I stayed with my family at this hotel for the 2nd time.I enjoyed my vacation last year.Not this year.After the renovation, the hotel has lost a lot in all positions.The food and service have become much worse.The room was rented for three people, and 2 towels were given, and then I found 1 at all. During the 9 days of stay, the bed linen was not changed once, the floors were not washed at all!There were problems with the electricity in the room.Towels were missing on the beach after swimming in the sea.I had to waste my nerves and get myself a card for a towel.Not rest, but constant getting of something (towels, mugs, etc.)There were not enough sunbeds on the beach.I had to follow the example of other vacationers to occupy them from early morning..I really wanted to have a decent rest, but it didn't work out because of such trifles.I will not go to this hotel anymore and I will not recommend it to my friends!

We had a rest in April 2024. excellent hotel. Good staff. A gorgeous beach. The food is delicious, but the choice is not great. Very tasty fruits. A very beautiful large area. There are many pools. There is enough animation for children. We were very satisfied. I think we'll come back again.

I really liked the hotel. We rested in the second half of May. The food is great, there is plenty to choose from. The entrance to the sea is simply gorgeous. The beach is sandy, that's what you need for children. After 20-30 meters, corals with fish begin. Corals, of course, are not all alive, but there is something to see. There are enough fish. We saw a stingray and even a moray eel.
We took Everything inclusive, but found out that you can only take it with breakfast, and pay extra for lunch and dinner on the spot. The savings are significant.
There is a Mango supermarket within a 15-minute walk. We bought frozen mango pulp (juice) there every day. (2 euros per liter). This is something! The hotel offered a glass of the same juice for the same price. (freshly squeezed juice is not included in the All-inclusive rate).

The food and service have become much better. During the 9 days of stay, we had a 100% rest! We had a great meal on the beach after swimming in the sea. Not a vacation, but a paradise, as there are plenty of sunbeds on the beach.
We had a decent rest, it was not for nothing that we chose him. I boasted about it to all my friends and we will come more than once!!

So, we're leaving the hotel tomorrow. Overall, the impressions are pleasant. The rest was a success. In more detail. The hotel is divided into 2 halves. Novotel Beach. It is by the sea and across the street from the Novotel palm. Everything is clean, lots of flowers, herons. Novotel Beach has one swimming pool, a main restaurant and an a la carte restaurant. Spas, exercise equipment. The novotel Palm baby club , 2 large pools, restaurant. Well, the only difference is that the food in our hotel is more modest. You won't get sushi there, for example. . But we had a great time without sushi. Everything that is offered is very tasty. there was even mutton, which we were very happy about. The cleaning is good. And if you give 2 euros, then generally the best. The staff, and most importantly the administration is very responsive. They instantly resolve controversial issues , and are as polite as possible. Yes, we lived in the Novotel palm. It doesn't bother crossing the road at all. They have a special employee who calmly and safely transfers everyone across the street. Summary: you can safely go to this hotel. Clean, delicious. A great reef. A million fish and rays. In general, who wants to have a decent rest and budget at the same time.

