We rested from June 10 to 17, 2024. we settled immediately, the new building is the second floor.the room is dusty, the wallpaper is lagging and the plaster is loose in some places, the plumbing is working, but old, the toilet with traces of rust, the shower barely turns, it's unpleasant.Kondey is a worker, which turns out to be a rarity. There was a non-working refrigerator in the shower!!!they asked at the reception to be cleaned.The refrigerator in the room is old, it also did not work immediately, they asked the master to come. Cleaning was done once, dirt remained, toilet paper was only given.
There are no seats in the restaurant, if you come later, you watch to sit down.the food is varied, you can choose, but the waiters rub the tables with the same cloth, throw forks without napkins, unsanitary conditions, as a result - rotavirus.
The toilet at the dining room is much worse than at any railway station in Russia.

Disgusting hotel!!!! Dirt, nothing can be solved at the reception, only lies. It is impossible to call the reception, there are non-working devices in the room. The hotel positions itself as 5 stars, but it is a maximum of 3 stars. The tour was bought as an ultra-inclusive, but there are no imported drinks in sight. Even with local problems: beer every other day. In general, you don't drink what you want, but what you eat. On food: very sparse.... but there was a fish.
In the room: there is no ventilation in the bathroom, there is fungus everywhere, the cleaning is disgusting, the rooms are dead, there are a lot of mosquitoes..

The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the sea and "walking distance". That's it. The rooms are terrible, smelly, dark, and the furniture is old. All that could be eaten were tortillas from the oven, rice and pasta, well, maybe even less meat where you can find it. At lunch, it's generally a complete trash, like salads, but these are not salads, this is an incomprehensible mass of mayonnaise mixed with leftovers from breakfast. Except for the gag reflex, it does not cause anything else. The coffee machines are all dirty and broken. In general, 3 stars are a stretch.

We are still living! So, a purely family-run hotel, quiet in a chic location. But for children, animation, medium, children's room does not often work. There is a lot of food and it is different, do not wake up hungry. Drinking is standard for the whole of Turkey. Cons: room cleaning, we have been drinking sprite and Cola for 5 days on the first day, they still haven't put it on, they put ordinary water on. The cleaning is not bad, everything is clean. And is it boring here in the evening? There is nothing to do, the evening programs are very weak. I'll add: they lived here for 14 days, they don't have lunch boxes! We didn't get to the Ala carte restaurant, the hotel administrator is cunningly smart. The hotel is not like a 5 star 4 limit. People who give 5 stars to this hotel have probably never rested in a real 5.The first thing I didn't like was that the room key is given to one per family, it's very inconvenient. The hotel itself is old and in need of renovation. The room itself stinks of dampness from the bathroom. The laundry is washed and the blankets are terribly nasty. The food is monotonous and there is no beef at all, I'm silent about mutton, I think this is their delicious meat. Chicken and fish for which you constantly need to stand in a long queue. This is generally the first hotel in which we stood in line for a regular fried egg!Not for a delicious amlet like in other hotels, but for a fried egg, yes yes! Well, it would be all right, well, it would be possible to at least bypass all these shortcomings with attentive service, but no, this also did not happen, except from two hotel employees, this is the bartender who works on the beach, it's a pity I forgot his name, and at the reception Azat, that's it! Thanks to them for the rest! Be careful at the spa. If suddenly they don't have change, demand it right away, otherwise they won't return it to you later, as it was with us. I had to take it away through a scandal. I don't recommend the hotel at all.

The most terrible hotel, food, service! Now in order!
We arrived, there are 4 of us, two children, two adults. We were specially given a VERY cramped room. Where they put a suitcase in the aisle and that's it, there is no place in the aisle to the balcony!
In the morning we bought another room, in a new building, it's tolerable here.
The towels seemed dirty at first. After two days, I asked)) to change, I started wiping my face and found two black spots. I thought maybe something wouldn't wash off, but just in case I decided to wash them with soap, and the stains were washed off, it was CARCASS!!! From someone else's face! I have grown-up eyelashes, children don't use cosmetics yet!!!
I went to ask to change our DIRTY towels after someone, so the employee muttered something in her own language and threw THEM ON THE FLOOR!!!! And she went to her elevator!(photo attached)
The plates are dirty, half-washed, even my 7-year-old daughter discovered this, and I got a tomato stuck to the plate), I thought again my glitch))) But no, after scratching with a finger, everything was wiped off!)))
Wipe off the table with a dirty sour cloth that has not been wrung out.
Glasses for draught beer are dirty with someone else's lipstick.
The room was not cleaned at all!

