The room description mentioned the presence of an air conditioner. It was hanging, but the remote control was missing. The staff said that they only turn on the air conditioners in summer. But heat and stuffiness are subjective concepts. It is necessary to warn in advance about those who are not working in autumn, winter, and spring. In fact, there is no air conditioner.
The hotel does not enter into correspondence. If you need to clarify something, it's better to call yourself. I sent two letters with questions, they got through, but I haven't received a response in three weeks.

This wonderful, modern hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance to a nice pedestrian street. Nearby there is a transport stop, an Old and a New castle, as well as Catholic churches. Nearby there is also a park named after Gilibera, where you can come with children. The impressions are only positive. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine, pleased with half board (breakfast and dinner). Convenient parking. I recommend this place to relax. This year, we finally managed to visit the beautiful city of Grodno, and the Neman Hotel was chosen as our place of residence. The overall impressions are positive, see below in more detail. The hotel is located in the very center of the historical part of the city, all the main attractions are as close as possible, there are many cafes and restaurants around, the location is 5+. There are two parking lots, the first one on the front side of Stefan Batory Street, the second one is large in the courtyard, there will be no problems where to park the car. We booked a two-room suite on the fifth floor. The room is spacious, closets, tables, bed, sofa are all there. The furniture is not new, the condition is generally good. The windows faced the courtyard, there were no sounds of the street. As always, the sound insulation between rooms leaves much to be desired (this is the norm almost everywhere). The price includes breakfasts and dinners, here you need to learn a little more. The buffet breakfasts are the most common, almost unchanged every day. It's good that they are there, plus. But, on the days of the arrival of delegations and tour groups, those same delegates and tourists from the very early morning very quickly sweep away absolutely EVERYTHING. In this case, come either earlier (which is unlikely) or a little later. Dinners. Dinners differ from breakfasts in that they consist of a choice of 6-7 dishes and a glass of mors. This line-up did not change during our stay (4 days). We tried everything, very well and the portions are good. Perhaps the only drawback is cleaning, in our case, almost complete absence of it. There has never been a single visit during the entire stay, only garbage collection. Despite the fact that there were no mosquito nets on the windows, a lot of dust flew in when the window was open. They forgot to bring the toilet by the end of the stay. In terms of the cost of living, the price tag in comparison, for example, in the cities of the Golden Ring is quite acceptable. The staff responds to all requests as quickly as possible, and if they have any questions, they try to help. We settled there because there was absolutely no choice. They gave away almost 9,000 rubles (Russian). This price includes dinner (a choice of 5 dishes) and a breakfast buffet with a big name.
The room is old and dirty. I had the temerity to walk in socks without slippers (which we brought with us, but did not receive in the room), and a piece of glass immediately stuck into my heel. There are also visible threads and parts of some insects on the carpet. The remote control is so dirty that we disdained to pick it up! The remote control in hotel rooms is basically the dirtiest thing there is. And here we just have a winner in this category! The Wi-Fi login and password that was found in the room did not work. We were not the only ones with this problem, other guests also addressed this issue at the reception. They gave me other usernames and passwords.
Breakfast. Half-empty dishes, somewhere there are no spoons, tongs to put food for yourself. The choice itself is very small. As I was pouring myself a cup of coffee, I was charmed by an employee who came out of the office with her mug to pour herself a cappuccino too. While we were standing by the coffee machine, she kindly (no) made a remark to me that the mug I was pouring coffee into was for tea, and the coffee was different. And in general, there are few mugs for tea, so other guests may not have enough. Seriously?! Never teach your guests which mug to drink coffee from! - the renovation in the rooms is already old and since it was originally the simplest, it now looks very modest and does not pull at 4 stars in any way. The doors open with an ordinary mechanical key, there is no mosquito net in the windows, so when the windows are open, a large number of insects do not fly at night, there were no light bulbs in some sconces in one room, and the lock in the toilet did not work (they took two rooms, in the second room the light bulbs were in place and the lock worked, so how lucky);
- there are no safes in standard rooms, and upon check-in you will be asked to sign that you are familiar with the rules of accommodation (this is the first time you have encountered such a thing), and the rules say that the administration is not responsible for valuables, but there is a safe at the reception, in which, in accordance with the rules of accommodation, you can place valuables But I don't know exactly how to do it at the reception;

As long as I drive, you can always ask if necessary - they give it for free. Here, too, for a fee. We traveled in the summer, spent the night in hostels. So there's tea, coffee, soap, gel - no problem. I also drank both tea bags here on the first evening. They didn't put it on the second night. And the water was not supplied (I also drank a regular bottle on the first evening). And why? You can run to the cooler on the floor. In general, it is not suitable for three stars! Nevertheless, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are quite decent. On a 4-piece solid. There is some variety and the coffee is not bad. In general, you can live, but there is still a sediment (when compared). Well, it's not a hostel after all...