We rested on 02/17.24 - 02/25.24 in the Beach, which is next to the sea. The hotel's load was 80%. I will describe what is not in other reviews.
Positive:
location, in the center of the bay, in the evening you can walk to the main streets or along the promenade, which runs almost along the entire bay. It takes 3-4 minutes to get to the sea from the room slowly. You can immediately hand over towels on the beach, respectively, get them too. Deck chairs in 5-6 rows, there is enough space, depending on when you come. The room stock has been recently updated.
CONS: The PALM Hotel is nearby (across the roadway), from PALM to the BEACH - a couple of minutes on foot. PALM has its own restaurants, heated pool, bar. But they all hang out at the BEACH. Therefore, there are no places for breakfast-lunch-dinner.
They swoop in like locusts and sweep away everything in a row, so after an hour (and a half) there is no meat, fish and basic goodies, and in general there is nowhere to sit!!! It seemed to go to your room, but no, stubbornly stick to the territory of the BEACH. If you are late, go there, everything will be there.
PALM is cheaper, so they initially buy there in order to use the territory more expensively. It is easy to distinguish PALM guests, they have blue bracelets (BEACH - green), if you look closely - the first line of the beach, the first places at the evening shows, the best places in the restaurant are only blue bracelets. Well, they don't bother to go out for dinner in any way elegant. It feels like you've paid more dearly, but you're always in uncomfortable conditions.
Yes, it's really quieter in PALM, so they choose with children, but they spend the whole day with screaming children on the BEACH territory - too much. So to speak, there are enough of their own.
Conclusion, despite the relatively large BEACH area (we do not compare it with Turkey), there are a lot of people, because 2 hotels hang out on the same territory!!!
Next, there is a construction site nearby, as the hard workers said, delivery on June 1, 2024. Therefore, the noise of construction equipment at 9 a.m. is the norm.
If BEACH treats PALM guests normally, then you should come there - you are not welcome. The bartender will notice you last, the same blue bracelets are looking at you, with a kind of let's go. We wanted to play lawn tennis (there is a court in PALM), for BEACH 3 days out of 3 the court was busy, every time - come in a couple of hours. Book - and suddenly the PALM guests will want to.... It was decided through a scandal with the manager, but after 20 minutes of skirmishing, I didn't want to play.
The rooms in the BEACH, as I said, are freshly painted, updated, but they were painted with a blunder, a lot of paint on the windows, floors, door slopes, etc. The furniture is old, it has not been updated. The refrigerator is one name, killed and with mold (numbers 1237 and 1139).
The food, as many wrote, is monotonous, meat is always dry, vegetables are 1 in 1 like greenhouses in winter in Russia. Tasteless and odorless.
But there were always normal fruits. An omelet is prepared for breakfast with you, you choose the filling yourself, until PALM wakes up, there is a queue of 2-3 people. Alcohol is even worse than Turkey, take it with you. DO NOT TAKE local ice, it is from the plumbing, there is no water. Brushing your teeth is also done with bottled water.
By the way, there is a total inspection at the airport, lighters are taken away from everyone, hand luggage is scanned, but other employees then turn it out. Before boarding the plane, a second inspection, if they tore up the package with duty free alcohol, they will easily keep it for themselves. at the airport itself, the arch is expensive, a slice of pizza is $ 9, a can of beer is $ 8. There is no change. If you have a check for $ 12.3, you will give 13 without change.

But! The staff is very polite and helpful, although Egypt is no different (like Turkey, for example). Everyone speaks Russian, or understands what you need. The best thing about this hotel is the reef! A lot of fish from the sea, a lot of live corals are very beautiful. The location is good, there is Russian-language animation and a heated swimming pool. The food is average, although everything is fish, chicken and meat. A big minus is the pool with a huge amount of chlorine and a strange work schedule from 9-00 to 17-00, the rest of the time the sign weighs: "swimming is prohibited" I usually do a lot of sports swimming, I didn't even want to go in here. The rooms are small, but renovated, new furniture, lots of outlets, good plumbing. In general, I liked everything, I will definitely come again.

Good day to everyone. We had a rest with my husband from 22.04 to 02.05.24, all inclusive, apartment 1237 with a balcony to the garden. We are resting in the Novotel for the third time. We flew by Turkish Airlines without delay. They settled in exactly three days, asked for a quiet apartment on the second floor. The apartment has everything, slippers and bathrobes on request. Upon arrival, we had lunch, and immediately went to the gorgeous beach and beautiful sea!!!)) 100% rest, staff services, reception is above all praise. Eating by the end of the rest, as usual, gets boring, this is understandable, everything is the same day after day)))) there were very few fish, there was fried mackerel, smoked herring, we did not like it. Mostly chicken and beef. We went to AliBaba restaurant on naam Bay a couple of times, it's delicious, but they're lying, saying one price at the exit is another)))) regarding the SPA, the salon at the hotel, I personally liked the massage, I took 4 sessions, the girl Aiza did, super, I advise you! To sum up, I really liked everything, we went to the sea, to swim and relax!!! Again, who is going for what and with what mood!!!!
P.S. If you want to sunbathe on the first line, get up at 5.30-6.00 in the morning to take on the first line. There are a lot of Italians and from Armenia who come with large families ... well, you will understand me when you arrive at the hotel)))))) Have a good rest, and we will definitely be back!!!!!!

