I stayed with my family at this hotel for the 2nd time.I enjoyed my vacation last year.Not this year.After the renovation, the hotel has lost a lot in all positions.The food and service have become much worse.The room was rented for three people, and 2 towels were given, and then I found 1 at all. During the 9 days of stay, the bed linen was not changed once, the floors were not washed at all!There were problems with the electricity in the room.Towels were missing on the beach after swimming in the sea.I had to waste my nerves and get myself a card for a towel.Not rest, but constant getting of something (towels, mugs, etc.)There were not enough sunbeds on the beach.I had to follow the example of other vacationers to occupy them from early morning..I really wanted to have a decent rest, but it didn't work out because of such trifles.I will not go to this hotel anymore and I will not recommend it to my friends!

Everything is very good! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and helpful. The area of the hotel is not small, there are 3 swimming pools, but why are they when the sea is nearby! Warm, calm, corals can be viewed for hours, it's just a delight!
There are no mosquitoes, and other annoying insects, flies are rare. Hoopoes and a stork were seen on the territory of the hotel.

I stayed with my family at this hotel for the 2nd time.I enjoyed my vacation last year.This year I liked it a lot more!! After the renovation, the hotel is not recognized. The food and service have become much better. During the 9 days of stay, we had a 100% rest! We had a great meal on the beach after swimming in the sea. Not a vacation, but a paradise, as there are plenty of sunbeds on the beach.
We had a decent rest, it was not for nothing that we chose him. I boasted about it to all my friends and we will come more than once!!

We rested on 02/17.24 - 02/25.24 in the Beach, which is next to the sea. The hotel's load was 80%. I will describe what is not in other reviews.
Positive:
location, in the center of the bay, in the evening you can walk to the main streets or along the promenade, which runs almost along the entire bay. It takes 3-4 minutes to get to the sea from the room slowly. You can immediately hand over towels on the beach, respectively, get them too. Deck chairs in 5-6 rows, there is enough space, depending on when you come. The room stock has been recently updated.
CONS: The PALM Hotel is nearby (across the roadway), from PALM to the BEACH - a couple of minutes on foot. PALM has its own restaurants, heated pool, bar. But they all hang out at the BEACH. Therefore, there are no places for breakfast-lunch-dinner.
They swoop in like locusts and sweep away everything in a row, so after an hour (and a half) there is no meat, fish and basic goodies, and in general there is nowhere to sit!!! It seemed to go to your room, but no, stubbornly stick to the territory of the BEACH. If you are late, go there, everything will be there.
PALM is cheaper, so they initially buy there in order to use the territory more expensively. It is easy to distinguish PALM guests, they have blue bracelets (BEACH - green), if you look closely - the first line of the beach, the first places at the evening shows, the best places in the restaurant are only blue bracelets. Well, they don't bother to go out for dinner in any way elegant. It feels like you've paid more dearly, but you're always in uncomfortable conditions.
Yes, it's really quieter in PALM, so they choose with children, but they spend the whole day with screaming children on the BEACH territory - too much. So to speak, there are enough of their own.
Conclusion, despite the relatively large BEACH area (we do not compare it with Turkey), there are a lot of people, because 2 hotels hang out on the same territory!!!
Next, there is a construction site nearby, as the hard workers said, delivery on June 1, 2024. Therefore, the noise of construction equipment at 9 a.m. is the norm.
If BEACH treats PALM guests normally, then you should come there - you are not welcome. The bartender will notice you last, the same blue bracelets are looking at you, with a kind of let's go. We wanted to play lawn tennis (there is a court in PALM), for BEACH 3 days out of 3 the court was busy, every time - come in a couple of hours. Book - and suddenly the PALM guests will want to.... It was decided through a scandal with the manager, but after 20 minutes of skirmishing, I didn't want to play.
The rooms in the BEACH, as I said, are freshly painted, updated, but they were painted with a blunder, a lot of paint on the windows, floors, door slopes, etc. The furniture is old, it has not been updated. The refrigerator is one name, killed and with mold (numbers 1237 and 1139).
The food, as many wrote, is monotonous, meat is always dry, vegetables are 1 in 1 like greenhouses in winter in Russia. Tasteless and odorless.
But there were always normal fruits. An omelet is prepared for breakfast with you, you choose the filling yourself, until PALM wakes up, there is a queue of 2-3 people. Alcohol is even worse than Turkey, take it with you. DO NOT TAKE local ice, it is from the plumbing, there is no water. Brushing your teeth is also done with bottled water.
By the way, there is a total inspection at the airport, lighters are taken away from everyone, hand luggage is scanned, but other employees then turn it out. Before boarding the plane, a second inspection, if they tore up the package with duty free alcohol, they will easily keep it for themselves. at the airport itself, the arch is expensive, a slice of pizza is $ 9, a can of beer is $ 8. There is no change. If you have a check for $ 12.3, you will give 13 without change.

