We ordered laminate flooring. For the amount of the order, we were entitled to free movers for delivery to the fifth floor, which was confirmed by an employee. This was important because I couldn't come home from work, and my wife was home alone.
However, they forgot to allocate movers for us on the day of delivery (WED). The employee on the phone initially tried to explain to us that we were wrong, but after clarifying the amount and dimensions, she apologized and offered to postpone delivery to Saturday.
The interval in which the driver had to bring the laminate to the SB was as much as 6 hours, but he did not meet them either. However, it doesn't matter, considering that they forgot to allocate movers to him again))
The laminate was delivered on Sunday evening. Therefore, of course, it did not work out to put him to bed over the weekend. Thank you, OMA!
