Very nice hotel, the beach is awesome, but most of all I want to mention the flavors! They are very funny guys, it will never be boring with them, there are many different options where to go: Aqua Jim, dars, the Olympic Games and in general many other interesting shows. In the evening, live music,dancing,karaoke and more! I advise everyone to visit it)))
The hotel is very compact in European style, the beach is super, live coral with lots of fish. The rooms are a bit shabby, but everything is clean and functioning. The food is good. The staff is polite and friendly. Special greetings to the bar staff Kareem and Khalid.
We rested from August 24 to August 30, 2021. The hotel is cool. Gorgeous entrance to the sea. The reef is just a fairy tale. Animation is on the level. Service for 5+.
Daily cleaning service. The food is not bad. We didn't stay hungry. Overall, we are very satisfied with the hotel.

I will try to be objective, without emotions! We are staying in this hotel now, Palm wing, room 5127.
Upon arrival, we were held for an hour at the reception, saying that our tariff does not include taxes, although I showed them the confirmation of the hotel reservation on the accorhotels website that all taxes are included in the tariff.
They asked for an additional $250 from above. As a result, after holding out for an hour, they apologized, gave bracelets and sent them to lunch. We returned to the reception after lunch, lost our reservation again, found it, gave us a room, of course, the most remote, on the 1st floor, but that's okay, their right, in Egypt this is a normal story. NO one helped to carry the suitcases, they searched for the room themselves, too, and then a passing employee helped, for which thanks to him! The room was not cleaned with garbage(!!!). How do you like 5*?))) Some discarded clothes were lying in a bucket.
I went to the reception, asked to call the senior. Ekaterina listened to our dissatisfaction and promised to help! After returning from a walk, the room was cleaned, and even a compliment from the hotel was brought in the form of fruits, which, by the way, are practically not given in the dining room (it cannot be called a restaurant). Now there are no complaints about cleaning, they clean normally. They gave me bathrobes and slippers. The food in the Dining Room is so-so, sometimes delicious, sometimes there is absolutely nothing to eat. The breakfasts are monotonous, there is no seafood at all, a couple of times there were some small crabs in which there is nothing to eat. Almost all the staff of the canteen and bars are very unfriendly, very much, I will say that it is because of them that I write a review, they never smile, but impose- so this is generally something, you will have to constantly ask to put more, because they smear food on a plate. And when you ask for more, one big young man defiantly puts you not meat, but broth from it! I've seen it more than once and he didn't do it just for us. It's not clear what you're paying money for, to beg for food or something… The food in the beach building looks better, but for some reason they didn't let us have lunch there, telling us to go eat in our canteen. Although someone wrote reviews that you can eat there too.
The beach is big, there are always sun beds, but so far this is the only asset of this hotel, believe me, there is something to compare, even on this trip we were first at another hotel with impeccable service and hospitality for less money. Ask - why did you go to the Novotel? Only because of the beach and the reef, which, unfortunately, was not in that hotel. Yes, and here the reef is poor, there are a lot of animals, but it is monotonous. I can't say anything bad about the animation, the guys are trying and very friendly, which you can't say about the rest. We will not go to this hotel anymore. I don't advise anyone. To say that I am shocked by the rest and what is happening at the hotel is just not to say anything.
1. Check-in. Upon arrival, they asked for the 2nd floor in advance, but were given 1 ... with access to the road. They asked to change it. As a result, we waited for the room for more than 2 hours. What we have: the room is dirty, cobwebs and dust are everywhere, the floors are so dirty that you cannot walk barefoot from the bathroom to the bed. The tables are all stained, the curtains are torn, the tulle is burnt. Apart from soap, shampoo, gel, there are no accessories. The antenna was repaired by themselves with a patch to make the TV work, the wire was bare. On the second day of stay, we just put 1 set of towels. We managed nothing. The shower flows so that there is another "red sea" in the bathroom. We used ordinary towels. I did not call the reception on principle anymore. We changed the towels and again there was no set - we left a tip every time...despite the horror of what has been happening for several days already.
The meeting party is TUI. We were sitting in the bus waiting for another plane. As a result, the waiting time is more than an hour.
TUI is the only company that has put together a huge queue to receive registration cards. The horror!
2. The overall impression.
It's terrible!I have been in this hotel for a long time and did not expect that everything would be so bad.
The only thing that saved the situation was the excellent weather and the warm sea.
There is nothing to eat in the restaurant. Really, there's nothing. The products are used in a circle - what is not eaten for breakfast, crumbled into salads at lunch, what is not finished at lunch - for dinner. The food is either bland, or there are so many spices and salt that there is no way without a bottle of water. Children's table - 2 dishes: fries and some other stuff. The child ate only fries and buns.
The dishes are dirty and chipped. If you come to the beginning of dinner, then there is not enough room for everyone. The waiting time for an empty table is from 30 minutes. It is necessary to complain- they find, remove the reserve.Alcohol is terrible. Other drinks are solid sugar.
Dance. Well, on the whole, it's fine. Towels are new and do not stink, they are given out only for money. We changed the towels several times because they stank. They were probably just trying to dry them. Employees take PLACES ON THE FIRST LINE TO THE SEA for the chosen ones and who pays. If you want a good place, then you need to take it at 8 a.m. People who offer massages, excursions, SIM cards, magnets and cases are sick of it....
The sun beds and umbrellas are old and all rusty. The mattresses on the sun beds are dirty and old. It's good that there is a sea!
According to the general impression, everything is sooo bad and no one thinks about tourists. The main thing is to get a 100% download. We have heard a lot of negative reviews.Animation is nothing. They are trying to portray Turkish, but they are still far away. During the entire stay, there was nothing but screaming music until 23-00 and incomprehensible contests that no one really went to watch. But, they say about some kind of animation.
In short, I really do not recommend this hotel to those who are used to comfort. Egyptian 5".....these are not even Turkish and, moreover, not hotels in Cyprus, Spain, Italy, etc. We were at Stella di Mare before the quarantine and these 2 5-star hotels are just heaven and earth.
3. Check out.
No one gave us a dry ration. They asked at the reception and pretended that they did not understand either Russian or English.
We checked out of the hotel in total darkness. Everyone was asleep. We were the only ones who were not given a dry ration. All the other tourists were with him. We didn't need it, because we couldn't even eat scrambled eggs at breakfast. But the fact itself.....
4. Flight from TUI and Ural Airlines. Well, let's just say that we initially booked a regular flight with Egyptian ones. Then it turned out that it had been completely removed. There was a delay in departure, they were put in the tail with the child in the very last row, where the seats were not laid out. It was good that there were places to move.
On flights lasting less than 5 hours, they no longer feed, so they write everywhere that the flight is 4.55 minutes.
The flight back was also delayed for almost 2 hours. There are not even pads on the headrests.... Be prepared for this.
All flights, except the Ural ones, took off according to the schedule.
5. Overall, the hotel is bad. The welcoming party is bad. but! There is a great sea and we were lucky with the weather.