We had a rest in March, we specially chose a building on 2 lines. The territory is well maintained, the staff is friendly, requests are fulfilled instantly, tips are not expected. Cleaning the room every day, changing towels too.There are several swimming pools, one heated, and a bar near the pools. We went to the building on line 1. A friendly employee translates across the street. The food is to our taste: varied and delicious, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, seafood are enough. I have already been to Egypt 10 times))) Of the two hotels, I prefer Palm Trees ... because there are fewer people there and it is much bigger and more spacious than the Beach ... and I like bungalows more. In terms of food... it's the same in hotels. The hotel has started to provide a service... you pay $3 and you can have lunch, breakfast or dinner at the Beach Hotel. Out of curiosity ... yes, sometimes out of laziness (at lunch we lazily stomp to ourselves) we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Beach ... conclusion ... they feed the same))) The food is good ... even if compared with my previous trip to this hotel ... the end of December 2023 and the beginning of January 2024 ... now the selection of products has become larger and tastier. In general, the hotel is developing and it is very noticeable. In January, we built a restaurant on the beach, and in November we had dinner there. Currently in the Novotel on May 9, 2024. We had a rest here in 23. They thought that after the repair everything would come to the level, but there is no Reef Oasis or Justin Fanara they will not catch up. (not advertising of these hotels). I have been to the above-mentioned hotels many times, there are no comments. What the Egyptians could not spoil in the Novotel is only the sea. Still a comfortable beach and a great reef. Everything backward has become worse. Food, service, room service. Nothing matches the star rating of the hotel. The brusqueness and indifference of the staff is at the highest level. We will change the location for the next vacation.

We lived in Novotel palm , it takes no more than 2 minutes to walk to the sea, sometimes a mini car drives, takes people back and forth, the territory is large and beautiful, the beach is good, there is a reef, very beautiful!
Of the minuses :
- On the day of departure at exactly 12:00, your bracelets will be cut off, and you can no longer eat or even take water,
that is, if you have an evening flight and a large family, you will still have to spend money on lunch and dinner somewhere , in the heat to look for a cafe , or in a hotel , but for money.

As a result , we didn 't have time to eat on the street , burger King was closed at the airport , and in local cafes at the airport , sandwiches that don 't look attractive cost $ 8 , I would have known I had eggs and rolls for breakfast !
-I put a huge minus for wi-fi, there is no wi-fi at all, it does not catch in the rooms, people walk around the territory and try to catch the network, wi-fi catches only at the reception, and then intermittently! There were days when there was no Internet even at the reception ! Therefore, for those who need to be in touch, do not rely on local Wi-Fi, buy a SIM card.

- everything is very modest, the choice is not big, of course you will not stay hungry, but it's still sad. Basically , they give chicken , they make dry chicken and grilled vegetables on the street every evening . Sometimes beef and potatoes are stewed , but it is disassembled immediately .I was surprised right about the food, it was very poor even in the evenings.
- There is no evening animation , during these 6 nights there was an evening show once , when there was a huge growth bear and a cat , the children squeaked with delight and an invited guest with a flyboard in the pool , we liked it , that 's all , the rest of the evenings the animators themselves learned dancing and danced on stage , for the girls ' efforts , definitely a plus .
Half a year ago we were in another hotel of the same class, there were invited guests every day ( fakirs with fire, snake tamers, professional dancers, we were always waiting for the evening ) , there is no such thing in this hotel, amateur performance is of course fine, but not every day, the hotel management saves money on professional artists!
Animation for children is good , the guys are trying , contests , games , masterclasses are all there , well done ! Especially the Bazooka and the blonde woman leading , it is clear that they love their job .

We were given a room with 2 beds ) like they call it a Family room with a sofa for a child (the sofa is not there for sleeping naturally, but an ordinary small one) they said that there are no rooms with 3 beds) as a result, I slept with the child in the same bed, and if the child was a little older, then it is unlikely that we would fit together)

We returned on 08.10.23 from Novotel Beach, had a good rest, liked the hotel, family, calm. There are a lot of pensioners and children, but everyone has enough space and activities. The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily, the staff is polite. A gorgeous beach and the purest sea, the entrance is sandy, they have never worn "corals". Food, as everywhere in Egypt, you will not stay hungry, but there is nothing to admire. The only thing that disappointed me was the inability to extend the room at a late check-out. At the reception they promised $ 10 an hour and no problems, but in fact they were evicted from the room at 12-00, cut off the bracelets and no money helped - there are no available rooms, we sat at the reception until 21-30, until we were taken to the airport. And in general, we are happy with the rest.

