key threatens you with a fine of € 5. I am writing all this here, because, unfortunately, you will not be warned about this when placing it. There are no complaints about the variety of food in the restaurant, the question is that it is not signed in any way. If you suddenly want to take something delicious at first glance, do not be surprised if it turns out to be pasta in kefir. The food is laid out untidily, there are only flies around, the tables are not cleaned, the floors are not washed. It's easier not to eat than to eat alone with a gag reflex. The guest areas are as dirty as possible, the elevators are not working, and there is an unpleasant smell in the hotel. During their stay, they observed a helpless toothpick on the floor in the corridor, which they wanted to remove themselves. The reception staff is, to put it mildly, boorish. People who are not ready to take responsibility or resolve conflict situations as guests. The cherry on the cake was a request to put a VIP kit on her birthday, to which the girl kindly agreed and clarified that she would pass this request on to the employee who is doing this. Upon arrival at the room in the evening, the only thing we found was a reminder of our departure with a request not to delay the room. The rest was unspoiled only because it was possible to unwind outside the hotel. The review is a cry from the soul, as none of the employees even tried to fix anything. The photos below are what was under the bed in the room, the request to remove dust, hair and dirt was ignored by all staff.

I want to write a little bit about this hotel. I am not very picky in this regard, but I want to say that I have not seen worse than this one yet, the territory is basically beautiful, the food will also go, but it has happened better , but most importantly the hotel itself is in terrible condition, everything is old. But this , in principle , could have been survived if there had been at least some kind of order . Well, there's so much pigsty in this hotel that I don't even have the words. During our entire stay, we have not even had the floor washed in the room , and I'm not even talking about bed linen , everything is stained with some kind of stains , the smell in the department is disgusting . The corridors of the hotel are generally terrible, it seems that they have not been cleaned at all since last year, we went in July 2024. The hotel does not only pull for 5, but I would give it a maximum of 3. But even 3 times better than in this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel. There is no Internet, only where you have to sit in one place and then to write something you need to sit for half an hour to go away. You can buy 3 dollars a day for one room , this is to connect each family member to the Internet , you can go broke . Where is everything included here? Check-in to the room should be at 14.00 , we arrived at 9 a.m. and even at 14.00 we were not checked in under the pretext that the rooms had not yet been cleaned until we had already paid the money because we were tired only then we were checked into the room. The beach is nearby, there is an aqua park. The reception is located on the ground floor of the old building. We rested at this hotel in October from 17 to 24. Beautiful territory, good beach, lucky with the weather. The food is decent. There have never been any stomach troubles - and on the whole, the variety is quite good. I can compare it with 4 in Kemer - the food is much better here.
Of the minuses - on October 25, the hotel was closed and many were transported to Arania - the hotel is not far away, also worthy. But then why sell vouchers here? People have lost half a day of rest.
My friend and I were unlucky with the number. Old building number 3506. However, the windows overlooked the inner garden with a fountain and partly the sea. The rooms themselves are very inconvenient for living "non-family" two people - a huge double bed - and a small nursery in the corner. It turns out that one person lives in a room - where there is a table, an empty seat - and the second one huddles in a small corner.
Well, yes - the bathroom sink is in a fungus - we didn't clean it properly for a week - we showed a photo.
I'm not boring - but you know that it's just unpleasant to wash. In general, all rooms in the old building are battered and require repair.
It is unclear why it is impossible to pull out a children's bed - and arrange a double for a normal double?
On the sixth floor, the rooms in the old building are generally terrible - they were relocated only with a scandal. And this is generally ugly - since they pay the same for vouchers, but they extort $15 and $20 per day for relocation. Such A Story. The village is pretty, green and beautiful - the sea is beautiful.