Upon arrival, we were immediately checked in, it was at 09:00, we were invited to breakfast, so the first day on arrival was full. There is no mask mode. Tourists are mostly Belarusians, Ukrainians, Kazakhs, and Jews. The territory is compact, cozy and beautiful. Beautiful landscaping, cleanliness everywhere. A swimming pool, even for the youngest. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room itself, it happens extremely rarely. We live in room 1103, our family consists of three people. The child slept separately on the couch, my husband and I had a huge comfortable bed. Towels are replaced every day, cleaning, too, every day. Our cleaner is Mohamed, friendly and neat, just a good girl!!! The room has a safe, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning and hairdryer, we also asked for an iron. Water is provided in abundance. Everything is in working order. A gorgeous beach, wide and spacious. The gentle entrance to the sea, the sand is clean, the water is crystal clear, there are corals nearby, we constantly dive, look at the fish. A young man looks after the beach every day, cups and so on, always cleans, looks after the sun beds, helps to arrange them, in a word - a clever girl! There are two bars. A variety of drinks and cocktails, including alcoholic ones. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, vegetables and fruits (guava, melon, apples, grapefruit, pomegranate, dates, oranges and tangerines). Meat, chicken, fish - every day. Pastries and cakes are masterpieces). In front of the entrance there is a grill restaurant (chicken, crabs, meat)- we really liked it. At the head of the cook is Osama, a master of his craft! The coffee is sooo delicious here. The entire staff of the hotel is hospitable, friendly and tactful. Everyone is busy with their own business, working like bees))). The atmosphere is pleasant, there are a lot of people, compared to other hotels, which are empty now, it is very lively here. But, there is no crowd, the beach is big, there are a lot of sunbeds. Towels are provided right on the beach. There are many families with children. Animation from 10:00 to night, very fun))). I found this hotel solely based on tourist reviews, so I hope my review will be useful for you. Have a nice stay!)
I liked the hotel, the food is delicious and varied, the hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are good, the animation is the best, funny guys, Sveta and Olya are the best animators, evening shows, I recommend the hotel to everyone!

The safety of tourists is not guaranteed. A piece of the beach belongs to them, but there are no lifeguards. They're walking around somewhere. They cut their legs on the corals, bled, and no one from the hotel helped. Help was provided from a diving center nearby.
Tourists feed fish with bread rolls and even buy special bait. No one is looking after the order. I was attacked by fish, and I started drowning from fear. It's good that my husband was guided and pulled me out of the water. Now I'm afraid of fish. The whole body is bruised.
The hotel administration just grinned and pointed at the signs forbidding me to feed fish.
You have to beg for food in the canteen. Everything tasty is put the size of a teaspoon, and the tasteless immediately completely fill the plate.
Changing towels every day. For 8 days, the bed was not changed, only smoothed with your hands
Great hotel. The animation team did a great job - they dragged us from the beach to yoga and volleyball, and drove us to a club in the desert.
Another big plus of the hotel is the sandy beach, good access to the sea. Just beyond the sand are live coral and fish. A great combination.