Food: oh, it's actually something!
The meat was like this: I had time to eat, I came 15 minutes later after OPENING according to the schedule, consider the beans with peas, this is what was left in the dish from the meat.
The salad with vegetables is the same, only one ingredient was laid out in different bowls and changed in turn in each bowl.
Dirty, greasy toasting pan, you disdain to put bread where it should be fried.

Sweets are all on non-sweet gelatin.

We had a rest at the hotel 5***** M.c Beach Resort (Konakli) with her husband from July 7 to July 16, 2022, far from 5 stars. Among the advantages: there is a lot of food, a large selection, a variety of fruits, a good snack bar, but the dishes in the restaurant are not always clean. There are large pools, there are slides, but we were mostly near the sea. The sea is warm, but when entering it immediately deep, if with children, it is not very convenient. We came in the morning, right after breakfast, almost all the sun beds are already occupied, there are not enough mattresses. The territory of the hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. That's all the advantages.
Minuses. The hotel is dirty (in the elevator, on the floors). We had a room in the old building. The room is good, but poorly cleaned, the bed linen was changed 1 time in 9 days. Towels were changed first, then just beautifully folded wet towels, sometimes you had to take them yourself. Shampoo is not put in and water too. Water was taken in packaged glasses, in refrigerators, in a restaurant. The hair dryer turned out to be broken in the room, we contacted the reception, they just glued it together. The next day it fell apart again, that's it. They noticed that the glasses were not washed in the bar, but simply rinsed with water, the husband made a remark. The air conditioners do not work in the elevators, in the restaurant and in the lobby, it is very stuffy. The air conditioner was working normally only in the room. There was also an incident with us, money was stolen from my makeup bag in the room, or rather not all of it, but part of the money. The makeup bag was on the bedside table and locked. No one else could do it except the janitor. As soon as we noticed, we contacted the reception. They called the hotel manager, the head of the technical staff and the cleaner himself (the cleaners are mostly young boys), then came to our room, turned over the mattresses, looked into each drawer, then an employee from the reception came, who spoke Russian and said that they vouch for each of their employees, and that all valuables should be keep it in a safe, and the hotel is not responsible for the loss of money and valuables. And that we can call the gendarmerie. We did not call the police, we did not see the point in this, probably we had to somehow prove that there was exactly so much money in the cosmetic bag, which is difficult to do. This is how room cleaners earn their living by stealing money from tourists. In general, the rest in this hotel left a very unpleasant aftertaste. We have been vacationing abroad for 15 years, in Turkey 7 times. This is the first time this has happened to us. This hotel does not match the description on the website and the stated 5 stars. We will not recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances. And we will definitely inform the tour operator, with whom we have been working for 15 years.

There was a very annoying Natasha (after our visit, we were not interested in her, she even stopped saying hello), who lured shopping to a leather salon, the price tag there is space, discounts of course do, but it's still expensive. There is a large selection of various shops within walking distance, I especially liked it (if you leave the hotel towards the bridge, then on the right there are shops with a variety of clothes, T-shirts, tunics, etc., shoes and Russian-speaking guys who will also make good discounts). The food is like in a sanatorium , honestly, all 8 people, we just went looking for more or less food , although they are not picky themselves , they very rarely have no meat . There was grilled fish and mutton cutlets once or twice in all 10 days , sweets are normal .
Well, for your money, a budget sanatorium is like in Sochi with pensioners.
If you want to hang out, there's no such thing here .Animation by the pool from 13:00 -17:00 is zero simple.

We have been to Turkey many times, there is something to compare it with. We bought a tour in the top five ultra, the first line. Absolutely not ultra, and not even 4 ka. Solid 3 ka with leaky sheets and towels. A nice big beach with a minimum of sun beds, which should be occupied at 7 am. There are not enough places in the restaurant either. They haven't even heard about cloth napkins there. There is a lot of useless and not tasty food. A step at the reception, which is not marked in any way and someone falls every day. One of the advantages is a large territory, many pools and slides. There is a place to walk outside the territory (shops, market) I do not recommend the hotel itself. It's not the first time I've been convinced that a solid four is better than a cheap five. We rested there in June 2023))
