This time (from 15.08 to 22.08) we could not buy a tour to here.

The best thing about this hotel is the reef! A lot of fish from the sea, a lot of live corals are very beautiful. The location is good, there is Russian-language animation and a heated swimming pool. The food is average, although everything is fish, chicken and meat. A big minus is the pool with a huge amount of chlorine and a strange work schedule from 9-00 to 17-00, the rest of the time the sign weighs: "swimming is prohibited" I usually do a lot of sports swimming, I didn't even want to go in here. The rooms are small, but renovated, new furniture, lots of outlets, good plumbing. In general, I liked everything, I will definitely come again.

I returned from this hotel the other day. I rested in it for the third time ... although I always did not understand people who constantly go to the same hotel. There are more pluses in this hotel than minuses. One of them is the location ... 10-15 minutes drive from the airport and within walking distance of Naama Bay with shops and cafes ... tired of sitting in a hotel ... went there and walked. I recommend the Karkusha store there ... I take towels from them, which then serve for years ... tested ... I have already been to Egypt 10 times))) Of the two hotels, I prefer Palm Trees ... because there are fewer people there and it is much bigger and more spacious than the Beach ... and I like bungalows more. In terms of food... it's the same in hotels. The hotel has started to provide a service... you pay $3 and you can have lunch, breakfast or dinner at the Beach Hotel. Out of curiosity ... yes, sometimes out of laziness (at lunch we lazily stomp to ourselves) we tried breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Beach ... conclusion ... they feed the same))) The food is good ... even if compared with my previous trip to this hotel ... the end of December 2023 and the beginning of January 2024 ... now the selection of products has become larger and tastier. In general, the hotel is developing and it is very noticeable. In January, we built a restaurant on the beach, and in November we had dinner there. By the way, I recommend... a very decent A la carte ... just make an appointment better in the first days of arrival. And now about the beach with its beautiful coral reef. I've already written somewhere... people don't feed the fish... don't kill them, please. That time I saw a mother who entertained the children with a "feed", and this time a man under water pulling bread out of his pocket ... for the sake of a photo with fish. Who cares ... going to the sea is normal (without pantone), the beach is sandy, aquashouses are not needed, but a mask is required))) Will I return to this hotel again?...of course yes. The guys at the bar are friendly, but they either don't know how to pour beer normally or don't want to be able to, and this is extremely annoying, especially when they pour it, and there's barely half a glass and everything else is foam. The beach chairs are tired.
Very convenient location, close to shops and cafes. In general, this is a strong four, it will not pull up to five!

We had a rest in August 2024. In my opinion, the second line is more profitable than the first.It is quiet and the territory is decent. But you can walk along the embankment to the market and further along the road.And there's nothing to say about the beach just fine.

I liked everything except non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks - everything is sad here - in Sultan Garden, in Albatross, in the Novotel. Overpaying just for the fact that this is a higher-class hotel is definitely not worth it. Separately, I want to recommend the location of the hotel - NAAMA BAY - a bunch of shops. Go to the fix price - everything is 50% cheaper there than in all shops and there is everything - magnets, oils, glasses, tunics, phone cases, masks, fins, corals - everything must be taken there

Good day to everyone. We had a rest with my husband from 22.04 to 02.05.24, all inclusive, apartment 1237 with a balcony to the garden. We are resting in the Novotel for the third time. We flew by Turkish Airlines without delay. They settled in exactly three days, asked for a quiet apartment on the second floor. The apartment has everything, slippers and bathrobes on request. Upon arrival, we had lunch, and immediately went to the gorgeous beach and beautiful sea!!!)) 100% rest, staff services, reception is above all praise. Eating by the end of the rest, as usual, gets boring, this is understandable, everything is the same day after day)))) there were very few fish, there was fried mackerel, smoked herring, we did not like it. Mostly chicken and beef. We went to AliBaba restaurant on naam Bay a couple of times, it's delicious, but they're lying, saying one price at the exit is another)))) regarding the SPA, the salon at the hotel, I personally liked the massage, I took 4 sessions, the girl Aiza did, super, I advise you! To sum up, I really liked everything, we went to the sea, to swim and relax!!! Again, who is going for what and with what mood!!!!
P.S. If you want to sunbathe on the first line, get up at 5.30-6.00 in the morning to take on the first line. There are a lot of Italians and from Armenia who come with large families ... well, you will understand me when you arrive at the hotel)))))) Have a good rest, and we will definitely be back!!!!!!

Nice hotel. The service is decent. Almost everyone understands and speaks Russian. The rooms are clean. But alcohol is bad. Free alcohol is not very good. Meals for a solid four. There are no lobsters, but you can eat chicken and beef. By the way. Only there they tried rolls in which the filling was raw carrots.

The five of us had a rest. 2 adults and three children aged 16, 11 and 5. If you do not expect something supernatural, then you can have a great rest. Yes, the repair is tired, but at the same time towels and bed linen are of good quality. The territory is well maintained. The service is quite on the level, especially if you insist, and by Egyptian standards, you can say decent. The hotel is not on the first line. But it's really not much to go to the beach, just cross the road. The beach itself is great, I especially liked the reef, it is without this terrible transition into the abyss, as on many beaches of charm. The feeling is not of a deep sea, while there are a lot of fish, the entrance is sandy. The food is quite Egyptian without frills, but tasty and satisfying. It's enough for a week of rest. However, younger children will try to live on French fries and pizza. No one was poisoned, infected or pooped (which is already an indicator for our family).Alcohol is only local and you can really only drink wine and beer . The rest is only in the form of cocktails . The animation is very unobtrusive. There are pools, but I can't say they weren't used.

