The hotel manager is only interested in making money, not meeting the needs of vacationers.in short, gentlemen, if you are going to relax in this hotel, you know there are advantages in it; this is the beach and the surrounding area to the hotel, you can take a walk! Just returned from this hotel!
We gave 120k/ 12 nights...We did not feel the price increase!
Since we have already been to this hotel, there is something to compare it with!It's certainly not a super 5*, but the hotel is not bad..

We chose a hotel for a long time, and came to this, t to 5 stars , the animation is the best , the first coastal .
And what turned out to be , there was no animation , the hotel was very dirty , there was no service , all the dishes were plastic , dirty all the time , people with their dishes went to eat and take drinks !!! The horror! We were checked in after 3 hours , because the rooms were terribly dirty , the sewer stank, they barely gave us more or less .
The air conditioner did not work in the room , it was fixed , the refrigerator barely cools and they said that this was his work rate, the rooms were rarely cleaned , the bed was made only for the 4th day and then we asked .
We stood in line for food .there were constantly not enough plates , appliances , they came to the beach at 7 in the morning to take a place under an umbrella , and that half was already occupied , there were few umbrellas , in what condition I am generally silent
Regarding Wi-Fi, it turns out that 300 MGB is given for the entire vacation, from one phone, then for a fee of $ 12.

When we rested at the MC Beach Park Hotel from June 13, we highlighted many disadvantages of this hotel. 1. The 5-star rating is overstated. Even if you consider all its advantages. 2. There is not enough lighting in the room. We lived on the 6th floor and sometimes hot water did not reach us, we had to wash cold. The electronic lock broke down several times, and I had to go several times for the master and wait for him. Shampoo and soap were put in only 2 times 3 pieces in 9 days, although there were 4 of us. Four of us were also given a room designed for three. By adding a cot to the room, the room became even smaller, and the table had to be placed right in the aisle, there was simply no other place. 3. There were clocks in two places throughout the hotel, and then in the building. How to navigate by time is unknown. 4. The dining room did not like the fact that people could come even 20 minutes before lunch and dinner. When you come to dinner on time, half of the food has already been sorted. There were 2 working coffee machines and one machine with juice for the entire dining room. There were constantly not enough cutlery. The plates are dirty, the tablecloths are dirty too. There were three halls in the dining room: two that were cleaned normally and one on the second floor of the dining room, which was terribly cleaned. When there was not enough space on the ground floor, we went to the second floor and there were dirty dishes from lunch. And there were no cutlery, napkins and salt and pepper at all. And there were no toothpicks anywhere. 5. The sauna was open at a not very convenient time - from 12 to 15, when lunch was at 12:30. I had to go to the sauna right after lunch. 6. There were 3 slides on the street and 2 were constantly working. There were constant problems with the sun beds. If you go early in the morning, you can take several sun beds where you need them, and at lunch or after lunch you had to look for a free sunbed all over the beach. The shower, in order to wash after the sea, was broken - it was constantly staggering. To press the button, you had to hold the shower stand itself. And the water was not infrequently barely flowing. The beach was dirty, it was almost not cleaned. There were few urns on it. The rescuer works irresponsibly: he does not come at the right time and constantly goes somewhere during work.