But for 200 bucks in 10 days we will find it . How does that work out? They are not there..... they did not want to issue a check for the entire amount yet. Until they were yelled at , they were not given a check . Therefore, when choosing this hotel, immediately add to the cost of your tour that you will have to pay for the room that you already paid for. Therefore , what is this 5 ka if they behave like this . Only watermelon is made of berries . The territory is big , it 's a plus . The water in the pool is cool where children swim. We had a vacation with our daughter in July 2024. We arrived at the hotel around 9 a.m. for $ 30 and checked in within 30 minutes. We arrived at the hotel at about 12 o'clock local time. The room was given only at 16:00. The room is small. I asked to change (not for free, of course) to a more comfortable one, but they refused, they said everything was busy. Maybe so, there were a lot of people. There were three of us, there was one double bed and two single beds. Mattresses are terrible! You can feel every spring. The pillows are small, the blanket (bedspread) is uncomfortable, the material is rough. The conday works perfectly. A TV with several Russian channels. Safe (not used). A small refrigerator. There were three small bottles of water in the fridge. Is free. But they didn't bring any more. A table with a mirror. One chair. Two cabinets. Three separate sockets, charging the phone is not a problem. Toilet, shower, hair dryer. There's not even a cup in the toothbrush toilet. There are no problems with water, the pressure in the shower is always good and there was always hot water. There are problems with cleaning here. There are not enough staff. Towels were changed every three days, the room was not cleaned at all. There is a small balcony, very few dryers. They hung them on chairs.
2. Territory and location.
It takes about 2.5 hours to drive from Antalya airport. 110-120 km. The hotel is located right on the beach. This is undoubtedly a big plus. The beach is fine sand, the entrance to the sea is already pebbles. If you come across large stones, you can kick your feet. The water was clear, everything was visible. There is a dried-up river to the right of the beach, but after the rain, all the dirt will probably go from it into the sea. It was sunny and hot all the days. There are many umbrellas on the beach. But!!! They are very low and metallic. Banging your head is easy. The bump is secured. There are many sun beds. We immediately took two, leaving towels on them. No one touched them anymore. There is a volleyball court on the beach. But the sand is on it with rocks and debris. You can get hurt. We preferred water polo in the pool. There are three of them, one in the water park. There are sun beds next to them, but they are quickly occupied. The water park is pretty good. Slides for children and adults. The children will definitely like it. There is a lot of greenery, the territory is beautiful.
3. Food and drinks.
If you are afraid that you will be hungry, then definitely not in this hotel. The food here is excellent. Natural overeating. The food is varied and delicious. Beef, lamb, chicken, fish. For the first time in my life I saw a fried herring))). But I did not take it, I got used to eating it in a different form). Other days there was another fish, quite tasty. There are a lot of side dishes, vegetables, herbs, fruits, mainly orange, apple, watermelon, melon, grapefruit, lemon. The peaches and plums were oak. I will highlight the sweets soaked separately. They are incredibly delicious. Drinks include cola, sprite, and water. There are several refrigerators on the territory, which are constantly filled with water bottles. The juices are tasteless, powdered. There are several coffee machines. There are two or three in the dining room, in the lobby, in the bars. There are five bars. From alcohol, whiskey, genie, raki, vodka, all of medium quality, but it is quite possible to use. The beer is cold and goes well, but clearly diluted. The wine is red and white. Well, it seems you can drink too. There are no strong drinks at the beach bar. But there is ice cream at three o'clock. They are disassembled quickly and in many ways. But ice cream is not exactly delicious. But there's a full-fledged snack bar. And food and drink, and you can not leave the beach for a long time. And yet there is one significant disadvantage in this section. These are dishes. More precisely, glasses. The plastic ones are so worn out that there are practically no inscriptions left. And they are also very poorly washed. They constantly came across with traces of fingers and lipstick or cloudy, either from the product, or they just hadn't been washed for a long time. And there's a problem with tables and forks. They are clearly not enough when there are a lot of guests. People stood stupidly with plates and waited, or walked around the halls in search of an empty table. The dining room in the main hall is stuffy. There are two small halls on the side, there are air conditioners.
There is one alyakart restaurant. It can be obtained once if the trip is for 7 or more nights. We went out. It seems to be good, but again a glass... In the restaurant, and such blunders. I think it is at least unacceptable if you want a good reputation. I liked the dinner itself. There was a little side dish soup, salads, mostly greens, carrots and beets. Baked fish for hot. I didn't remember the name. Delicious. We were there for about an hour. They came out well-fed. But the glasses are straight...

There is no ice warm as tea - there is no cocktail card, there are no syrups for a cocktail - there is only sprite cola and fanta from the apparatus , mint and lime semi-dry . But this is not the worst thing - when I saw the glass in which the drink was poured for me, it was something - after that we went with our glasses. In the dining room, the dishes are dirty, especially the glasses, before I poured the dishes, I washed the dishes - there are toilets next to the dining room.I showed the staff the dirty dishes, but to no avail. It is better to come to dinner at 18-30 in order to take a place and have enough food - especially meat. The food is all monotonous and tasteless. There was once a trout on the grill, it's a kick-ass how you can spoil fish while living at sea. The queues in the dining room are huge . For fruits- watermelons, apples, oranges as much as you want, but peaches and nectarines are one in hand, but this too may not be enough for you- at first we ran for fruits because there are very few of them.
For cleaning the room and changing towels, beds, shampoos and Gels - they tipped - if not, then there is no cleaning.