We lived in Novotel palm , it takes no more than 2 minutes to walk to the sea, sometimes a mini car drives, takes people back and forth, the territory is large and beautiful, the beach is good, there is a reef, very beautiful!
Of the minuses :
- On the day of departure at exactly 12:00, your bracelets will be cut off, and you can no longer eat or even take water,
that is, if you have an evening flight and a large family, you will still have to spend money on lunch and dinner somewhere , in the heat to look for a cafe , or in a hotel , but for money.
That 's a service , isn 't it ? Bravo the Novotel administration!!!!!!
This is the first time I have encountered such an outrage !!! And no one told us about it !
Considering that we have paid for this day, so why the hell are we not allowed to use the hotel???
I have never met this anywhere!!! Always after the eviction you remain a guest of the hotel !
And here you can't eat, and the towel cards were taken away, it doesn't matter even if you have a flight at 23:00, after 12:00 they will kick you and you will sit at the reception with suitcases like lepers!

7 times I was in Egypt for the first time I encountered this !
As a result , we didn 't have time to eat on the street , burger King was closed at the airport , and in local cafes at the airport , sandwiches that don 't look attractive cost $ 8 , I would have known I had eggs and rolls for breakfast !
-I put a huge minus for wi-fi, there is no wi-fi at all, it does not catch in the rooms, people walk around the territory and try to catch the network, wi-fi catches only at the reception, and then intermittently! There were days when there was no Internet even at the reception ! Therefore, for those who need to be in touch, do not rely on local Wi-Fi, buy a SIM card.
- Food !
- everything is very modest, the choice is not big, of course you will not stay hungry, but it's still sad. Basically , they give chicken , they make dry chicken and grilled vegetables on the street every evening . Sometimes beef and potatoes are stewed , but it is disassembled immediately .I was surprised right about the food, it was very poor even in the evenings.
- There is no evening animation , during these 6 nights there was an evening show once , when there was a huge growth bear and a cat , the children squeaked with delight and an invited guest with a flyboard in the pool , we liked it , that 's all , the rest of the evenings the animators themselves learned dancing and danced on stage , for the girls ' efforts , definitely a plus .
Half a year ago we were in another hotel of the same class, there were invited guests every day ( fakirs with fire, snake tamers, professional dancers, we were always waiting for the evening ) , there is no such thing in this hotel, amateur performance is of course fine, but not every day, the hotel management saves money on professional artists!
Animation for children is good , the guys are trying , contests , games , masterclasses are all there , well done ! Especially the Bazooka and the blonde woman leading , it is clear that they love their job .

We were the three of us , I 'm a mom and a child of 8 years old ! We were given a room with 2 beds ) like they call it a Family room with a sofa for a child (the sofa is not there for sleeping naturally, but an ordinary small one) they said that there are no rooms with 3 beds) as a result, I slept with the child in the same bed, and if the child was a little older, then it is unlikely that we would fit together)
It 's up to you , the hotel definitely does not pull on the top five , more than 3 plus , the situation with the departure crossed out all the positive impressions about the hotel !!!

We returned on 08.10.23 from Novotel Beach, had a good rest, liked the hotel, family, calm. There are a lot of pensioners and children, but everyone has enough space and activities. The rooms are clean, cleaning is daily, the staff is polite. A gorgeous beach and the purest sea, the entrance is sandy, they have never worn "corals". Food, as everywhere in Egypt, you will not stay hungry, but there is nothing to admire. The only thing that disappointed me was the inability to extend the room at a late check-out. At the reception they promised $ 10 an hour and no problems, but in fact they were evicted from the room at 12-00, cut off the bracelets and no money helped - there are no available rooms, we sat at the reception until 21-30, until we were taken to the airport. And in general, we are happy with the rest.

We had a rest in March, we specially chose a building on 2 lines. The territory is well maintained, the staff is friendly, requests are fulfilled instantly, tips are not expected. Cleaning the room every day, changing towels too.There are several swimming pools, one heated, and a bar near the pools. We went to the building on line 1. A friendly employee translates across the street. The food is to our taste: varied and delicious, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, seafood are enough. The beach is well-groomed and clean, there are enough sun beds, we did not run to borrow. We were satisfied and we want to return to this hotel.

It takes just a couple of minutes to walk to the beach, the sea is clean, transparent, there are not too many fish, but enough to see. The food is generally not bad (I, as a fussy eater, found something to eat and remained full), there is a bar on the beach (my wife serves French fries and ice cream) local alcohol of medium quality, but the bartenders pour it like a river, and every time they create new cocktails in composition (since the concept of a technological map is unfamiliar to them)

Currently in the Novotel on May 9, 2024. We had a rest here in 23. They thought that after the repair everything would come to the level, but there is no Reef Oasis or Justin Fanara they will not catch up. (not advertising of these hotels). I have been to the above-mentioned hotels many times, there are no comments. What the Egyptians could not spoil in the Novotel is only the sea. Still a comfortable beach and a great reef. Everything backward has become worse. Food, service, room service. Nothing matches the star rating of the hotel. The brusqueness and indifference of the staff is at the highest level. We will change the location for the next vacation.
