We decided to visit Belarus. We chose the Minsk hotel in Minsk and were not mistaken. The hotel is four stars. It is located in the city center. The rooms are clean, at least everyone can do the cleaning. The staff is polite and courteous. Check out at 12:00, I turned to the administrator where I can leave my things for a couple of hours because it was early to go to the airport, they just extended us for two hours for free!!!! Very convenient location relative to the train station, the city center and transport. There is parking for cars. Rooms of different price categories correspond to 4 stars in full. Since we arrived ahead of time and did not pay for early check-in, the hotel allowed us to leave things in the luggage room and walk around the city (this turned out to be the best option for us). It was convenient to book a room and pay via Yandex.Travel, there is a convenient booking through the official website. The service and staff are polite. The rooms have everything you need. Even the standard has: mini bar, kettle, safe, TV. Towels are changed every day. Excellent mattresses, there are spare pillows and blankets. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We booked this hotel based on tourist reviews + price + location.
We liked all three positions.
We had a very nice two-room suite.
Cleaning was carried out every day. The hotel staff responded adequately to personal requests. Well done. There are no complaints.
On January 1, at breakfast, there was a tray with welcome champagne. A pleasant nuance.
Very reasonable prices in the restaurant itself. The menu is not very impressive in its variety, but the famous Belarusian shingles are offered with different additives.
I would like to note the convenient location in the city center. Within walking distance there are shops, pharmacies, the entrance to the metro, a ground transport stop, cafes, a cinema.
Would I go back to this hotel again?.... Yes!

Of the minuses: they did not put water, tea, coffee, sugar in the room and they managed to get them only the second time. There is no cooler, the kettle is offered to be filled with tap water. Not a bad hotel.
One of the advantages is that the city center, everything is neat, the staff is polite.
But there are also disadvantages, maybe I just got such a room ... the toilet, when you sit on it, your legs hang down like on a bar stool with my height 175. The mattress on the bed leaves much to be desired, very soft, in the morning the back just falls off. Wi-Fi is slow.
As a result, a good hotel, but there is no "wow" rating and there will not be.

But.
We have very creaky beds, how can you not turn over at night - so you wake up, your daughter will turn over on her, I do not sleep again, but the most terrible thing for me is the windows overlook the courtyard and there is a buzz from around the clock... I don't know what it is, a small production facility. Everything is clear, but then make the windows soundproof, I hear it all the time at night.
In short, my nights are sleepless, but my days are wonderful))).

The only positive things are cleanliness, a semblance of security, and nice administrators.
Of the absolutely annoying ones: a hair dryer that blows but does not dry, and a shower for washing small pets instead of a full-size human one.
Everything else is just there, there's nothing to say.
P.S. I don't understand the pricing in Minsk hotels. It's very expensive and obviously not worth the money.

Nice hotel, located in the very center of Minsk. Not a cheap treat, of course, but the view from the room was beautiful. You'll wake up in the morning, under the window of the excursion.. The rooms are in Empire style. Carpet on the floor of the room and in the hallway. There is everything you need. The breakfasts are not particularly varied, but I haven't seen anyone hungry. I especially remember the delicious cakes. The service is good, the staff is polite and helpful. There are no problems with parking, there is a large parking lot in the courtyard, free for hotel guests. I recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for 9 days. Of the advantages, only excellent breakfasts and location. That's where the good ends. The cleaning was disgusting, when we stopped by, there was dust on the furniture, no one had cleaned the dust during the stay. The garbage will be taken out, then it will not be taken out. There were crumbs on the terrible carpet, and no one had removed them either. The maids didn't even try. The furniture needs to be updated. The reception staff is not very polite. I give a rating of 2. It is a pity that such irresponsible people work in a hotel like Minsk, which is decent in my opinion. And the head of the hotel needs to think about repairing and changing furniture.

My husband and I celebrated our next anniversary by visiting the city of Minsk. We decided to stay at the hotel of the same name, taking advantage of the proposed "Wedding" tariff with a 40% discount for accommodation. Upon arrival at our room, they presented a marriage registration certificate and their passports at the reception. Having received congratulations and positive feedback from the hotel staff, since we arrived directly on the day of our wedding, we went to check in😉
I liked: the customer-oriented staff, the chic location of the hotel in the center among the attractions, near the metro for those who want to get acquainted with the public transport of the city, there is a taxi parking place for convenient boarding and disembarking, security guards, three elevators, Wi-Fi works without problems, hygiene supplies are available in the bathroom (shampoos, gels and dental supplies, shaving supplies, cotton swabs/discs, etc.), + tea area, functional safe and other amenities in the room, buffet breakfasts in the restaurant are delicious (in my opinion)😍
What is noticed: the hair dryer in the room is very weak, the range of alcohol in the room "encroaches" on the space in the mine bar, the range of breakfasts for 3* hotels and monotonous (for those staying more than 3 days it will be sensitive). 😉
And the disadvantage, in my opinion: the sauna and hammam seem to be included in the price, but they are not functional, as for me. You can use it only in the morning, when everyone has their own plans. And in the evening, when you want to relax after an active day, it's already... alas, so for most, we delete this option
I recommend the hotel to my friends, especially since there is a pleasant promotion for staying!❤