We have been vacationing with a friend for two weeks . I don't quite remember my first impression. I didn't really like the sea on this bay because there is not enough space to swim. But the sea is clean and the beach is well maintained. The food is not bad , I was not hungry . Most of all, I liked the animation in the hotel, which did not let us get bored. I will definitely return to this hotel just because of the WHITE WINE.

It is by the sea and across the street from the Novotel palm. Everything is clean, lots of flowers, herons. Novotel Beach has one swimming pool, a main restaurant and an a la carte restaurant. Spas, exercise equipment. The novotel Palm baby club , 2 large pools, restaurant. Well, the only difference is that the food in our hotel is more modest. You won't get sushi there, for example. . But we had a great time without sushi. Everything that is offered is very tasty. there was even mutton, which we were very happy about. The cleaning is good. And if you give 2 euros, then generally the best. The staff, and most importantly the administration is very responsive. They instantly resolve controversial issues , and are as polite as possible. Yes, we lived in the Novotel palm. It doesn't bother crossing the road at all. They have a special employee who calmly and safely transfers everyone across the street. Summary: you can safely go to this hotel. Clean, delicious. A great reef. A million fish and rays. In general, who wants to have a decent rest and budget at the same time.

We didn't really appreciate the fact that after the plane, we have to sit near the door for 30 minutes and wait for the master. They began to swear, they brought us back to the reception, in order to avoid a realistic review, the girl employee gave us the "most beautiful room" on her own and not even on the mountain. When we entered this "miracle room", we were blown away: the furniture was about 30 years old, a tired Sofa, pink ceiling, red curtains, in fairness we can say that the bathroom was normal against the background of all this. This room rightfully deserves the title, the worst of all that we have seen. To move to a normal room, I had to pay an additional $ 70. Although it was a shame to pay extra for what we saw in the pictures when we chose this hotel, that is, in our understanding, a 5* hotel cannot have rooms that you want to forget like a bad dream. As a result, we lived in room 5104, repairs and furniture are normal there. The boy who cleaned our room has a huge respect, he tried very hard, after him there was always cleanliness and order, even folded T-shirts, he did Well!The breakfasts at this hotel were monotonous, there were few fruits and almost no seafood. Alcohol is disgusting.But the pastries are very tasty. To get to the beach, you need to cross the road, but tourists are transferred by very friendly guys. There are a lot of sun beds on the beach, but I didn't like the beach itself, and there are fish, but you can't go in without special shoes, or only from a pantone. There is not much place to swim. The Palm Hotel is more for families with children, all the traffic is in the Beach. The animation is trying, but at 23 o'clock everything ends,
and everyone is invited to go to the club for a fee. Next to the Naama Bay hotel, you can specify the Hard rock cafe as a guide for the navigator, in general, there is a place to walk in the evening. We concluded for ourselves that it was necessary to buy a Novotel Beach, as tourists told us, Beach is modern, Palm is the USSR. I liked everything. The rooms are clean (plus water and coffee are replenished). The kitchen is of high quality (a little monotonous breakfasts, but you won't go hungry), surprisingly pleased with the desserts.
There are always plenty of places near the pools, there are always free sunbeds on the beach too. The entrance to the sea is sandy, gently sloping, near a reef with fish.
Sports animation is a bit weak - the hotel guests were going to volleyball on their own)