A pretty good hotel, friendly staff (who speaks both Russian and English rather poorly). The animator girls are great, brighten up the evenings.
It takes just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach, the sea is clean, transparent, there are not too many fish, but enough to see. The food is generally not bad (I, as a fussy eater, found something to eat and remained full), there is a bar on the beach (my wife serves French fries and ice cream) local alcohol of medium quality, but the bartenders pour it like a river, and every time they create new cocktails in composition (since the concept of a technological map is unfamiliar to them)

We rested as a couple from 05.01.2024-11.01.2024. NOVOTEL SHARM EL SHEIKH (PALM) 5* not to be confused with the first line!!!!
We arrived at the hotel with a terrible delay at 13.00, the carrier PEGASUS (they work VERY poorly, they are not interested in tourists), checked in and went to lunch. We were checked in at 15.10 after the scandal. The room was given 3209 at the end of the territory (it's nice, quiet and peaceful). The room is old, but spacious (family), the furniture is sad, the plumbing is slightly alive, at the end of the rest the hood in the toilet fell out, the refrigerator was constantly leaking, mosquitoes stuck.
Cleaning: very modestly, we wiped the middle (the bone from the mandarin lay under the sofa for half a vacation), the linen was not changed, the towels were changed when we left them on the floor, the water was replenished daily and the tea set (tips were left daily).
The territory is large, beautiful, green, well-groomed, birds walk. We went up to the top along the stone road (it has its own world, it's very beautiful).
The bar has everything you need, you can drink everything. Wi-Fi throughout the territory catches perfectly, there is a separate password for the room (photo attached).

Beach: towels were given out daily, the sunbed was occupied every morning at 06.30 or you will sunbathe in the third row under umbrellas (many threw things and did not appear anymore, sad), not to yourself, not to people. We stayed at the hotel from November 29 to December 8. We arrived at 16 o'clock, so we didn't wait, checked into room 1211, small but warm +26, good sound insulation, you can't hear planes and neighbors, the air conditioner works well and noiselessly. The room is not new, but clean, I change the linen and towels every day. Because the room at the end of the corridor was cleaned for the first two days about 15-16 hours, which was not very convenient. But then, seeing that they were inconvenient, they changed the time and cleaned up in the morning when we went to the beach. The beach is beautiful: the sand, the entrance to the sea is convenient, after 6 meters the corals begin. You don't even have to take slippers, because the approach is sandy. The beach is clean and open from sunrise to 17 o'clock. The hotel staff is very friendly, they do not expect tips, they work conscientiously. Next to the reception on the right, there is a representative of the Yaroslava hotel, a professional who loves her job and solves all the questions of vacationers, will help, tell you, contact her and your mood will improve. The hotel has a spa. My husband and I went to Mount Sinai, it was hard and after the trip, in order to relieve fatigue, my husband went to spa treatments and massages - it helped, the massage therapist worked professionally, recovered after climbing. I advise you to go - you will not regret it. At this time, the hotel restaurant is closed for renovation and we went to eat across the street, about 200 meters from our hotel, an easy walk, but if it's hard for you, then you will be taken. At first, there were problems with the menu for the first two days, but then, apparently, the cook returned from vacation, everything became diverse and delicious. Very good animation, exercise, foam bathing, aerobics, yoga, volleyball, contests for children and adults, in the evening a children's disco with demonstrations of what the children learned during the day, and then performances and a concert for adults, something new every day. Thanks to all the animators for their hard work and patience. In the evening, you can walk along Passare Street to the shops. There is a pharmacy near the hotel, the owner speaks Russian, is very attentive, ready to prompt and help, prices are lower than in Russia and a prescription is not needed. But it's better to rest and not get sick. I recommend the hotel, especially to parents with children.