If you have been to 5-star hotels more than once, then never choose the mc beach park resort hotel, because it does not correspond to 5 stars at all. In 10 days, we gave 150k for 2 adults and 2 children, the price does not correspond to the quality at all, expectations are not justified. There are actually a lot of disadvantages, all people were very upset and disappointed to see the conditions of the hotel! For 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), we were given a 3-bed room, where 2 single beds were shifted as a 2-bedroom, a COT was brought, which turned out to be broken, it was changed, but there was not enough space without a cot, and then we had to store our suitcases on the balcony and in front of the beds. The hangers are almost all broken, the floors have never been washed or vacuumed until they asked, the handle from the balcony was wobbly, broke on the 5th day, the toilet and shower flowed all the time of arrival, repaired almost every day, the last 3 days flowed little, there were no rags, so towels were laid, which also did not change, They didn't ask for it yet, the phone didn't work to get through to the reception, so every time there was a problem, they had to move from the 6th floor to the 1st floor. The mini bar for 4 people was replenished as for 2, if replenished at all, it was necessary to beg again. Not all towels were changed, selectively, apparently, they did not understand what principle, they begged again. The lighting is terrible, it's dirty everywhere, not like in the photo! The communal toilets always have a terrible smell. Problems are not solved, every day they had to beg for what they were obliged to do. In bars, ice and cocktails were running out by 5 o'clock. The free Wi-Fi worked only near the reception and then very slowly. Adult discos are held in clubs of other hotels, they are taken and brought there for $ 10, the hotel disco club is small and there are 10 people there at most. The 5-star hotel did not have an iron, toothbrush, paste, and shampoos and shower gels were not replenished, I had to beg again at the reception. That is, the cleaning at the hotel is disgusting!
Of the advantages I can note: a good beach, pleasant, understanding and patient reception staff, who were poor torn by the every-second complaints of guests, good animators, but a small asset in the entertainment program, not bad food, mostly only Turkish dishes, the pools are clean and the water temperature is always the same what is needed, most of the employees in the bars are very friendly and cheerful.
In general, despite the friendly staff, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The second day comes, I go to the reception with the child so that they invite their doctor, who is registered at this hotel. In short, the doctor put on a thermometer, made sure that the temperature was high and offered to call an ambulance and recover to the hospital.This doctor did not ask anything, did not examine the child, did not listen with her stethoscope, with which she walks around the hotel every day with it around her neck and apparently can not do anything else. In short, there were medicines and we managed it ourselves, and I also ran to the pharmacy to get a thermometer.

My daughter "lived" in the pool by herself. Alcohol - because I practically don't drink - didn't matter. But the beer wasn't very good.
Of the disadvantages, the staff / service is not 5 stars. On the 5th day, the air conditioner clogged the drain and began to leak - they did not do it, although they came 3 times, then I spat - I did not call. I had to move the bed so that the air conditioner would not drip on the bed, and water dripped on the carpet for 10 days.

The cornice hung on snot, cleaning was done so, for the sake of appearance, everywhere there was a core layer of dust. Towels are a century old, even with holes, let me remind you that the hotel is 5⭐. At the bar, they pour it into dirty plastic cups. Imagine beer in a 200ml plastic dechman cup for one sip, of course, and queues at the bar from here. And anyway, alcohol is a problem, even famous cocktails could not be mixed. The food is monotonous, I did not come on time for breakfast / lunch / dinner, consider everything - hungry, without a place and cutlery. The territory is spacious and well maintained. The beach is close and it could not but please, but there were not enough sunbeds. The shower by the beach worked every other time and the pillars themselves wobble wildly, you press the button and think how it would not collapse. There was animation for children, for adults there were trips to the club for the chiribas of Baku. In general, there is no service in this 5* hotel because it is not 5* at all. I can't recommend him in any way. It feels like you're in some kind of Soviet-era boarding house "Chernomorochka" somewhere in Anapa.

I was upset upon arrival. The rooms are not cleaned almost. They moved into a room where chewing gum was lying in a prominent place, and large debris was on the floor. I had to spend time and nerves to clean the room. They didn't clean up the first time, the maids just adjust the same blanket and leave. There is black mold in the bathrooms of many rooms.
A cot for a 2g child was given on the 3rd attempt, at first they gave a broken self-folding cot during sleep, then a rotten, all black cot, and only on the third attempt a more or less normal one.
The food is mediocre, you need to spend time and ingenuity to figure out where the meat is. We were 3 stars before, the food was better there. There were not enough tables, it's hard to accommodate four people, or you need to come in advance, before the opening. Dishes are washed extremely poorly, visitors have to wash them themselves.