From 12 to 15, you can have lunch at the restaurant (business lunch). Delicious and not expensive. The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is everything you need. Refrigerator (minibar), TV, safe, large wardrobe. The bathroom has bathrobes, slippers and a full set of hygiene products. The staff is friendly. I lowered the rating only for wi-fi. It is there, the speed is low, but the most unpleasant thing is that the connection is constantly lost.

A normal hotel. I lived in a standard room: clean, everything I need is available, including a bathrobe, shaving and dental supplies. Wifi catches well, free tea and coffee, pay for the rest of the bar.
The location is normal. Probably :-) The place I needed on a business trip was a 5-minute walk away. Around the corner of the hotel is the Neighbors market, where you could always buy something in the room.
Nemiga is 15-20 minutes away, and the Trinity suburb is half an hour on foot. If the Windows overlook the courtyard — beauty and silence. If it's on Independence Avenue, then it's different, of course :-)

There is a huge set of shower gels, razors, toothbrushes, threads, etc. The staff speaks Russian.On the 1st floor, you can exchange money for Belarusian rubles, buy souvenirs, and sit at the bar. New bottles of drinking water appeared in the room every day. The hotel is quiet and nice) They don't smoke anywhere.

A tired retirement hotel with the worst breakfasts in my life. WITHOUT air conditioning, read the review below, I'll tell you everything.
Pros: the center, a certain prestige of accommodation, large rooms in size, cleaned every day, a lot of towels, bathrobes, slippers, a full set of cosmetics (albeit of very poor quality, but still), the presence of a hair dryer in the rooms.
Cons: THERE ARE NO AIR CONDITIONERS IN THE ROOMS! No matter what the hotel itself writes on the site, no matter what all the booking aggregators write, there is no air conditioner in any room, so there is built-in ventilation that drives warm air. In the heat, you will simply suffocate there, because the air does not cool down at all! We rested in the cool weather of Minsk, slept without blankets, with the "conditioner" turned out to the maximum, but woke up wet with sweat every day. And, yes, this air conditioner is controlled from a unit that has only 3 modes and at the strongest "blowing" mode it makes noise like a modern hair dryer. If you have a brand-new hair dryer, turn it on at least, that's exactly how the "air conditioner" will work. and, no, this is no exception personally in our case, we were in three different rooms - it's like that everywhere. This is a Siemens air conditioning system from the 50s, these are not air conditioners.
The wildest noise with the windows open, regardless of the view from the room. You can't stand it for half an hour, because you either have the busiest highway right next to you, or a yard with a turbine of these very ventilators, which buzzes 24/7. I would attach a video with a view from the window and noise, but the service does not give it. Take care of your ears) 👂
Breakfasts - well, it's just a shame) terrible cheap cheese cuts, dirty dishes, the same thing every day, the same thing. There's nothing to eat there.
Inadequacy of the staff: at the exit from breakfast, the man inspects everyone, so that God forbid you do not take an extra bottle of water to the room. That is, instead of adding bottled water every day, the hotel puts them out only for breakfast, and then wonders why the guests take 3-5 bottles each)
The hotel did not wish you a happy Birthday in any way, although check-in and passport check-in on the night of arrival was on your birthday. A trifle? No! It's strange for a hotel of this level.
The design of the rooms - well, it's trash and kringe, a return to the Soviet Union. Dirty carpets from the time of Stalin, beds that were kept in the 80s, a bathroom that is peeling…
And all this for VERY immodest money!
For some reason, the hotel has a 5.0 rating here, although its real rating is 2.0 out of 5, because this is a direct path to a hungry and unhappy scoop. Do you want to spoil your vacation in Minsk? Welcome to the Minsk Hotel!

The single room has quite a large bed. As a compliment, they give a bottle of water every day, there is a kettle, tea, coffee are replenished. In the bathroom there is a toothbrush, shaving kit, cap, gel,lotion, shampoo, conditioner, cotton wool.disks. there are slippers and a bathrobe.
I didn't change the money, but there is an exchange in the lobby. I used the world map. They accept it everywhere, she also paid for it in the subway.
