Very nice hotel, new rooms,close to the sea,the beach is great for swimming and watching fish, the reef is right there.The food is quite decent, you won't be hungry for sure, without any special frills, but that's not why we came here.The staff is polite at the reception, the miracle girl Yaroslav, helps Russian-speaking tourists solve all questions and problems.There is a pharmacy on site, a miracle doctor works there too, helps you choose everything, provides first aid if anything.I had a wound on my arm from corals, I got sick, we bought this medicine from him and went home.The airport is very close, we drove for 12 minutes by transfer.Naama Bay is nearby, we walked on foot.The hotel is good, the price-quality is consistent, even better.Yes, there was also such a moment on arrival, it spoiled the mood.They didn't want to settle us in the Beach, like, it wasn't confirmed, but that's definitely not the case, we took the Beach, not the Palm across the street.They seem to inhabit Palm Trees in this way, which is less in demand due to remoteness (7 minutes to the sea, we paid for 1 minute).Be persistent, if such a situation arises, we went to Palm for two nights, but we demanded compensation for this, we have already received everything from Biblio Globus.Have a good rest and pleasant impressions to all!

The Novotel hotel in Sharm El Sheikh is a great choice for a holiday! Great hotel. The food is good, the food is for every taste. Animation every day, first for children, then for adults.
Different activities take place every day (aqua aerobics, zumba, etc.).
The entrance to the sea is sandy, there is no wind, so we swam every day. If there is no free space on the beach, then you can swim in the pool. The pool is for both adults and children (depth 60 cm).
Free Wi-Fi is available in the pool area and in the reception area.
Therefore, I recommend everyone to stay at the Novotel Beach. If I go to Egypt again, I will only stay at this hotel.

We spent our holidays in this hotel complex and were very satisfied! I would especially like to highlight the wonderful team of animators – the guys create an amazing mood and make leisure time intense. During the day, various activities are held: water exercises, dance classes, sports tournaments, and in the evenings they arrange exciting performances. You definitely won't get bored here!
The complex itself is pleased with its well-groomed territory and cozy rooms. Cleaning is carried out regularly, the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is varied, the choice of dishes is large, everyone will find something to taste. The beach is clean, the water is clear, the entrance to the sea is comfortable.
If you are looking for a place for active recreation with cheerful animators, then this hotel is a great solution! We will definitely come again.

We had a rest in October. The location of the hotel is excellent, the first line, in the evening you can walk along the pedestrian street along the hotels. there is a pharmacy nearby. The coffee in the coffee machine is delicious. The alcohol in the bar is modest, the cocktails are tasteless. The big disappointment is the beach: it is very small, the sun beds are right next to each other; there is a reef waist-deep along the shore, in which a narrow entrance is cut to a depth. which is crowded with people, but there is nowhere else to swim - only reefs. We went swimming on the territory of a nearby hotel. The big disappointment is the rooms- they were placed in the wing, where the installations are located right next to the body- the hum is stronger than the plane and constant. There is also strong audibility from the highway at night, even in those rooms that do not face the highway. With the balcony door closed, the noise from the street is also audible, but the hum from the air conditioner is also added. There are small and biting ants in the rooms (I did not bring food to the room!!). The staff at the reception is unfriendly. despite the fact that they were given $30 upon check-in. Yaroslava helped. I don't recommend the hotel.

We had a rest at the end of October at the Novotel Beach with my husband, I'll start with the pros:
a wonderful beach with its own coral reef (this was the decisive point for choosing a hotel), the purest sea, swimming with masks is ideal: an incredible world opens up. We even saw a stingray and a huge moray eel ( in addition to all other interesting inhabitants )
decent cuisine, there was a lot of meat, delicious local pastries and awesome desserts!
friendly staff, beautiful hotel grounds and the very look of the hotel, liked the visual style, pleasant pool and bars.
And now the important thing: the service is not at the 5-star level, the most unpleasant thing was: we were settled in a dirty room, where used napkins lay from previous tenants, there were dirty cups and a lopsided toilet seat (they paid for superior, it's doubly sad). This is the first time in my travel history.. we always leave tips for cleaning, but during the 11 days of our stay, the floors were washed once. You have to achieve the basic things that you are supposed to do after the fact. Such a service was definitely not worth the money. And yes, there is natural coffee only for the money of😅 2 dollars for a ristretto from a capsule..

