Positive. We checked in on time, the staff is friendly. The room is clean, cleaned on time. The room itself is large, bright, and the TV and refrigerator are in working order. Very convenient location. All attractions are within walking distance. You can walk from the railway station (30 minutes)
Cons.
The room description mentioned the presence of an air conditioner. It was hanging, but the remote control was missing. The staff said that they only turn on the air conditioners in summer. But heat and stuffiness are subjective concepts. It is necessary to warn in advance about those who are not working in autumn, winter, and spring. In fact, there is no air conditioner.
The hotel does not enter into correspondence. If you need to clarify something, it's better to call yourself. I sent two letters with questions, they got through, but I haven't received a response in three weeks.
Dinners are weak, portions are small.

We had a double comfort room, it was very large in size, up to 25-30 sq. m. with a view of the city square, a large bathroom. The room is technically sound, clean and comfortable. Equipped with bathrobes, slippers, hygiene products, drinking water, tea sets, etc. Breakfast with a variety of dishes, cooked deliciously. The oldest pharmacy, the Catalytic cathedral, the drama theater and much more are within walking distance. If I ever come to Grodno again, I will only stay at the Neman Hotel!)

To boil the water, I had to flatter under the table and put the kettle on the floor! The bed has a bedside table type, but there are no sockets on both sides! There is no trash can in the room, the one in the bathroom is tiny. There are no mosquito nets. Curtains let in light, completely thin rags. From the soap set - one tiny soap. A bathrobe for rent and slippers for a fee. The windows of our room overlooked the courtyard. It's quiet at night.

A three-star hotel. It seems decent, clean, cozy, but! For hotels of this class, the absence of slippers in the room is absolutely not typical (pennies! And at the reception they offer 5 bel rubles. Or 150 Russian rubles), - I did not buy it in principle. Shower gel is a terrible "deficit", it seems that everything is under strict control, God forbid to wash once again. Well, put a couple of extra strips. For example, one bag is not enough for me. Or put a dispenser on. It's a good decision. I don't even stutter about the lack of a shaving device. As long as I drive, you can always ask if necessary - they give it for free. Here, too, for a fee. We traveled in the summer, spent the night in hostels. So there's tea, coffee, soap, gel - no problem. I also drank both tea bags here on the first evening. They didn't put it on the second night. And the water was not supplied (I also drank a regular bottle on the first evening). And why? You can run to the cooler on the floor. In general, it is not suitable for three stars! Nevertheless, the staff is friendly, the breakfasts are quite decent. On a 4-piece solid. There is some variety and the coffee is not bad. In general, you can live, but there is still a sediment (when compared). Well, it's not a hostel after all...

- the girls at the reception, like the maids, are without uniforms, dressed at home, rarely sit together, in this regard, you have to wait until the guests are registered in front of you. Until the guests are registered in front of you, they will not greet you, as if you are not there, that is, they are not familiar with high-quality service;
- the renovation in the rooms is already old and since it was originally the simplest, it now looks very modest and does not pull at 4 stars in any way. The doors open with an ordinary mechanical key, there is no mosquito net in the windows, so when the windows are open, a large number of insects do not fly at night, there were no light bulbs in some sconces in one room, and the lock in the toilet did not work (they took two rooms, in the second room the light bulbs were in place and the lock worked, so how lucky);
- there are no safes in standard rooms, and upon check-in you will be asked to sign that you are familiar with the rules of accommodation (this is the first time you have encountered such a thing), and the rules say that the administration is not responsible for valuables, but there is a safe at the reception, in which, in accordance with the rules of accommodation, you can place valuables But I don't know exactly how to do it at the reception;
- there is no flexibility in the placement. Moreover, only upon check-in was it reported that it would not be possible to live in one room for two days in a row and on the morning of the second day it would be necessary to move, but in the morning the room was not ready for relocation, they checked out themselves, left their suitcases in the second room. They didn't offer any compliments or discounts for their own joint.
Bottom line: You can live, the service is lame, the price is too high, be prepared for minor flaws.

We booked independently through the hotel's website with 100% payment, for 2 nights, for 2 adults the cost is more than 20 thousand rubles.

The most unsuccessful hotel in the last few years of our travels around the world.
The only plus is that they let us in with dogs, although with an additional fee, but most importantly, they let us in.
The hotel is very tired, the modern designer obviously did not put his hand to it. The toilet is wobbly, we had a room for three. My daughter was sleeping on a pull-out sofa. It creaked so that I could hear it from the next room.
The administration, the maids are not friendly at all, it feels like you are not in a hotel on vacation, but in some kind of departmental sanatorium under supervision.
