The sea is cool, there are a lot of fish, it's beautiful! I don't like the food, it's stale (on the first day I got rice with a taste of mold, then some fish (once I came across seafood, like)it had a rotten smell, from fruits - watermelons and melons (everything! And it's August)there is no seafood, the children do not eat, the children and my husband have had a stool disorder from the first day, and I have had it since the fourth. Charcoal, Smecta, Phosphalugel and nifuroxazide. There is nothing to drink in the bar, everything is diluted at times. Duty free forever!There is air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, kettle, balcony (loggia), the room is small for four. The rooms are cleaned, I'm not demanding. The staff is friendly, they pay attention to children, they are friendly. Excursions from the tez tour, especially the free sightseeing tour - divorce. Do not visit with children for anything! Catamaran in Ras Mohammed (Nautilus) is not worth the money, the red price per adult is $ 50, no more! And this is my first vacation at sea with children!

Great hotel. The service at the novotel palm cafe is just 5+ . Ahmet and Salem are just respect. Ablul the head steward is doing a great job. Solves all the issues. It's just great.