The hotel recommended by Tatiana turned out to be higher than my expectations, even though the room had a view of the garden. The rooms in the hotel are very nice, everything is brand new and clean. One of the most beautiful hotels in Sharma, in Naama Bay. We rested with my wife for 8 days all inclusive, the beach is one of the best, the entrance is gentle, there is a small coral, the food was just great, for Egypt.
The animation is super, not far from the Airport, everything you need is nearby, all shops, restaurants, 7 minutes by taxi to the old town.

Excellent hotel, two buildings. We rested in the beach on line 1, line 2 of the Novotel Palm 5 minutes walk. There are several swimming pools on site, one heated. We had a family vacation of 2 adults and 2 children (11 and 13 years old) on the first line from 11-20 June, the weather is amazing, a light breeze from the sea, there is no heat or humidity like in Turkey or Sochi, so we were very comfortable on the beach during the day. We flew with Almasria Airline on the way back, we slightly delayed the flight for half an hour, and since the flight was aerobatic, the landing was very soft-people applauded. The beach is large and clean, there are a lot of free sun beds. I didn't want to go out of the sea and watch the good-natured fish and beautiful corals. We were accommodated on the second floor of room 2208, the room was quiet and no one bothered us. The food was delicious and we had enough, there was a choice of meat, fish, grilled kebabs, amazing pastries, I didn't try much. At the request of the hotel, diversify breakfasts - add cheesecakes to the diet, for example. The gym was important to me, here it has a couple of treadmills, an ellipse, a small load on the body can be done. There is an embankment. It's nice to take a walk in the evening. Not a bad hotel - good location (does not apply to the NOVOTEL Palm) beach and a home reef with an abundance of fish. There are always free sun beds under umbrellas. But the rooms do not correspond to 5* in terms of equipment and furniture, I would like the service staff not to bother with questions about the departure date by contacting the rooms directly. A full set of entertainment services working directly on the beach (diving, parachute, sofa, sofa. Speedboat). The highlight of the negative is the Coral hotel restaurant - the quality of the food does not correspond to 5*.Besides the fact that my wife and I were severely poisoned, eating only in this restaurant, we were confirmed poisoned by another couple from St. Petersburg. This indicates systemic problems with nutrition (quality, assortment, cleanliness of dishes). And more.. Unfortunately, many arrivals and departures take place either very early or late. Check-out time is 12 hours and check-in time is 14. It is unlikely to extend your stay or check in earlier. There are no bonuses for inconveniences (lunch boxes, lunch or dinner). So gentlemen hoteliers 4 or 4-.But definitely not 5*.

I read the reviews and realized that a lot depends on the time of arrival and loading of the hotel. We were in early December, there were no queues at the restaurant, no shortage of meat, everything was in abundance. It is difficult to stay hungry) beef and chicken are always meat, fish, although there is one kind: tuna, mackerel, etc. Vegetables, fruits, pastries, side dishes, salads... Yes, there was a lot of everything.
The room was booked immediately with a view of the pool, and this was given, on the 2nd floor, everything was new and the furniture and repairs were updated and plumbing, but repairs were going on down the corridor, not everywhere, probably still updated.
The animation is ordinary, not intrusive ...
The main advantage of the hotel, of course, is the location in the very center of Namma Bay: and the reef with the sea is good, and there is somewhere to go for a walk.
What would I finalize:
1. The waiters do not all clean the tables efficiently... They wiped it off with a napkin and welcome... That won't do! You have a restaurant!
2. We need control over the bottling of alcoholic beverages at the bar! They pour wine from a bottle, then from a box, then from a box into a bottle, then into your glass... There's a lot of filth in the boxes... Local alcohol is declared, well, so pour normal bottles, and not some kind of stuff, are the waiters stealing? We need verification and control! And the beer is the same: we arrived in cans, opened it with you, poured it... but then they started pouring some sour stuff from the tap... Coffee also suffers because the machines run out of ingredients and no one controls it...(GENERALLY, THE DRINKS SCORE IS 2.

We had a rest in May 2024 in the beach five, in general we liked everything, the hotel is on a solid 4, even 4+. There was not enough cafe on the beach, it is just being built. As soon as they finish, there will be a fire. In my opinion, the reef on the beach is one of the best in this bay, I didn't get tired of swimming and watching fish until the last day. There is diving right on site, diving for $ 25, wholesale for $ 20. The instructors are great, my friend even got a certificate there...and not a freebie, but real training for 4 days with a couple of dives a day! The price is about $400. It's a good beach volleyball court, they water it every morning, but it also didn't hurt to clean it, periodically you find some sharp stuff with your feet. There is only one restaurant, the food was good. A couple of days out of 10 there were no kegs, they were poured from cans...not tasty from the word at all, often also warm. The rooms were cleaned well, Wi-Fi is everywhere except the beach (as soon as the construction is over, I think this problem will also be solved). The rooms are fresh, the air conditioner is working, everything is in order. Animation works well, there were two foam discos, pizza/burger workshops for children in the morning, all sorts of exercises on the beach and in the pool ... in general, there is almost always some kind of movement. The only caveat during the eviction, the bracelets were cut off from 12, the flight was postponed overnight. Our guide disappeared somewhere (pegasus), somehow got through, as a result, we were paid for dinner (oh, I had to skip it). They say this stuff is everywhere now, before you always use the entire infrastructure before leaving the hotel. In general, keep in mind.
Otherwise, we can safely recommend a small cozy hotel with a fresh renovation.

The room is cleaned daily if you tip :) There is no service in the bar. Yaroslava, the receptionist, is very active in helping all the guests of the hotel. On the day of departure, even if you pay for the extension of the room, you will not be allowed to use the dining room, you have to pay for the food separately. We were a family (2 adults + 2 children) in May 2024. I liked the hotel very much, compact, on the 1st line, next to the Naama Bay promenade, the food is excellent, the service is super- very attentive to guests from the staff from the main manager of the hotel to the cleaning manager, suitable for children, the animation team is excellent. Definitely going back there.

A confident three. There can be no question of any five :
1. There are no hygiene products in the rooms (toothpaste, smart sticks, cotton pads)
2. The food is very mediocre (beef is regularly served, tough as a sole. The other day, grilled meat turned out to be nothing but coals, and the cook insisted that this was a recipe, although the meat was all BLACK AND CRUNCHY)
3. Low-quality alcohol, even considering that it is local - the most budget option is used and because of this, the taste of wine, whiskey, rum and everything else is terrible.
4. Alyakard restaurant - we went and paid the money - the pizza was prepared the second time (we ordered a Margarita, but it was made with burnt edges, burnt cheese and (surprisingly) with raw dough). Pasta carbonara - with sausage and floated in oil . The most terrible food
5. Instant coffee only from the coffee machine, grain - for money at the reception or outside the hotel
6. There are regularly no towels in the gym for training, the exercise equipment is broken (not all, but some, the staff is aware, but just throws up their hands and continues to sit on their phones)
7. The hotel manager was informed about all the problems- 0 reactions

We rested for the third time, with a family of 5 people.
Positive:a huge territory, delicious food, excellent cleaning, Yaroslav's gastronomy is a wonder woman, Bazooka and Nutella are trying very hard, a good kids club and good rooms, there is a football field, the beach is well equipped, the sea is very rich in corals, good toilets and bars with a variety of drinks, the rooms have air conditioning, the director holds meetings every day, a bunch of large and small pools throughout the hotel, a volleyball field on the beach.
Minuses:the workers who distribute the palatine take good seats for the hotel guests in the front rows by the water for money! We came every day at 7 a.m. and there was not even one day to take a place at least on the second line! I think they should be fired!
And so the hotel is good, so it deserves 5 stars!
